QHealth offers an affordable healthcare for $299/ month. I canceled my insurance after dealing with the **** and the credit card company. They are back to billing me, and not answering customer service with the number provided **************. The also do not respond to emails nor voicemails. Paid $5794. for one year of insurance. The insurance is fake and doesn't cover prescription benefits as stated. After one month I canceled the policy and was suppose to receive a refund. After months of calling and being told the refund was being processed I still don't have a refund. This is a fake company set up to scam people. You can't get hold of anyone accept a call center. We purchased insurance via Quick Health They took two payments totaling over $4700 out of my bank account and when we went to use the insurance, it wasnt valid. We have been trying to get the money returned for over a month. Each time we call we are placed on hold for over 30 minutes. On November 17, 2022, I spoke to a representative to set up health insurance for my family. I discussed exactly what I was looking for, which he stated and then had his supervisor get on the phone to confirm that what I was going to get was exactly what I was looking for. I asked for something in writing and he said that until I paid he was unable to give that information, but everything that we discussed was covered. I gave my credit card information and was charged $12,732.54 for 3 months to become active 1/1/23. I received the information and it was not the coverage I had stated that I wanted. So I called and sent an email on November 18, 2022 to cancel the coverage. I was told that it would take 1-2 weeks for the cancellation to take effect and then 3-5 days for refund. I called back on November 30, 2022 and was told that it was noted and that it was in process. I called back on December 9, December 23, January 11, January 27 and today January 31. They have many excuses and keep telling me that it is in process, but nothing has been done.Business Response

In June of last year I was scammed for over $9000 for a policy that was NOTHING like what was told I would be getting over the phone by ***********************. A quick internet search on ****** shows several dealing and judgements all over *****************. My banks fraud department ended up getting my money back after waiting several months for Quickhealth to refund my money, getting the run around from *****************************, countless hours on hold, etc etc. call your insurance commissioner they will help and if nothing else get them shut down.Business Response

Waiting for Refund. Cancelled within 24 hours which QuickHealth fully acknowledges and I have email proof from ****************** email response. I paid in full for 12 months in advance ($3719.93 in Nov 2021), cancelled the next day and still NO REFUND FOR 13 MONTHS, all with documented weekly calls and many emails. I have spoken to all the same staff at QuickHealth as other people have complained below all for nothing and received exactly the same treatment; ******* - 'we have a new manager', ***** takes a call you will be paid and nothing, **** takes a call my goodness, the manager is in front of me and says it will be done this week and nothing. They do not deny that I am owed the refund, they just refuse to pay and continue to delay. As with everyone writing complaints, I just want the refund owed to me for the past 13 months. I purchased a 3 month health insurance package on 9/14/22, paid $871.55, policy effective 10/1/22. I called Quick Health on 10/29/22, spoke with ********* ref# ********** and cancelled my full policy, which was within the 30 days of the effective date, therefore a full refund was due within 30 days of cancellation. Called on 12/12/22 spoke with ***** ref# ****, she escalated this to the *************** to find out why I still haven't received my refund of $871.55? I check my credit card statement and noticed, instead of refunding my card, they illegally charged my card $871.55. Called on 12/15/22 spoke with ****, credit card charged instead of refunded and requested an immediate refund for 2 full payments of $871.55 totaling $1743.10. **** worked on getting both payments refunded to my card. Later that day I checked my e-mail, I received one full refund $871.55 and only a partial refund of $290.52. I called on 12/16/22 spoke with supervisor *******, received a partial refund and I'm still due $581.03, since I cancelled my full policy on 10/29/22, within 30 days of the effective policy date 10/1/22. He needs to investigate this & will get back to me in a couple of days. Called on 12/21/22, left VM for *****************: refund. Called again on 12/21/22, spoke with *******, he stated, their system was going by when I paid for the policy 9/14/2022, instead of the eff date 10/1/22 and only gave me a partial refund. He put in an URGENT request for a refund due of $581.03. Called on 12/27/22, spoke with *******, he hasn't received any response on my refund status! He stated he will call me the following day, which he didn't so therefore I called on 12/29/22, spoke with *******, it's a system issue & I should received a refund within **** days. Called on 1/10/23 & 1/13/23, left VM for ******* RE: refund status. Called 1/13/23 spoke with *****, per *************** full refund sent $290.52, which is incorrect, per their policy. After obtain a plan with Quickhealth.care in 7/22 for my son, informed that the policy would not take affect until 8/22. Once the policy was active, we seemed unable to find, make an appointments with any providers. During that time my son started to received insurance through his employer therefore no longer needed this plan. Contacted customer care in 9/22 and was informed that this policy would be cancelled and I would no longer be charged. I was not charge in October, but then charge in November, December and January in the the amount of $312.52; a total of $937.56. During my multiple call to ******** care regarding cancelling the policy, I was assured that the policy would be cancelled and a refund issued. How ever policy never cancelled and still waiting for refund. While researching this company to file this complaint, discovered that there a multiple complaints regarding this non-existent insurance plan, getting premium from people in need of health insurance. Unclear how this scam is being allowed to perpetuate for so long.Business Response

I signed up for a plan on 8/17/2022 for $1,095.55 that would take effect on 9/1/2022. After calling my doctor, they told me it wouldn't cover anything I needed. On 9/8/2022, I spoke with a representative to cancel. They assured me it would be cancelled and our refund was on the way. A few weeks later, I called back to check on the status of the refund and ******* said, "it takes a while but it's on the way." On May 26, 2022 I understood that if I purchased one year of Quick health.care ***************) in advance I would receive a discount and that I would have 30 days to cancel. I purchased it, ********, and the next day after reviewing the contract and finding no doctor in my city would take the insurance, I called back and cancelled. I was told there was no need to do anything else and that there was no way to e-mail them or for them to email me. I would receive my refund in 4 to 6 weeks. It is now Nov. 15, 2022 and I have contacted them over 30 times since then and they have a different excuse each time. I purchased it through ***************** They now say they refunded the money back to **************** but when contacted **************** had not received any money. **************** contacted them and were told a completely different story, that I had not tried to cancel the membership or try to communicate to cancel at any time. Thank you for getting back to me. The complaint I submitted on the BBB site was reviewed by another agency (** **** of Insurance) who contacted me and worked with the owner of the company I was disputing and recovered the full amount of my dispute.
