    In February 2022 I retained ****** Services Quick Health Benefits as my Health insurance. Ihad them for a total of two months. February and March of 2022. I called and canceled after my last payment March 15, 2022. I have Mass Health and Medicare. On November 9 2023 Quick health started taking $257.29 out of my checking account which was my payment amount when I had their service. This happened 6 times for a total of $1,543.74. I called several times, even spoke to a supervisor named ******* which assured there was a clinch in the system and I would be reimbursed. Now I'm told I owe this money because I signed saying I would not dispute any charges. If I did sign I surely didn't mean they could take money when ever!( 1 yr 8 mos later ) I had to get new debit card or I feel they would still charge at any time. That's the reason charges even stop in the first place I'm hoping you can help me get my money back.Thank you ***********************************

    Quickhealth Insurance was acquired and $10 was charged. I was promised to receive a call to ensure I had enough money to charge $128.63.The insurance company charged $128.63 without notifying. I immediately contacted and canceled. On 2/22/2024 ( 877-554-3025) I reconfirmed that their system has a cancellation date of 1/11/2024. Quickhealth still charged me $138.63. I never received a cancelation notice nor did they respond. The insurance policy was canceled within a few days. I want a refund.

    I set up quarterly auto pay for my health coverage, in 2023 they billed me 5 times. I was refunded one of the payments after ***** calls. Then we started 2024 with them billing 2 months in advance and nobody can help. Their billing is borderline fraud. Buyer ****** that if you choose them you need to monitor the payments as they will steal your money any chance they get.

    On 14 November 2023 I established health insurance with Quick Health and prepaid the annual premium of $4,413.00. Later that day I found a different provider and established insurance with them. On 15 November 2023, I called Quick Health and informed them I was cancelling my coverage. They indicated to me it would be taken care of. On 4 January, I finally was able to speak with a representative and she asked for an email to indicate I wanted my coverage cancelled. I sent that email while on the phone with the representative and she confirmed she was in receipt. Since then, I've attempted to contact Quick Health several times and was either placed on terminal hold or, when I was able to contact a representative, I was informed that they are researching my issue. At no time have they made any valid attempt to refund my premium.

    I used this company to find affordable dental insurance, which I kept and used for roughly one year. I cancelled the policy last year (2023) as I was planning to move. For 2 months after, no payments were withdrawn. Suddenly in January, I'm having $144.49 withdrawn again. Once January 25, 2024, and twice in February 2024. The policy is terminated. There shouldn't be anymore payments to quickhealth. They're nearly impossible to get on the phone when you call them. Took nearly an hour and I was just asked if I'd sent a termination letter/email the first time. Which I hadn't been told I needed to do. I've done that and am still being charged.

    Not once was I able to use this insurance. I never received cards to access this insurance. After 6 months, I received a call stating the company I used for said insurance was no longer providing service and they could switch me to another insurance and reimburse me for the 5 months since I paid in advance. I declined and explained why. Two days later they took $3588.00 from my account without permission. I finally got ahold of customer service, and they were "sorry" that it happened. They don't know how or why. They will put in a request for reimbursement but it will take 30 days. I am not hopeful that I receive this money back and am already out $3588.00 for the first payment. At best they are a terrible company with terrible service.Date of experience: 15 February 2024

    This company fraudulently charged my deceased father's credit card for insurance that he did not authorize or intend to use as he had a valid full health insurance policy from another company that was in effect at the time of his death. Upon calling the credit card to close the account after his death on November 12th, 2023 I learned that his credit card was charged $3,607.00 for a policy with the company name listed as Q Health Insurance and phone number listed for this business as **************. His credit card that was charged was under ***************************, the credit card number was *******************. As the executor to my father's estate it is my duty to verify all balances, accounts, and ensure that the estate is not held responsible for anything fraudulent. As this was charged after his date of death, I am considering this a fraudulent charge and I am requesting an immediate refund to the credit card it was charged to such that the balance will not be owed by the estate. This is considered wire fraud.

    In July 2023 my son ****** ********************* cancelled Quick Health Insurance. In Statement December 2023 $722.45 worth of charges, each charge totaled ****** made on11/20, 11/20, 11/21, 11/22, and 11,23 appeared on my credit card ending in 8180. I was paying for the policy. I have tried for two weeks unsuccessfully to reach their customer service number ************ to remind them this policy was cancelled and to get my money back. To date I have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service which is the only way I can remind them the policy is cancelled according to their headquarters operation. How can I get through to the, and get my money back. This is not a reputable company. Thank you ***********************

    On January 29th, 2024, Quick Health made 4 charges to my credit card. $7,781.14 was the first, $125 was the second, $25 was the third, and the fourth was for $1.99, for a total of ******** for health insurance. At the bottom of the contract, it says the total is fully refundable within 30 days by calling ************. (page 7 of 9) Calling this number multiple times and being on hold for hours has resulted in the phone not being answered. Email to ********************************* has been ignored. I want my money refunded!
