    On Jan. 10, 2025 I canceled a warranty and was told that I would get $819 back. I was told that it would be within two weeks that a check would be mailed. Since this time I have spoken to four different people who keep telling me that the check will be sent two weeks. I have left messages with two people in billing, ******* and also ***** who have not returned my phone call. At this point I cannot even get them to call me back or get through to leave a message. I have tried speaking to numerous people and letting them know what the issue is, and I have been told that they will definitely let the right person know and that they would put my name at the top of the list for refund. Every person I have talked to is able to see the $819 that I am owed. However, the check has not been mailed and I am some list. I am at my wits end and I am hoping that the Better Business Bureau can help me get my refund back as I can no longer get them to respond to me. I have attached a screenshot of my phone that shows how many times I have been calling them. Ive also a confirmation that I received on the purchase when it was initially done with some of my notes written on it. Ive only taken a few screenshots of the phone calls as I have called at least twice a week since January 10. I can provide more documentation if needed. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

    Have been calling and calling to request pro rated refund of warranty I bought from them and phone rings for 30 minutes and either hangs up on you or you can leave a voicemail. I have left several voicemails and been weeks and no one has called me back. Conveniently when you press the option for sales someone answers everytime but just transfers you back to department that doesn't answer the phone and refuse to get me on the phone with someone. Very deceptive company and feels like a scam.

    Claims have been ignored and legitimate claims remain unpaid despite prior approval.2/24/25 claim submitted and approved. Parts to be sent. 3/6/25 parts not received. Sent new request for shipment. Parts never received. 3/10/25 claim amended to include additional parts 3/14/25 I left a message for a supervisor due to numerous times we were told we'd have an answer by the end of the day. **** ******* emailed asking for a revised estimate (which had been sent multiple times). Information was emailed again by us regarding claim.3/21/25 Called at 1:42 PM Concord claimed correct info was not received. We resent email.3/25/25 Called at 8:27 AM Concord claimed we'd have a response by the end of the day.3/26/25 Called at 8:53 AM Concord claimed we'd have a response by the end of the day.3/28/25 Called at 7:40AM and they claimed we had sent the incorrect information. Information resent 3/31/25 Called at 7:45 AM and email was requested to be sent to ********************************** Email was sent.4/1/25 called multiple times and got no answer.4/2/25 called multiple times and got no answer. Emailed **** ******* claim information again and requested update.4/3/25 Emails have been unanswered and phone number does not work.

    On January 24, 2025, I contact *** at Concord Auto Protect to discuss buying an extended warranty plan for my 2018 Dodge Challenger. They requested payment for the plan prior to sending it over for my review noting several times I have 30 days to cancel the plan and receive a full refund. Stupidly, I paid the $2,219.00. I went back and forth with **** ****** at Concord Auto Protect and we could never agree on the revisions to this Agreement, which I never executed, and I requested the policy be cancelled.On Friday, January 31, 2025 at 11:32 a.m., I made a Cancellation Request and requested a full refund. At 1:48 p.m. on January 31, 2025, **** ****** wrote to advise that my policy was cancelled and that I would receive a full refund within 1-3 business days. To date, no refund has been received. I have contacted, via telephone, Concord Auto Protect over 30 times since February 1, 2025, and each time I speak with someone who immediately informs me my refund is being processed. As you can see from the attached emails, I have requested my refund several times in writing and on the phone. Of note is manager, ******* ******* informed me twice that he would be held personally responsible for making sure I receive my refund. I have left Mr. ******* several phone messages since his declaration and he has failed to call me back. Based on my own due diligence, I have noted several claims filed against this company for not issuing refunds after stating they would due so. I do not believe they have any intention of refunding me my money despite written confirmation that they would do so.

    My ***** 2017 is under warranty with concord auto protect. They are very rude on the phone and even hung up on me. I asked to speak to the manager and just got a voice mail with no phone call back. Car parts were supposed to be ordered on Wednesday, March 26th to fix my car and as of now they aren't even ordered. I emailed the adjuster in charged with no response back. My car was in the shop for over 24hrs before the Adjuster emailed ****** at ********** back. He also said they would only cover $150 labor cost where as in my contract it doesnt say there is a price limit. ***** charges $220 per hour. My issue with concord is that parts have not been ordered as well as price difference for labor. Attached is my policy as well as correspondance from adjuster with ****** at **********. its been since Wednesday with no response.

    I took my vehicle to a local dealer mechanic for repairs. My vehicle required a replacement of the power steering pump which is being supplied by my extended warranty which I purchased from Concord Auto Protect. The extended company agreed to the repair and indicated they would provide the part to my mechanic. It has been over a week and my mechanic still has not received the part or tracking number for the part. My mechanic has contacted the extended warranty company on several occasions with no results, in addition, I have also contacted the warranty company several times, also with no results. Every time I call they informed me that they will email me and my mechanic with the tracking number for the part and I have yet to receive this information. As I indicated earlier, it has been a week since I took my vehicle in for the repair. I need my vehicle to conduct my daily activities to include picking up food, medications for me and my wife, transportation to doctors appointments and many other things. I wasnt even offered a rental vehicle to use until I get my vehicle back. I am a senior member of society and I am lost without my vehicle. What do I need to do to get this company to do what they promised me as a customer.     Warranty purchase 12/17/23 Documented ***** miles can't confirm the mileage and company did not seem to care atti.e of purchase nor did they care to confirm the Vin at time of purchase. But March 2024 I took my car in for repairs and diagnostic of a check engine light and the repairs sent to warranty by garage as warranty refuses to allow me to submit and start the claim process as their contract states to do. So the garage submitted the repairs and it has been about two weeks now that I am still waiting for approval from warranty with no explanations only continuous requests to garage for Information about the car Maintenence records photos of car Vin, pics of license plate, and pic of odometer and also pics of car,. All information. Had been sent and so.e of it multiple times. But they continue to ask for the same I formation, saying g they did not get it yet I was cc on all correspondence and received it just fine. So I Feel my claim is not bei g handled properly. I have been without transportation for almost a month now and no one at this warranty is doing due diligence to handle and settle this claim. It is if they are searching for a way to deny my repairs due to the lengthy time and add information that keeps being asked for. The delay is costing me my employment and even though they are supposed to pay for a rental I can't see that happening when the initial claim can't be settled. I need this finalized.

    I purchased an extended warranty from Concord Auto Protect on October 14, 2023 for a six year ******* mile warranty for $2,065. The warranty is for my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado that had low mileage of ****** miles. Approximately four weeks ago, the check engine light came on and I took it Findlay Chevrolet. They informed me there was a needed repair for an oil pump. They initiated the claim to Concord Auto Protect. Concord did not approve the repair until after service documentation was provided, which the dealership did. Still they did not approve the repair.After three weeks, they sent an inspector to verify the repair needed. The inspector was at the dealership and submitted his report that the repair was necessary. To date, the repair has not been authorized.The service advisor at ******* ********* and I have called numerous times to try and resolve this. Each time I have called, I am told the repair will get approved either that day or the next and still nothing. I have left several voice mails to the manager, ******* ******* with no call back. I have emailed the adjuster Mr. ******** several times and I still have not received a response. The last email the service advisor received was on Monday March 10th advising the report from the inspector would be reviewed and the claim would be processed and finalized. This still has not occurred. Today, March 14th, I sent several emails and left voice mails and I have not received a reply or a call back. I now have incurred cost for a rental vehicle and there is still no communication from Concord on when this will be handled. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

    Concord auto protect *************** warrenty was purchased and the warranty company Concord Auto Protect will not work with my transmission *** shop to pay for covered vehicle repairs and it has been in the shop for 3 weeks and they keep giving excuses and excuses and now stating for over week they have to send an inspector to do their own service inspection and each day they say the inspector is coming but never shows up and then all our calls mine and tge TSzi shop go to endless voice mail and they no longer answer the phone or return left voice mail messages or emails from me or the *** shop. My Research shows Concord Auto Protect warranty services is a scam and a fraudulent fake business and there has been a class action lawsuit in the home state of the Buissness in **, and hundreds of claims that it is a shell company taking money from people buying this auto service ******** and they never pay the shops or reimburse the clients after they pay to get vehicle out of shop thenselves as the warranty provider Concord never woul pay the shops...the head owner changes his name and LLC name to avoid criminal charges in ** ****************** is in ******** to avoid criminal charges in court known names of owner are ****** ******,aka **** ******* and various combinations of such names and probably more. Emails just tell more and more excuses for them not to do the aproval and payment week after week of delays. My cost for the warrenty was $1,850.00 paid 1./23 and I never needed it until now, my repair bill is lcurrently $14,0033.00 and my purchase amount for the so called ************ warrenty was $1850.00 i would like the repairs on my vehicle covered as that us why I purchased thus service warrenty and ut us a fraudulent scam....

    On January 21, 2025 i called the business because my car needed to be serviced..They told me bring it to the shop and send them the invoice, the mechanic emailed the invoice, I reached back out to the company. Spoke to a ***, they told me to go ahead with the ***airs..After 4 days the car was done, I called yo get payment for the auto shop. The *** then tells me that a adjuster is looking at it, I informed him that I already had a authorized to move forward, I asked him what do I do about the bill, because I need my car..he told me to pay it and it would be reimbursed..after a week they told me they would only honor a 1/3 of the bill and no rental car.., I have called 2-3x a week since end of January a d keep getting the run around, lije it's in the que, ill get by end of week. I'll get next week, it has taken financial stress because I had to come out of pocket for what a $1950 policy should of covered. I will be filing a small claims in court for as much as I can. Business like this should not be able to rob people, that's exactly what it is, robbery..
