    I have extended warranty with Concord Auto protection but can't get ahold of there phone emails bouncing back my car needs work that there are pose to cover with my $100 deductible

    Date of Purchase: December 2021 Product: Extended Vehicle Warranty Amount Paid: $1,990.00 Date of Incident: June 2025 Complaint Description:In December 2021, I purchased an extended vehicle warranty from Concord Auto Protect for $1,990.00. At the time, I was assured that the warranty would cover major repairs and provided peace of mind for the duration of the coverage. Coverage ends in June 2027 or ******* miles. Neither of these terms have been ********** June 2025, my vehicle required significant repairs. When I attempted to use the warranty, neither I nor the car dealership could reach the company. We made multiple attempts to contact them but did not receive any response. The dealership informed me that the company appears to have gone out of business and mentioned that they received similar complaints from other ************ a result, I was forced to pay over $2,000 out of pocket for the necessary repairs - on top of the $1,990 I already paid for the warranty. I believe this is a clear case of breach of contract and misrepresentation.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full reimbursement of the $1,990 I paid for the extended warranty. Alternatively, I would accept reimbursement for the repair costs I incurred due to the company's failure to honor the warranty agreement.I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter and holding the company accountable to its obligations.

    I purchased additional warranty on 11/25/2024. I received an estimate for work needing done on 3/24/25. I called the number and spoke to a *** who said he would have them contact me. I was never contacted. I emailed copies of the estimate on 3/24, 3/31, and 4/13. Two weeks ago I tried submitting through the client portal and I STILL have heard nothing from this company. I called today, 6/9/25, and the number is "temporarily unavailable". At this point, they are in breach of their services as they have made no attempt to even reach out to me or provide a response to my preclaim inquiry and I would like my money refunded.

    * bought extended car warranty with concord around feb 2023. i paid with my discover card. About a year into having it I had a problem with A/C and called them and they said to take it to *** certified place but i couldnt find any that accepted concord. i just paid out if pocket for it to be fixed. The A/C was having trouble again this year and i called and sent in a few claims with no response. All the phone numbers are not going through and i see there are many claims against them for possible scamming. Im not sure how to proceed. Im just looking for a refund now. I looked into discover but this is more scam than fraud and im not sure if they can help me. Thank you.

    In April 2025, I took my car to the dealer for routine service. Dealer pointed out additional problems that needed to be repaired, which may or may not be covered by warranty. Dealer attempted to contact Concord and Concord would not return their calls. I followed up and filed a claim, and got nothing more than a system generated claim number. Concord has never followed up with either an approval or denial. This is the second time this has happened.

    I purchased a vehicle warranty from this company. And they are not answering phone calls or emails. There's no way to contact this company. I paid over thousand dollars for the warranty.

    On August 12, 2022, I paid $3,000 to Concord Auto Protect using my *************** credit card for an extended vehicle warranty that was supposed to cover my car until 2028. The purchase was made over the phone with one of their representatives. After payment, I received a confirmation email stating the service and duration.However, when I attempted to use the service in 2025, I faced serious issues. My mechanic submitted a claim (Claim #*******) to Concord Auto Protect, but the company never responded. I also attempted to call them multiple times at their listed number ****************), but the voicemail box was full, and I could not get through to anyone. No response has ever been received from the company.After researching online, I discovered that many other consumersover 80 in reviews Ive collectedreport the same experience: payment was taken, but no service was provided. The company is now unresponsive and appears to be operating fraudulently.This is not a case of buyers remorse. Its a failure to deliver the contracted service. The business has made no effort to resolve the issue, nor have they responded to calls or emails. Im seeking a full refund of $3,000 for undelivered services.I would appreciate BBBs help in getting a resolution and warning others about this businesss practices.

    On August 14, 2023 I purchased a car warranty for $2,200 this warranty was based on miles that I have not yet reached. I submitted a claim for a fuel tank repair and have heard nothing. I tried to call and the number is disconnected. I also read recently the business has been accused of fraud. I would like to have either my repair cost for my fuel tank to be covered or to be reimbursed $2,200.

    I purchased a car warranty through Concord. It was $2300 and they never paid a claim of just over $300 and now are not reachabel via phone. I appear to have been scammed.
