Purchased a medical insurance policy through Quickhealth on June 28, 2024, to be effective July 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024. The broker is named Seguro Medico (phone **************) and my carrier was supposed to be Optimed as indicated on my attached insurance card. Paid for the quarter on June 28, 2024 in the amount of $1396 (attached showing transaction). In August, I was charged again for the quarterly amount, without my authorization, once on August 19 and once again without my authorization on August 22, 2024 (attached showing August transactions).Additionally, my ** coverage has been denied and the ** provider listed on my cards (attached) says they are no longer my provider. Have called both the ** provider and the medical provider for my plan (as listed on my insurance cards, attached), and they say they are no longer in business with Quickhealth and my policy is not valid. Quickhealth does not answer their phone number **************.So, I have been charged 3x $1396 = $4188 between June 28 and August 22, 2024 for a policy/coverage that is not valid.

Date of registration (?) with them 3/24/24 Paid in full at that time On June 4 of 2024 the company charged my card $881.10 for nothing. They said mistakes happen, and promised to refund in two weeks. That was more than a month ago and I still have not received the promised ********* an email they sent they said they were about to charge my card again (still in June) for $847, or so. Because they were going to make another fraudulent charge I called my bank and had my card changed. It was a hassle but it was necessary. Bank said if they actually tried to refund, even though I had changed cards, it would be accepted. Please help me. I purchased this because I am 76 years old and needed dental care. Now I have to pay out of pocket, thousands of dollars - not small change. This company should be put out of business. But I know, they would open up again under another name. ****** ****

This company has repeatedly charged my account weeks outside of the billing schedule causing overdrafts and financial hardship for me who lives paycheck to paycheck. They promise the refund the money but it never comes. They have no accountability for the overdrafts fees they cause my account to incur as a result of their negligence. Multiple calls in advance to insure the transactions are scheduled properly are in vain as the issue carries on. Repeatedly hung up on by the worst customer service **** I have ever dealt with. Excruciatingly long wait times on hold. The company does not care at all about their customers.

I have received some money back but I cannot get any confirmation that I have health insurance. If I dont then they still owe me some money.

I signed up with QuickHealth/Seguro Medico, with customer service member, ******, and I explained to her that I only need Insurance for June and July of 2024. She confirmed to me that after I pay the charge for the full year of $2625.70, I will be refunded for the 10 unused months. I called mid-June to cancel as of July 31st, and a customer service member told me that it was too early to cancel, and that I should cancel in July. I called around July 3rd to cancel, and they told me that my cancellation is taken care of and it will process on July 31st. I called again on July 31st, and they told me that there was no cancellation in the system for me, and it was too late to cancel! They told me management will call back, and never did. Now, everytime I call, no one is picking up! I also received an email saying that I will be charged next year!! This company is a den of thieves and I want a full refund from them.

I enrolled with Quick Health in Oct 2023. They said I was effective as of Jan 1, 2024 and would not be billed the monthly charge until late Jan. The contract dates and emails indicating coverage were not aligned. You can send emails and try to get through their customer support but they will not send out anything in writing, including a detail policy. Meanwhile the billing issues started. They charged me the $499 monthly payment multiple times in a month. Then they tell you to dispute it as they have billing issues. Mid May I was getting pre-authorized for an outpatient procedure in May and an inpatient surgery in Jun. Magically they start the multiple ******** again; May 14, 15, 16 and 29th. I let the first two go through so Im paid for Jun and Jul but dispute the next two. On Jul 1 at my appt, the ********* says I dont have insurance. They run my credit card two more times telling me its active again. Then send me text that I am cancelled on Jul 6th. Because I had a disputed charge on my account for two invalid charges, they locked my account and would only let ***** ******** talk to me. She would say all my charges are coming back as charge backs and then she would hang up on me. I have confirmation from pre-authorizations that my account was active in Jun and Rx Prescriptions covered in Jul. It wasnt until Jul 16th that they said they back dated the cancellation to May 31. Note this was after taking two payments on May 14 and 15th. If I ask why May, they tell me they dont know. They arent even sure of the date as their date doesnt match to the carrier date. I have made 11 payments of $499 in addition to the $98 membership fee. They have now only provided coverage from Feb May 2024. If anyone can assist please msg me on ******** (SSI GA). There is a ******** for this scam but no one responds on that.

On 7/23/24, I purchased an insurance policy from Seguro Medico, previously known as QuickHealth. I was essentially sold a policy based on misinformed information. They claimed they could not send me a brochure or PDF of the benefits before I paid for the policy, and instead only read the benefits to me, omitting critical information such as a 2-visit limit per year for urgent, primary, and specialist visits. They assured me that my monthly psychiatric appointments would be covered, which I later found out was not true, as the policy only covers 2 in-person visits per year. They guaranteed that I would receive 100% of my money back if I requested a refund before September 1st for any reason. I explicitly asked multiple times on a recorded phone line if they were absolutely sure I would receive a full refund if I wanted to cancel, and each time, the agent, *****, assured me that I would. He even stated that if he were lying, he could lose his license. Trusting this information and feeling rushed to buy the policy on 7/23/24 as it was the last day to be covered for August, I went ahead with the purchase.I was then sent an agreement to sign via text, but the writing was cut off from the screen, preventing me from seeing the full terms. Now that I want to cancel the policy due to the misinformation about its coverage, they are insisting on keeping $100 of the amount I paid, claiming it is a "non-refundable fee." At no point during our conversation was this fee mentioned; I was repeatedly told I would get 100% of my money back. This company made false statements that I relied upon when signing the contract, which constitutes misrepresentation or fraud. Tylor assured me of a 100% refund without mentioning any nonrefundable fees, which significantly influenced my decision. I was misled into signing under false pretenses. This company engages in deceptive tactics and is breaking multiple consumer protection laws. A thorough investigation needs to be opened against them.

I paid one year of health insurance to QuickHealth in advance starting 12/1/2023 for $7914.00. I then received health insurance thru my work. I called QuickHealth and cancelled my insurance effective 4/29/2024 and this was agreed upon by QuickHealth. QuickHealth asked that I dispute this with Chase **** (my bank at the time) and QuickHealth wouldn't deny the dispute. ***** asked for a letter from QuickHealth stating this and that's the letter attached. QuickHealth has repeatedly ignored my calls, emails, requests for updates. They even failed to respond to ***** reaching out to them for confirmation. Now ***** has closed the dispute for failure to get a response from QuickHealth. The amount in question is the pro-rated amount of $4,943.84 that is owed back to me. After reading online reviews, it seems that this company is extremely suspicious in their business practices. I need help getting my money back as the company i'm working for will be shutting their doors within the month and I really need that money back. Please help me as I cannot afford an attorney.
