    I have an auto repair warranty with Concord Auto Protect and went to file a claim but they disconnected their number and Logon website to file claims. I have no way to get in touch with them now.

    Concord Auto Protect for defrauding me. out of $2,1120.00 for contract and the cost of my repairs of $1700.00. I place a claim with no answer and phone # now disconnected. Whom can I contact to get answers? I would like to et my monies back and them punish for defrauding their customers. Please Advise Thanks In Advance.     Have a vehicle service warranty with Concord Auto protect VSP# ******* Premium, $0.00 deductible since 02/27/2023 thru 08/27/26, $ ********. start mileage ****** with end mileage ******* VIN *****************. Went to ************** 07/19 with mileage ******* due to starter needing to be replaced with an appointment set for 07/21/2025. 2015 ***** CR-V. Provided phone number of Concord ************** to ************** Hampton, **. Number not in service when I called later that day. This is same number listed on Concord Auto Protect webpage. Reached out to your agency and was provided a different number, your agency had listed **************. Dialed that number with number not in service also. I reached back out to Priority ***** to inform of inability to reach warranty company. This service is covered under my warranty and I paid $175.00 fee to Priority. Due to inability to reach Concord, not able to afford out of pocket, Priority not a provider of my car care card and needed to have this service done as soon as possible, reach out to ************* car care on 07/21/2025 **** charged that card of $869.37(SYNCHRONY) for that service. The worker at ************* car care tried calling those numbers above and checking to see if other auto warranty companies may worked with Concord without success. It appeared I had successfully submitted a claim online with Concord Auto "claim number ******* received with " a representative will contact me within 24-36hrs and call them with same non working number listed above. Up until this date of 08/01/2025, I have not received a response.

    Landrover *********************** located in ************, ******* completed an oil leak on my 2018 Discovery Sport Landrover. The amount totaled ********. I purchased an extended car warranty from Concord Auto Protect four years ago. The companys address is: *********************************. I purchased the premium package on May 21, 2021. The start date began 06/21/2021 and expires 06/21/2026. The **** *******. The premium package I paid for the extended warranty was $2,000.00. Before my car was completed and the oil leaks were fixed, Landrover called and told me that my warranty had been refused because it had expired. I told them to go ahead and fix the oil leaks because the information they were told was incorrect. Ive been trying to reach Concord ever since and have been unsuccessful. Landrover had my car from July 9, 2025 until July I believe Ive been scammed! HELP! Best way to contact is via email: ***************

    We bought warranties for our vehicles back in 2021 that are supposed to be valid until 2027. Weve attempted to get reimbursed/pre-approval for repairs over the last four years and as of July 1, we are now completely unable to get ahold of the company. The phone has an automated number not available message, their website wont load, you get an automated response on ******** messenger and nobody responds to email inquiries. In the first couple years we have been able to get partial reimbursement for repairs on our vehicles (once on each vehicle), but it was a fight. They made us jump through hoops only to send us a couple hundred dollars on major repairs. We were told to always call them first to get pre-approval for a repair, but now it appears the company is no longer doing business and a recent major repair will also go unpaid that should be covered under our warranties. When we bought the warranties, they had many great reviews, which now appears to be completely opposite as if those initial reviews were not even real. In searching through articles, it appears the company has been sued in PA as of 2024 for fraud/scamming customers which I now feel we are part of the scam. Hoping this complaint can be used to help others in our position and warn anyone looking to purchase a warranty with this company.

    We renewed an extended car warranty for 5 years for our 2015 GMC Yukon with Concord Auto Protect and were charged $1750 via credit card on 12/19/2023. We never used their service and the company is now out of business with no notice. We seek a full refund from the company for misrepresentation and fraud.

    Date: 09/16/2021 I bought a 5yr car extended warranty from Concord Auto Protect for $1985 cash. I never made a claim. I to use it about 1 1/2 yr ago and got no response or answer to phone calls. They never paid out any claim on my behalf. Im asking for a full refund since I dont know how long Ive been uninsured. Or if they ever insured me at all. I found them through an advertising.     I have extended warranty with Concord Auto protection but can't get ahold of there phone emails bouncing back my car needs work that there are pose to cover with my $100 deductible

    Date of Purchase: December 2021 Product: Extended Vehicle Warranty Amount Paid: $1,990.00 Date of Incident: June 2025 Complaint Description:In December 2021, I purchased an extended vehicle warranty from Concord Auto Protect for $1,990.00. At the time, I was assured that the warranty would cover major repairs and provided peace of mind for the duration of the coverage. Coverage ends in June 2027 or ******* miles. Neither of these terms have been ********** June 2025, my vehicle required significant repairs. When I attempted to use the warranty, neither I nor the car dealership could reach the company. We made multiple attempts to contact them but did not receive any response. The dealership informed me that the company appears to have gone out of business and mentioned that they received similar complaints from other ************ a result, I was forced to pay over $2,000 out of pocket for the necessary repairs - on top of the $1,990 I already paid for the warranty. I believe this is a clear case of breach of contract and misrepresentation.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full reimbursement of the $1,990 I paid for the extended warranty. Alternatively, I would accept reimbursement for the repair costs I incurred due to the company's failure to honor the warranty agreement.I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter and holding the company accountable to its obligations.
