    I bought an extended warranty from Concord Auto Protect 7/19/2021. My protection coverage plan is good through 12/24/2026. The ******************* is currently investigating this company as well. I have filed a complaint with his office as well. I was stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours last week. My plan is supposed to cover road side assistance. There is no longer any way to contact this company and I subsequently needed to be towed and my radiator replaced. I had no idea the company was being investigated at this time. All of what I had to pay out of pocket would have been covered in my Premium Plan. The cost of this plan was $2070.00. Is there a class action suit I can be added to or do I have to spend more money out of pocket for a lawyer. The cost of the radiator replacement was $645.00. Plus I was entitled to a rental car. Please advise. Thank you. ***** *******

    I bought and paid in full one payment., an extended warranty for my ****** Camry . It took effect 1/01/2024 . Total cost $1040.00. It was good through 1/01/2027. They said I could get partial money back if I sold the car before then. I bought a new car 7/01/2025. When I called concord about refunding my money the said they could only do Venmo or a check. I dont have ***** so I said a check was fine. They were going to refund ******. Never came. I have called them every 2-3 months since. Same thing we will mail you the check. **** will call you. No check. No call. I have spoken with someone about this 5 different times. Always the same response. Now when I try to call the number has been disconnected. Poor customer service and outright lies. I would really like my money back please.

    Purchased vehicle warranty for a 2015 GL550 on 5/28/2023. Never used the warranty and cannot contact Concord Auto Protect at all. No website, phone or otherwise.

    Date of Purchase: 5/30/24 Product: Extended Vehicle Warranty Amount Paid: $1,600.00 Date of Incident: August 5, 2025 Complaint Description: I purchased an extended vehicle warranty from Concord Auto Protect for $1,600.00. At the time, I was assured that the warranty would cover the vehicle until 5/30/2027 and was sent a contract with all of the specifics details of cthe coverage. I recently called to request a repair and could not reach anyone at the office, through the client portal or website. They seem to have closed their business without notifying clients or providing services. No refund was offered or means of retribution for the default of contract on the companies part. I believe this is a clear case of breach of contract and misrepresentation.Desired Resolution: I am requesting a full reimbursement of the $1,600 paid for the extended warranty.

    I have an auto repair warranty with Concord Auto Protect and went to file a claim but they disconnected their number and Logon website to file claims. I have no way to get in touch with them now.

    Have a vehicle service warranty with Concord Auto protect VSP# ******* Premium, $0.00 deductible since 02/27/2023 thru 08/27/26, $ ********. start mileage ****** with end mileage ******* VIN *****************. Went to ************** 07/19 with mileage ******* due to starter needing to be replaced with an appointment set for 07/21/2025. 2015 ***** CR-V. Provided phone number of Concord ************** to ************** Hampton, **. Number not in service when I called later that day. This is same number listed on Concord Auto Protect webpage. Reached out to your agency and was provided a different number, your agency had listed **************. Dialed that number with number not in service also. I reached back out to Priority ***** to inform of inability to reach warranty company. This service is covered under my warranty and I paid $175.00 fee to Priority. Due to inability to reach Concord, not able to afford out of pocket, Priority not a provider of my car care card and needed to have this service done as soon as possible, reach out to ************* car care on 07/21/2025 **** charged that card of $869.37(SYNCHRONY) for that service. The worker at ************* car care tried calling those numbers above and checking to see if other auto warranty companies may worked with Concord without success. It appeared I had successfully submitted a claim online with Concord Auto "claim number ******* received with " a representative will contact me within 24-36hrs and call them with same non working number listed above. Up until this date of 08/01/2025, I have not received a response.

    Landrover *********************** located in ************, ******* completed an oil leak on my 2018 Discovery Sport Landrover. The amount totaled ********. I purchased an extended car warranty from Concord Auto Protect four years ago. The companys address is: *********************************. I purchased the premium package on May 21, 2021. The start date began 06/21/2021 and expires 06/21/2026. The **** *******. The premium package I paid for the extended warranty was $2,000.00. Before my car was completed and the oil leaks were fixed, Landrover called and told me that my warranty had been refused because it had expired. I told them to go ahead and fix the oil leaks because the information they were told was incorrect. Ive been trying to reach Concord ever since and have been unsuccessful. Landrover had my car from July 9, 2025 until July I believe Ive been scammed! HELP! Best way to contact is via email: ***************

    We bought warranties for our vehicles back in 2021 that are supposed to be valid until 2027. Weve attempted to get reimbursed/pre-approval for repairs over the last four years and as of July 1, we are now completely unable to get ahold of the company. The phone has an automated number not available message, their website wont load, you get an automated response on ******** messenger and nobody responds to email inquiries. In the first couple years we have been able to get partial reimbursement for repairs on our vehicles (once on each vehicle), but it was a fight. They made us jump through hoops only to send us a couple hundred dollars on major repairs. We were told to always call them first to get pre-approval for a repair, but now it appears the company is no longer doing business and a recent major repair will also go unpaid that should be covered under our warranties. When we bought the warranties, they had many great reviews, which now appears to be completely opposite as if those initial reviews were not even real. In searching through articles, it appears the company has been sued in PA as of 2024 for fraud/scamming customers which I now feel we are part of the scam. Hoping this complaint can be used to help others in our position and warn anyone looking to purchase a warranty with this company.
