    I submitted a claim to Concord Auto Protect and they took forever to review the work needed to repair my car. They agreed to an amount they would pay for the repair and send the check to Silver Arrows Auto Repair. It has been a month with no check received. In addition, when I call them as well as Silver Arrows Auto you are not connected to a live person. The only message you hear is that the mailbox is full call later. We are calling their main number which is **************. Very unusual for a business to go 3+ weeks with a mailbox full response to a customer call

    On July 22, 2024 I purchased a Concord Auto Protect Policy # ******* for $2812 with a Date of Activation on August 22, 2024. On November 14th, 2024, I took My Vehicle to ********** Provider to have a *********** Change, Lubrication & a Multi-Point Vehicle Safety Check. As a result of this procedure ********** Provider informed Me that They had discovered a Radiator Leak ?? Shortly Thereafter I contacted ******** **** of Concord Auto Protect to check to see if My Radiator Leak was a Covered Repair under My Policy ?? He Informed Me that It was & I initiated My Claim ?? On December 10th, 2024 I was Emailed the following : This is in reference to our mutual customer ****** ******* with the 2017 Chevrolet Suburban Claim ID: *******. In order to process this claim as soon as possible our claims department would need some more information on the failed items listed here, what was the customers initial complaint on arrival? Was this vehicle towed in? What was the diagnostic procedure? What are the trouble codes stored or present? what is the level and condition of the ********* as well as the Antifreeze fluid? Is this caused by a fluid leak? Is there a freeze frame data sheet available? In addition, please submit all available service records for this vehicle, also submit clear photographs displaying the failed components as well as Front, Rear, Sides, Under Carriage, Engine Bay, Vin Plate, and Odometer reading, and Inspection/Registration Stickers for review, you can simply attach the photographs to this reply email. This is standard procedure once a claim surpasses a certain dollar amount, I have copied our mutual customer on this email in efforts to assist in obtaining the service records for this ********** soon as we receive the requested information, we can further process this claim.     I purchased a car extended warranty. I went to go use it in 2024 June they denied my repairs even though it was supposed to be like a new car bumper-to-bumper warranty. Then when I went to go cancel it, they said that they would pay for it if I did not cancel, I chose to go ahead and cancel and I have called several times and they keep telling me that theyre going to send me a check for the refundand Ill be able to receive it and now I cant even get in contact with the company

    I purchased a auto extended warranty in October of 2024 I canceled it before it took place and necessary time frame.I was told I would recieve a full refund of the amount they deducted from my checking account using my Bof A debit card. $1,998.76 with in 30 days.Never came after numerous emails and calls getting promise for payment never happens. Now I've been unable to contact them with there contact information. These people are a fraud and scams money. Im a senior as well and fixed income unable to take a lose like this.I want my refund and have filed a claim of fraud with PA ATTORNEY GENERAL. I called them every day by phone asking the same question where is my refund with same answer it's coming always a different excuse but promised by CEO **** ****** AKA ******* ******* he's working on ***** date April 28th still no ********** he's hiding out and ducting calls and emails. He should go to jail!

    This company went ghost with **** ***** *********. My suburban has been there for 4 months. The dealership has ordered parts and they are going to put my engine back together. The approximate cost is 7400.00$. In addition to the 2475.00$ I paid for the coverage. This is shocking and a huge hit on me. On top of being without a car. I have a full outline of all documentation and details. I am sending a certified envelope overnight to your DC address. Thank you in advance for your help.     Hello ! I purchased a Car Warranty Protection Policy with this company Concord Auto Protection on 05/19/******* policy End date is 05/19/2027 or at ****** which ever comes first.I tried contacting this company for a car repair at this number written on my policy ************** and also email this company at ********************************* with No prevail. I have done everything this policy requires with monthly maintenance upkeep.

    I paid Concord auto protect a down payment of $300.00 October 30th 2024 and they have been receiving automated payments of $84.00 a month for the months of December 2024 thru March of 2025. I called them to file a Claim on the 3rd of April 2025 and no one is answering the Phone. The automated service is saying I'm sorry, this mailbox is full. I have had no service done, not even a tired change and they are just not in service. I've called them everyday since and the Phone is still saying the same thing. The number advertised is ***********
