1 starOn August 18, 2025, I was charged $899.26 by Xfinity Mobile. This charge was not valid, and I have been unable to obtain a proper refund despite multiple attempts.I contacted Xfinity support regarding this charge. Their representative told me that I never paid $899 to Xfinity, despite my bank records clearly showing the deduction on 08/18/2025. Screenshots of my account history are attached, clearly showing the $899.26 charge to Xfinity Mobile.Additionally, Xfinity claimed that a prior $69.38 payment had been refunded, but my records show it was deducted, not returned. They also mentioned that $34 was refunded and $435 was credited back to my bill, but this does not resolve or account for the missing $899.26 ********* date, I have not received the $899.26 back to my account. This has caused significant financial stress and hardship.Review fromGloria M

1 starReceived notice that there would be service interruptions to cable and internet on September 17. It went down but when I brought up the outage map I was the only house with service disruption. Tried calling customer service. The answering system said we cannot help you until system goes back up and hung up on me 8-9 times. Finally got through but saying I was a new customer. Talked with billing and asked for a credit for downed service and asked if there was truly an outage (this is the 3rd time this summer). She gave me a $20.00 credit and suggested cheaper plans. I declined and said I am not sure I will be staying with Xfinity. Ended call. I went and ran an errand and while in the car started to get call back calls from Xfinity that I did not request. Received a text saying we received your order and it will ship soon. As soon as I got home called again and agent said my package was over-ridden and raised $22 and that the shipped me a new modem. I was told by several agents for what I use WiFi for my modem, which was installed last year October, was fine. On this call said they cancelled the order and the modem would not ship. I ended up having to call Xfinity all day from 849 am through 430 pm ct. The modem was shipped and I am being forced to install equipment I did not want nor need. I will be sending a complaint to my congressman as well.Review fromDouglas C

1 starI spent 30 minutes on the phone with a supervisor for tech support in ***** who was unable to explain how since 2020 - Xfinity has charged me for a singular ******* membership on both of my accounts (bad on me for not noticing till now.) At $15 a month for 60 months that is a $900 over charge by Xfinity. His first solution was to cancel *******, he suggested that 3 times ... I explained that was not a solution to $900 in over charges so then his second offer to offer me the same offer in my area for new subscriptions of locking in my internet for $95 a month for 5 years. When I explained that would only be about $300 in savings leaving $600 in overcharges still owed. His response was that was the best offer he could give. I am not surprised that the "supervisor" can only sell more and cannot actually fix a billing issue but I do think it is criminal - everyone should look at their bill for double charges , I THINK THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE... crazy they make no effort after stealing from their customers, this company has no ethics at all.Review fromMALLORY R

1 starI have been trying to work with xfinity for several months on a refund on a non activated mobile account . I have a ticket and amount . We had a young man take information who was going door to door from your company. He setup a account before we gave the ok that we wanted to have a account for our phones setup. I have now sent a compliant and reported to xfinity, plus talked to over 30 csr **** for mobile xfinity. All I want to have my refund of ****** back on the card or check and remove all collection charges and fees from the mobile account I never wanted. I feel so unsafe letting anyone near my home because of this. Please contact me and get this resolvedReview fromJustin S

1 starI was inquiring with the customer support if I could upgrade my copper internet to fiber or faster uploads speeds with copper. I purchased the original internet with a $20/month discount. I need I need high uploads speeds for work. The agent told me yes, but I had to purchase my own router from their recommendation. I purchased it and plugged it in following their instructions to a T. Router was working, but no change on my internet speeds. I talked with another agent for assistance on the issue, and they said fiber is not available. So I had to reinstall my old router and asked them to switch my plan back to what I had with the discount. They said they cannot do that because for that discount to apply I had to stay with the same plan. So basically I lost my $20/month discount because of misinformation that I believed from an employee directly, while also wasting my time and money trying to setup for fiber even though it wasnt available at all. If xfinity could have honored the original discount (given I changed my plan due to misinformation from their employee which is clearly recorded because it was through online text chat), I wouldnt rate them so lowly. I will never purchase from xfinity given the choice. I have used **** Fiber, ****** Fiber, and Quantum Fiber. These places I have had 0 issues with and everything always worked smoothly. With xfinity I spent hours talking to them, just to lose my $20/month discount, waste money on a router, and waste hours of time.Review fromTheophilus F

1 starIt has been three days trying to port a number out to T-Mobile. No one knows how to do this. Three days, seven hours, and it's still not done. *** ID ********* was the worst of the bunch. His understanding was 0. He did not listen, kept asking the same questions over and over. XFinity/Comcast has always given us poor service, it's like they hire someone and say Go to work. There appears to be no training. This is the reason I chose to leave for another carrier. Everyone deserves to work, but they need to be able to do the job.Review fromRon C

1 starI was the victim of Comcast, they confiscated monies that I had on my account that was to be refunded to me, but instead they confiscated the amount. They admit to this and offer no explanation other than the system did it.There are literally thousand of similar individuals who have suffered at the crooks of Comcast like my self. This company is so bad, they should be put out if business by the *******************Review fromAnn T

1 starI received a bill that was $25 more than usual. It was Xfinity's annual service hike. Because Xfinity has exhausted my patience over the years, I decided to cancel my TV service (abc, *** and *** ONLY, which are actually already free channels) and install an antenna and a Tablo DVR. I don't even have the Food Channel or ***. When I returned the TV equipment, she FORCED me to sign ANOTHER service update on my internet service. She handed me my receipt and my receipt said that they upgraded my internet service to ***** mbps. At least I got something for the additional cost. However, I've been running constant internet speed tests. My internet speed service is being throttled. It typically ranges between 80 and 220 on average. It hit 405 ONE time. I keep calling and I still don't have the service which I AM PAYING FOR! For example, the last test I ran today was 189. It has not gone past 205 today. I have screenshots to prove it and I video record the text messages from when I text at night. Why does it matter? It matters because my new antenna runs off internet service and recordings are pixelated and the Tablo is dropping out in the middle of recordings. I paid for the antenna and Tablo equipment and I also pay for the internet service to make it all work and Xfinity is throttling my service which does not allow anything to work properly. I want what I pay for ***** mbps NOT 80 to 220 mbps. It's like buying a whole car, but only getting the tires.Review fromLori o

1 star0 star Xfinity sent out a company called America Cable % ****************** to lay fiber lines beneath the grass on our properties. They cut the wires and I lost internet for the entire day. I have reached Xfinity and ACT to fix the problem and have not heard back from either company. I called my internet company ATT to come out to try to fix the problem and they did this morning(09/16/2025), but the ATT technician stated that the wire was cut and need to be replaced. The earliest time that someone can come to reinstall new wires is Sept 30t 2 weeks away. Both companies Xfinity and *** have failed to reach back out to fix the problem their technicians caused. I conduct all my business from home using the internet and have lost funds due to the problem both Xfinity and ACT caused.Review fromTAMARA L

1 starI am writing to file a formal complaint regarding ongoing billing errors on my account. For over a year, I have been charged monthly for a phone line that I do not have or use. I recently reviewed my statements and discovered these unauthorized charges. For the past three weeks, I have called multiple times and been transferred repeatedly between departments without resolution. It is very concerning to know that your supervisors are misleading customers. I spoke with ******** (Supervisor) over two weeks ago, and she told me she would submit a request to correct this. Since then, I have also spoken with Teyese, Onar, Rolly, ****************************** and Gabby (Mobile ******************* yet the issue remains unresolved.I am tired of calling and being transferred from one department to another without any real help or accountability. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.
