Qucikhealth Billed me $6,061.23 on November 29, 2023. On December 21, 2023 ****** with Quickhealth called and advised my coverage price had dropped and said he would refund my original payment in 3-5 days but would need to bill my credit card $5,115.52. On July 23, 2024 ****** called again saying they had changed or dropped my insurer and so I would need to switch to a different insurer with the same coverage but an **** lower price. On July 23rd we received an email from ***** ******* (CFO) stating refunds of $5,996, $2,999 & $2,998 would be refunded within 3-5 business days. We still have not received our refunds.Initial Complaint

On 09/12/2024 i spoke with ***** ***** with Seguro-medico on purchasing a catastrophic, hospital and emergency room health insurance policy. The policy he sold me was a preventative and tele-medicine policy. I contacted ***** ***** on 09/13/2024 and told him he scammed me. He sold me a policy that i didn't request. I told him to cancel the policy immediately and reimburse my account. The customer service number ***** ***** provided me is bogus. Just music, no one answers. ***** ***** will not answer my call or respond back to my email requesting a reimbursement.Initial Complaint

I paid for medical insurance to seguro medico and never received any insurance ID cards as promised. Any time I call the 800# I wait on hold and no one ever comes on the line. All Ive gotten was a welcome email with an attachment brochure. Brochure also shows how much Ive paid and never gotten to use my health insurance benefits.Initial Complaint

I have quarterly payments set up and Quick Health is requesting payment 8 weeks in advance which I refused. My payments was moved but not honored and they pulled a quarterly payment directly out of my checking account WITHOUT authorization. I had to file a fraud complaint with my bank and couldn't get a return phone call from them. Horrible customer service and nobody to call and no way to escalate the problems. The only communication I get is harassing email and text messages.Initial Complaint

On 7/24/2024 I was contacted by a Seguro Medico agent who identified himself as ******. He spoke with me about health insurance. He sent me his profile so that I could put a face to whom I was speaking with. He told me that due to it being the 24th it was the last day for the month that I could sign up for insurance for Aug. I told him that I would not be able to pay at the time and would need to access my finical situation to insure I could afford the policy. He said that he would talk to his supervisor and see if he could postdate the payment for 7/31/24. He said that he had gotten approval. I had me give the information that he needed to complete the application. He did not get my social security number and said that he would get that on 7/31/24 when he called to confirm that I would be for sure taking the policy. I asked several times to ensure I would not be charged at that time. A soon as I gave him my payment information and signed the application the phone call disconnected. I called the number back and the same voice answered but identified himself as *****. I asked to cancel the policy. Spoke with ******* the supervisor who stated that ***** was just working from Jaylin's profile due to his being down. I was so uncomfortable with the situation but had already signed. Two days later I was charged $398.00. I called and canceled the policy also in writing. I have repeatedly spoke to this company from the *** (****) to the ***** (Dezera), I have asked for the CEO's email (refused to give). I was told yesterday that a partial refund was issued (membership fee not included) stated that the fee was in paperwork as non-refundable (it does not have this in paperwork). and email verification was sent. None of which has been received. There is much more to this but not enough space. There is obvious fraud happening in SEVERAL ways.Customer Answer

These Jokers sold me a yearly health insurance policy in March of 2024 for $6,656.13. Then they called in July and said they had a better deal for me and since i had yet to find anyone to take my insurance so i said okay to another payment of . He had me dispute the original payment with my credit card company and charged me another$6,196.95. THEN i noticed a random charge for $3000 from them. When i called to ask about the random charge they had already disconnected their phone numbers. So i called the ***** insurance provider ******* and they informed me that they were no longer doing business with the quick health and that i didn't even have a policy. So $16,093.11 later and i still don't have insurance and have been off my much needed meds for about 6 months. You can't even make this c*** up.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction March 1, 2024 I was looking for cheap health insurance and came across Quick Health the man spoke to me very nicely and the price was right. Since I really needed insurance in a month, he said that I could pay today and if I changed my mind in a month, find out if my doctoc except it or not, they would return every ***** to me without any questions. The first sign that something was wrong was when he said that they do not accept the *********** card, the second was when my other card asked for permission to pay, but I was so glad that I found good insurance that I did not pay attention. But after I hung up after paying for everything, I checked the reviews and realized that this was a pure scam. But it was too late. The number that they left for me to contact did not work. I called other numbers all the following days, no one answered. Only after my review on Trust Pilot they called me and asked to delete my review in exchange for a refund. They sent me some fake copies of papers where they supposedly returned my money, but the money never reached my account. I want my $476.97 back.Initial Complaint

I purchased dental insurance through Quick Health in 4/9/24. Quick Health informed me that my dental provider would be ********. Since then, I was told by Quick Health I would receive an insurance card. I have not. I was also told by Quick Health that I am covered as of 4/15 with dental insurance. I have had to go to multiple dental appointments that took place after 4/15. The dental offices are being told that ******** has no file for me being covered. Ive reached out to Quick Health on multiple occasions. When my phone call is not disconnected, Quick Health tells me that they need to speak to their manager or reach out to ******** directly and they will call me back. I have not received one return call. Currently, I have an outstanding bill with my dentist office for $322.90 that they are looking to get paid. The dentist office has also been in contact with Quick Health. Quick Health assures them that I have coverage and they would get back to dentist office with a resolution. However, they stopped responding to the dentist as well. Nobody has seemed to care from this company that I have yet to receive services even though they have received payment and continue to do so. I am looking to have my money refunded back to me my policy canceled with no penalty to me.Initial Complaint

I was charged multiple times a month for a monthly charge for insurance; primarily on December 2027 ( charged 5 times ) January 2024 ( charged 4 times ), May 2024 ( charged 3 times ), In all instances they advised me that the next due date for my account charges would be moved so as to reflect the discrepancy covering my policy until the end of August 2024. On July 2024 ( charged 3 times ) when I sought to end my policy as to be stopped overdrawing my account, I was assured on July 22 and July 29 by 2 different **************** agents ( for which I have audio records of ) that I would be refunded the overdrawn amount and that it would take a month to reflect on my accounts, It has already been more than a month and still no refund. On July ************************************** ( for which I have audio recordings of ) that my account will not be charged further as they have changed the credit/debit card associated with my account, I was charged another monthly fee on September 1.I suspect that **************** has been dodging my calls ever since. I have called multiple times having to wait up to four hours on hold until giving up.
