I bought this health insurance policy on 3/20, but then I realized I had insurance through my job and canceled it. I called and confirmed through an email that I wanted this policy cancelled effective 04/01. Since then I have received texts saying my monthly payment didnt go through and I was confused because I cancelled it, so I called and they said disregard. I have also received emails about if I want to reinstate this policy and I have requested a call back and never gotten one. I have called this place many times. At first they said it would take 30 days to issue a refund, then they said 30 business days and up until now (5/21) I have not receive a refund. I call and call and now they are telling me they use a third party that issues refunds and its out of their hands which I find completely absurd. Please help me get a refund from these people that I am rightly owed.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a health insurance plan at the end of February and made an initial registration payment as well as my first month payment. Insurance to take effect April 1. I was double charged and had to get charges reversed. First week of March I was charged again. I reached out to get policy information in the middle of March , and again at the end. When my policy went active I still did not have physical or digital insurance cards. I contacted customer service a few times and would get promised my cards only to receive the same welcome email that I received multiple times. At the end of April I officially canceled my policy and that is when I finally received email with the policy information and numbers. May second I was charged again and when I contacted customer service I made sure I was cancelled in their system. I requested a refund that is still pending. They tried to charge me again today, April20, after being charged once this month wrongfully and had no reason why when I asked. I have removed my bank information from their system hopefully, as well as change my information directly with my bank. I paid over $600 in total charges and was never able to access any healthcare services. I just want good healthcare.Initial Complaint

This business presented itself as a insurance carrier whom I purchased a package premium for $4843.21 on 5/27/22. When I realized that they weren't able to provide me with the service they told me I was covered for and had paid for (6 months) I canceled my services on 8/3/22. I was to get my money refunded and was told that I would, yet they were experiencing everything from technical problems to authoritative review for months until I finally realized that they had no intentions of refunding my money. This was the information they provided me: I would be refunded $3145.44 with an original release date as they referred to it as on 11/22/22. These were numbers associated with my acct# *************, ********** and an I.D.#******.I talked with a *************************** on many occasions who appeared to wear many hats, and every promise he gave me was broken. They put up a front that they are professional, but you can call at various times and catch them off guard and tell it's not a business atmosphere which explains why the address doesn't pan out. They have been sending me these attached texts for several weeks now soliciting my business that they acknowledged has been canceled but has not provided me with my refund.Thank You,*****************Initial Complaint

While being quoted prices for a policy I was disconnected from the company after which I received a text message saying QuickHealth planed to charge me for a policy. I chose right then not to do business with the company and There were two occasions I actually reached a human and was given nonworking number One occasion and told I would be contacted, but was more like blacklisted, and I assure you I was extremely respectful and on business. So since IVE (UNSUCCESSFULLY) worked to contact QUICKHEALTH by CALLING **************** multiple numbers, TEXTING, and @ multiple addresses EMAIL to cancel and fix the issue since December 30th 2023 today is May 16th 2024 and I have been charged at least $188.57 and contacted multiple times daily with text from the company attempting to collect more money on this policy. This is After talking to a live employee directly twice letting them know I The process Ive been through attempting to lemonade the policy and The difficulty iPad contacting them to cancel. Eliminate the policy and return any funds charged considering From day, one the companies unavailability absence of a response or return call, and the fact that I informed Then both times we spoke I havent and decided never to use the service/PolicyInitial Complaint

I cancelled my policy within the time frame allotted, but they still charged my account in October. I disputed with my credit card company and had them reissue my credit card. Quick Health keeps sending me emails stating that there is a chargeback and that my policy has lapsed. No ****, I canceled it, but they keep sending me emails. I have reached out to Quick Health to have them stop sending me emails but it still continues. I have talked to **** on 4/23 and *** on 4/26 but still nothing. Please help me. This is harassment.Initial Complaint

I have called and emailed Quick Health several times stating I cancelled my membership back in July., I also sent another email in October of 2023 stating t was cancelled. They have now charged my credit card from Sept to April 2024 and now are telling me they will not refund my money. I had to cancel my credit card so they wouldn't charge me anymore. Then i called and they lied to me stating someone called me and said they wont give me a refund and I never received a call stating that. this company just steals peoples money. This is fraud and they should be accountable for all the money they stole from people. I want my money back. this is disgusting what they are doing to people.Initial Complaint

I purchased a policy in Sept of 2023 for $4823. I paid for a year in advance. I was contacted by Quickhealth 5 months later and was told by the their representative ****** that the insurance company would no longer be providing services and that I needed to upgrade to a different policy and company. I agreed and again paid for another year in advance $5800 and some change. I asked about a prorated refund for the original policy since we were only 5 months in. ****** assured me Id be refunded the difference ASAP. Ive spoken to ***** and ******** assured me Id be refunded immediately. Ive called many times to follow up but again no response. Theyve now stopped returning my phone calls. Im owed around $2000.Initial Complaint

I had just gotten a new job and was in fear for getting kicked off my wifes health insurance. I continued to call Quik Health and bought a policy that was refundable in 30 days as per ***** that works there. I called the very next day when I found out that I was not going to be kicked off of my wifes health insurance trying to cancel it ***** said Try it out you have 30 days to cancel and get a full refund. I waited another week and have been trying to cancel since I am getting nowhere. *** called numerous times I get hung up on I get sent to voicemails I get sent to the cancellation specialist, ****, which I finally got a hold of. She sent me her email saying that she needed it in writing to cancel my policy. I sent her an email and have not heard back from her and it has been over a week. I call and leave messages and she does not respond and she has never at her desk or available. This company is scamming me out of my hard earned money that I spent.Initial Complaint

I purchased a plan from Quick Health on January 1, 2023. They charged me $9,954.56 on my **** card. On January 27, 2023, I cancelled the policy. I requested a full refund. I was told it would be returned to my bank account. They then charged me three more times in 2023 before I had my bank block them. They took over $12,000.00 from me. I sent an email to them on December 12, **************************** writing. I never used the policy. I never received a refund. They badgered me to renew, which I did not do. I would like a full refund.Customer Answer

The company told me yesterday they will refund my money by the end of this week. This was after I contacted their outside counsel and discussed the issue with him.
