Pretty straight forward when buying the new warranty plan. I did call other places and Concord Auto Protect seemed to have the best pricing for the warranty plan. Would recommend!Review from Kimberly W

Is this even a real company??! They play on the phone every time you call-(and I’ve been calling alot) pretending like they can’t hear you or hanging up, they tell you to contact the supervisor by email..(fake supervisor )you do, and NO response from anybody!! It’s never okay to take people’s money and not give them any service!!! My car has been in the shop for 4 months. The shop sent you several emails and you pretend like it’s your first time hearing about my car! I need ALL of my money back! like I’m just paying for absolutely nothing. “Concord Auto Protect” take money from my account every month, but can’t even give any service?? Why? I have been waiting since November for their approval of a claim that is clearly covered by my policy. The FTC needs to investigate them ASAP. The "sparkling" reviews on this site are clearly fabricated. They are totally inconsistent with a majority of recent reviews. They have cut off all communication. When I attempted to contact them recently, an answering service told me they were going through a change in ownership. A government agency needs to step in and find out what is going on! What about the local Chamber of Commerce? Too many consumers have experienced a financial hardship. The FCC should shut down all their websites!Review from Michael P

I'm writing this review to hopefully save somebody the stress that I have endured due to this unprofessional company. I will keep writing reviews until I get what was promised to me when purchasing my auto protection plan. At the beginning of January 2023 I bought 2 auto protection plans simultaneously thinking I was getting piece of mind. One was for a 2013 Dodge Challenger and one was for a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. At the end of February I felt the Chevrolet Malibu was not shifting correctly so I brought the car in to the service department of celebration Chevrolet dealership. The service department then informed me there is transmission issues. Following that we emailed the service department our protection plan from Concord Auto Protect. Concord auto protection requested a specific list of documents to move forward with the repair. We along with the service advisor at the Chevrolet dealership provided each and every requested document. We have called every other day, Concord Auto protect refuses to return my phone calls, repeatedly disconnect my phone calls or tell me they will have a manager call back that never does. It appears they are trying to get out of taking responsibility for their Auto Protection Plan. They are not upholding their responsibilities of what they sold me and I payed for both protection plans in full.Review from Michael P

I find myself compelled to share my ongoing ordeal with this thoroughly unprofessional car dealership, hoping to spare others from the unimaginable stress I've been enduring. Despite having expressed my dissatisfaction through multiple reviews, I remain steadfast in my commitment to continue writing until the promises made during the purchase of my auto protection plan are fulfilled. In the early days of January 2023, I made the ill-fated decision to purchase two auto protection plans simultaneously, believing it would provide me with peace of mind for my 2013 Dodge Challenger and 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. Regrettably, by the end of February, my optimism was shattered when I noticed the Chevrolet Malibu wasn't shifting correctly. Bringing the car to Celebration Chevrolet dealership's service department, I was informed of significant transmission issues. Subsequently, we promptly sent the protection plan from Concord Auto Protect to the service department as requested. Despite our diligence and collaboration with the service advisor at the dealership, the response from Concord Auto Protect has been nothing short of a nightmare. Concord Auto Protect, despite being provided with every document they requested, has chosen to ignore my calls. They repeatedly disconnect my calls, and promises of a manager returning my call are consistently unfulfilled. It is painfully evident that Concord Auto Protect is actively avoiding taking responsibility for the auto protection plan they sold me. Their failure to uphold their commitments, despite my full payment for both protection plans, is an egregious betrayal of trust.Review from michael p

This is a total scam. All reviews are scams. I bought 2 warranties in Nov and Dec 2022. Paid top $ for the best and most expensive option. The sales guy was all sweet-talk. Yet, trying to contact him or anyone esle via email to him and also by phone to file a claim for the past 2 weeks were complete time-waste. On phone, first time was told that only the sales guy could take claim details but he was not in office. Left name/number of me as well as service advisor. No one called or even replied to my email. Called several times at different hours but always call center replied and always same story- leave name and number for some one to call back. Today, was told that ownership changed but no explanation of how that would mean no service claim processing or anyone answering from the business during regular office hours. No rental car authorization and no service authorization. At this point, spending own money to repair and getting rental car. Sending attorney letter- suing is the only way this scammer company will learn a lesson. Anyone wants to join a class action suit, will be happy to collaborate.Review from Tony C

I have had Concord Auto Protect for a few years now. Within the last 3 months I have left 17 messages and over 10 emails. I have a claim that I have not been able to resolve because no one has called back. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. I am at the point I may take legal action and small claims court. Stay far away from Concord Auto Protect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
