    I purchased a car warranty through Concord. It was $2300 and they never paid a claim of just over $300 and now are not reachabel via phone. I appear to have been scammed.

    I had a problem with my car that I felt would be covered by this insurance. The first time my husband called, he got an answering service that told him to call back after 8:00 A.M.. We called back MULTIPLE times during "office hours" and every time we were told the inbox was full or the number was temporarily unavailable. We were informed by a car dealership in the middle of April that I had problems and we've tried to reach them ever since.

    Yes I bought. Car Warranty from Concord auto warranty. Out of Prussia Pennsylvania I took my car The place I took it to got the run around finally they said they wouldn't cover the repairs and cost I purchased the premium They took my payment directly out of my bank and The number is no good I emailed them no response around 300 or more

    I PURCHASED THIS AUTO WARRANTEE 3/23/2024 VIA MY CREDIT CARD. I FINALLY TRIED TO US IT IN APRIL THIS YEAR AND THE REPAIR SHOP IFORMED ME THAT IT WAS WORTHLESS. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND I NEVER GOT A REPLY.

    I purchased a car warranty for a new car 2022 the car just now needed a small part, when ***** surprise the Concord auto protect company wanted to send a bogus after market part and then their credit card was declined. The second part was expedited 2 months ago and we cant get a hold of anyone. Currently it seems as they have even turned off their sales number. They send you in circles w adjuster and service *** all have broken English. The sales are Americans but immediately transfer you somewhere else for service e questions they have taken my money and that should be a crime and need to be ***aid!

    This is a complaint against Concord Auto Protect concerning their failure to fulfill obligations under my active vehicle warranty service plan (VSP# *******), which commenced on February 17, 2022, and remains valid until July 17, 2027.On February 27, 2025, Concord Auto Protect claims adjuster **** ******* seeking information regarding my claim ID: *******. Through further emails with the dealership, he approved the shipment of parts necessary for repairs to the control arm for my vehicle on March 11, 2025, with an expected delivery to the dealership by March 19, 2025. On March 20, 2025, the company confirmed coverage for the control arms but denied responsibility for the coolant leak and gear shift issues. Prior to towing vehicle to dealership for repairs, I contacted Concord Auto Protect on two separate occasions to confirm that both the coolant leak and the gear shift being stuck in park were covered under my warranty. Their representatives assured me that these issues were indeed covered. However, they did not approve repairs only the control arm. Then both I and my service advisor never heard from Concord Auto Protect again and the parts were never shipped, and no payment was made for the labor.I made multiple attempts to contact the company but received no response. Currently, all calls are directed to voicemail, and emails remain unanswered. Additionally, I filed a complaint with a representative named *****, who escalated the matter to his manager, ******* ******, but no further action was taken.Given these circumstances, I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to address the following: 1.Reimbursement for the approved repairs, car rental expenses, and towing services.2.An investigation into the potential alteration of my contract terms without proper notification or consent.3.Accountability for the lack of communication and failure to fulfill contractual obligations.

    I submitted a claim to Concord Auto Protect and they took forever to review the work needed to repair my car. They agreed to an amount they would pay for the repair and send the check to Silver Arrows Auto Repair. It has been a month with no check received. In addition, when I call them as well as Silver Arrows Auto you are not connected to a live person. The only message you hear is that the mailbox is full call later. We are calling their main number which is **************. Very unusual for a business to go 3+ weeks with a mailbox full response to a customer call
