    I purchased my "Premium Package" in October, 2019 for $1,781.00, with a go-live date of November 1, 2019 and an expiration date of May 1, 2025. I have never filed a claim. Then, on January 21, 2025, I filed my first claim with Concord for an air conditioning repair to be performed by my dealership. They told me they would have it handled by Thursday, Jan 23. Nothing. I called on Friday, they said Monday Jan 27. Nothing. Called again, was directed to ******* *******, the "Manager". I've left four voice mails. No return calls. Concord Auto Protect took my almost $1,800.00 and have done nothing. Including not returning a phone call.

    filing a complaint against Concord Auto Protect regarding their failure to honor their warranty coverage and refund agreement.I purchased an auto extended warranty from Concord Auto Protect, and when I needed repairs, the company failed to cover the costs as *********** August, I contacted Concord Auto Protect to cancel my policy and was told I would receive a partial refund of $850 due to their failure to cover repairs. However, I have yet to receive this refund.When I attempt to follow up, I am transferred to a supervisor named ******* *******, who has never returned my calls or responded to my voicemails. I have left multiple messages, but he has failed to contact me back.I also emailed the company, but my emails have gone unanswered.Whenever I call, the representatives tell me that they have submitted my refund request and that I should receive it within 15 business days. However, this has not occurred, and the refund remains outstanding.Additionally, some of the customer service representatives have been rude, and on multiple occasions, I have been hung up on.Desired Resolution:I request that Concord Auto Protect honor their commitment to refund $850, as promised in August 2024.

    Hi I purchased an extended car warranty on 7/20/23 under the **** ******* for $3050. It was for 4 years and I confirmed that if cancelled, you get a pro-rated refund. I called on 1/3/2025 to cancel and after them trying to get me to keep it, I cancelled it and was told I would get a refund of $1815. I have yet to receive this money. They are not picking up the phone and have not answered any emails in the past. I am seeking my refund of $1815 as it has been over the 30 day period in which they ask to allow for refunds. This is ridiculous and causing significant financial hardship for me.

    Hello BBB Team, I purchased an extended auto warranty from CONCORD AUTO SERVICES LLC on 07/14/2023 and it covers 6 years and ******* miles. The car has only used up about 10k miles since the policy was put in place. The car needs a new engine and I am having an issue with them paying out and responding to the auto shop that I'm working with. They are very slow and not getting back to the auto shop. It has been over a month of them dragging their feet and I am without a car this entire time. I have included the emails from the ***************** to the extended warranty company Concord Auto, included the insurance policy from Concord, and the addendum which states: "Your VSP# ******* will adhere to the following for sections 2 & 7 and will not have a limit of $9.000.00 Coverage Provided under ******************** Program. ******************** Program period begins on the effective date and start mileage, and ends either on the expiration date or when the vehicle has reached its expiration mileage. The effective date, start/end mileage, and expiration date are all listed on the confirmation page. We will arrange for the repair or replacement of any covered parts,or pay the repair cost associated with a breakdown during the program period (we reserve the right to use OEM, aftermarket or recycled parts) . Our limit of liability under this *************** Program for repair costs associated with covered parts is the lesser of either the original cost of the vehicle to you, or the cars reasonable trade in value based on its ***** Blue Book value and actual condition at the time this program was purchased."VSP#******* Claim ID: *******

    I filed a claim with my extended warranty program on October 3rd 2024. The transmission blew and the car needs to be repaired. According to the terms of the warranty, it should be covered by the warranty company. We have been going back and forth with this company for the past 4 months with little to no answers or resolutions. We were told about 3 weeks ago that an inspector would be calling ******** **** where the vehicle is currently located to be repaired. We have yet to hear from an inspector and have called Concord Auto Protect nearly every day with no assistance. This has been going on for 4 months, every time we call them we are told that we will get a call back or an email later that day, usually leading to no response at all. We are still unsure of if the vehicle repairs will even be covered by the warranty or what the inspector is for.

    I dropped my vehicle off to get repaired with ****** and they said they was gone contact the dealership to get an adjuster out to look at the vehicle but no one has came out yet, Ive been without a vehicle since Jan 2, 2025 and its a month later and Im still without a vehicle and the dealership saying no one has been out yet to look at the vehicle ive been contacting them no one has contacted me

    On 12/7 my check engine light came on and my husband put the code reader on it and it came up as the timing chains needed replaced due to faults. I called Concord on 12/7/24 at 2:08 pm and was told to take my vehicle to a certified dealer. I did this on 12/9. I myself made phone calls to Concord on 12/9- 6 calls bc the representative kept telling me theyd call me back in 30 minutes and never would. 12/12, 12/19, 12/20, 12/23, 12/30, 1/30-4 calls. I left a message for the CEO, ******* three times and one message to ****** **** and never received a call back. The dealership also tried calling multiple times and no one would call them back in regards to the claim. I was given an adjusters email address however when I emailed it the email bounced back as an incorrect email address. I was stuck paying the dealership $268.70 for absolutely no work done on my car because Concord would not answer in regards to the claim filed. I do have phone records of all my attempts to reach Concord.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving an ongoing issue with Concord Auto Protect regarding an extended warranty claim I submitted on December 26, 2023. Despite numerous attempts to address this matter directly with the company, I have yet to receive a resolution.The details of my complaint are as follows:Claim Numbers: ******* and 4604101.Initial Submission Date: December 26, 2023.Issue: I have not received the refund owed to me, nor have I received any clear communication or timeline for resolution.Attempts to Resolve: I have called Concord Auto Protect numerous times and have been repeatedly informed that the refund "is in the mail," yet it has not arrived. Additionally, I have left messages with the manager but have never received a response. Each interaction with their representatives has resulted in unfulfilled promises and further delays.The lack of communication and follow-through from Concord Auto Protect has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. I am seeking your support to encourage the company to address my claims and promptly issue the refund I am owed.Please let me know if additional documentation is required to support my complaint.     II canceled my contract on October 9, 2024. Despite multiple calls and emails, I am still owed a prorated refund of $1,934.00.

    We purchase extended warranty for my 2017 ***** 1500 truck. In September 2024 took it to ****** ********* on ***** pa. Determined it would need a new transmission. Took pictures files claim with concord and nothing has been done. Can not talk to a human at concord they said everything has to be done by email. ****** ********* has sent multiple emails also to get thus taken care of
