Please help me. I have asked to have my Dental Insurance Policy cancelled since October. I am paid up until the end of March 27, 2024 . I informed at least 3 representatives to cancel my policy, I no longer want to be covered by Quickhealth. Cancelled in October 2023. I have received 9 or more text that state "Your payment of $144.49 for your Policy ID ****** is coming up soon. Please cancel this Policy. So can you help me, because ***** is a representative for Quickhealth. I was informed she was a supervisor and would take care of my issue with the payments. She hasn't, this is her contact number, **************. She was rude, short and never helped me.I've tried calling them for two weeks, music plays no one ever answers. Please let me know what I need to do. I want them to stop sending me text for payment. If they don't want to pay me, I am good with that as long as they don't expect anymore money and they quit sending me text. I believe I sent them payment for 5 months. I would like a refund of 4 months as I began asking for a cancellation of my policy since October. Then I agreed to cancel in November because they said my policy did not cancel in October. I don't believe they are fair or honest with their business practices. This needs to be corrected. The messages they send me are text and I am not able or know how to upload these text. I can take a snapshot of them. *************************, ID#******.

Quick Health as a Medicare gap provider.I was a customer for one year starting Dec 2022. In Nov or Dec 2023 I contacted them to notify them that I would like to cancel my policy. I thought everything was fine. Jan 2024 charges were made from my bank account for their company. On or around Feb 14th 2024 another charge was made by them to my bank account. I called customer service explained my situation and was informed that per my policy I had to put my cancelation in writing. I emailed them my cancelation while I had the customer service rep on the phone.Mar ********* yet another charge was made to my bank account. Also, the information that was put into my file that the customer service rep can see was altered from what I told the rep back in Nov 2023.

They tried to take money out of my checking account for a policy the no longer exists. I did not authorize this. My bank declined the transaction but it still should not have happened.

On March 8 2024 the company billed me without my consent. I no longer need their insurance plan but they have no working phone numbers to use for contact. I left a complaint on their "contact us" part of their website and have not received a response.I did not agree to automatic reenrollment and I want my money back as well as to cancel my enrollment in their service. They are essentially robbing people with no way to contact and no way to cancel

This accrued on December 27th 2024. we received and printed the agreement which stated a full refund if Canceled in 30 days minus the $51 enrollment fee. We called on 1/18 to cancel and when we did not get the return call we called again on 1/22/2024 and was told it was being purchased and called again 2/2/2024 talked with manager ***** ************** and was told there was a purchase and she would be taking care of it. No response talked to *** 2/5/2024 and she said we would get a call back and E-mail confirmation and we received nothing. I called on 2/15 got **** who is the floor manager and she said we would here from someone in 7 to 10 days witch we did not so I called them in 20days and now **** and ***** are both busy and will return my call. Ive called 3/6 3/7 3/8 twice 3/9. I called 8:03 3/11 and my calls are now not going thur. The numbers I have call ************** and Taras direct # **************. Ive E-mailed ***************************** and ****************************** I forward my Cancelation E-mail to both and resent them again this morning. We have ask are Dentist if they would except this insurance and they said No but when we were purchasing this we gave them are ************** and they said they would plus we ask several times about getting a refund and was reassured if with in the 30days full refund and if later it would be prorated. My husband retired 12/29/2023 and we have purchased health insurance with BCBS but we needed Dental and we both have unfinished Dental issues not yet finished and were also assured this insurance would do that. We are not wealthy people and $1,518 is a lot of money that we could use. I could send a copy of the agreement , E-mails and my notations of trying to get this resolved.

Quick Health has called my personal phone number multiple times from different phone numbers inquiring about what health insurance I have. I have asked 2 different representatives to remove me from their call list and they rudely hang up without agreeing to do so. They then began sending me SMS messages saying they are the same representatives that called and sending me unsolicited information about their services. I responded asking them I was not interested and then they contacted me again from a new phone number with the same message.

February 21, 2024 basically coerced into buying another health plan for *******-charged to my HRAveba debit, a health care account. This was after being informed that my previous health plan had been bought by another company and I would no longer have insurance unless I bought a new plan. The first plan had been bought 10-04-2023 for ******* and charged to my WF ***** They stayed the remaining months would be refunded-8 months-to my WF ***** I cancelled the new plan after 2 days on 02-22-2024 after learning from the **************** Insurance Commission that Quickhealth was under investigation. They agreed to refund the ******* and it did show up as credited back to my HRAveba debit card on02-24-2024 but then they charged me again for a total of *******. I called Quickhealth who said they were sorry and would fix it by Friday 02-08-2024. I contacted ******* who have issued a new debit card to me to prevent new charges and advised me to open an actual despute by then if this is not rectified. The total amount paid since October 04-2023 is $7315.67. I also did not receive new insurance cards when I paid in October if 2023, despite many calls. I also requested supporting documents which I also never received despite many calls. This company was very dishonest about the coverage they would provide.

December 2022 I needed to get health insurance and made the mistake of signing up to receive phone calls from insurance agents and my phone blew up with an unbelievable amount of calls. I talked to a few and then I got a call from quick health and their rates were much better than what I was being quoted from other agencies. So I went with them. After they processed my first months payment for what I thought was dental and health insurance I received their email which contained in bold letter that it was not health insurance and would not fulfill the requirement for tax purposes. I immediately called back and wanted to cancel so they put me on hold and never answered. I called back the next day and this time they said someone would call me to start the process. I called again the next day and talked to someone that said they could cancel my policy and refund me the money. I never got the refund. I would call but now I would only get an answering machine so I would leave a message but never get a call back. I stopped trying and the money never returned to me but at least there were no more charges. Back in November I was notified by chase bank that there appeared to be fraud happening with my bank account because there were repeated charges for $110 then later there were repeated charges for $89. ***** looked into it and quickly found out that it was fraud and returned all the money to my account. After that happened I received multiple calls and texts and emails from them trying to reinstate my plan and to know why chase put the money back in my account. The manner in which they conduct themselves appears to be unethical and they are quite possibly doing the same thing to many people which must be a violation because you have to have a license to sell health insurance.

Due to being laid off from my job. I needed to get health insurance. I went on the NY state marketplace to get a medical policy. I was forwarded to ****** a sales person that asked what kind of policy I was looking for. He quoted me a price that could be paid by credit card. I asked since I was interviewing for new jobs could I cancel the policy and get a refund. He sad yes , just call when I get my new job and medical coverage and I can cancel his policy. The refund would be on a prorated basis based on the unused portion of my premium. The refund would go back on my credit card since that is how I paid. I got a job and the new insurance started 11-2-23. I called in October and cancelled Quickhealth policy effective 10-31-23.. I have called, written a letter that was returned by the post office" no such address". I have emailed. I have emailed and spoken to ***, *****, ****, ****, ********, *****, ****** *******.In the beginning everyone was working on the refund. Then no one would return a call or email. My credit card has been charged 2 times full premiums which I had to involve the credit card company to issue a credit twice since these charges were unauthorized. My last call this week I was told there was NO refund coming. But instead they were keeping the money and would be happy to reinstate my policy. I do not need 2 medical policies. I was told by Albert refunds come and now is is not? A quick google search and you will see there are plenty of complaints against this company. This is a scam for people that did the right thing and got insurance so they could go to a doctor. They scammed us.I asked to speak to someone higher up that made a decision on my refund. I was told case closed, no refund. In fact she told me Quickhealth is a customer service company hired by ********* Health the company listed on my medical ID card. They do not take calls. Quick health is who charged my charge card They also go by *** * Health and *** Health

They continue to call, text and email, they say they want to process the refund then don’t, I also call back and leave a message and they don’t call back, if you google them they have tons of complaints. How can a company get away with this? I bought health insurance and got a job that offers insurance so I canceled their policy, I was told I could, they are taking all our hard earned money, I was unemployed and 63 years old!!!!! I want my refund!!!!
