I paid Concord auto protect a down payment of $300.00 October 30th 2024 and they have been receiving automated payments of $84.00 a month for the months of December 2024 thru March of 2025. I called them to file a Claim on the 3rd of April 2025 and no one is answering the Phone. The automated service is saying I'm sorry, this mailbox is full. I have had no service done, not even a tired change and they are just not in service. I've called them everyday since and the Phone is still saying the same thing. I have tried to contact Concord auto protect several times. By email and phone. Phone i get a message that the mailbox is full. Email I never get a response. I submitted a claim for repair service I had done on a 2014 Jeep I have covered by Concord. I received the documents back by returned postage.Customer Answer

July 16, 2024 $2,254 Concord Auto Protect sold a Vehicle Protection Plan.We havent needed to file on anything since we purchased the plan. Our vehicle is now in need of repairs but Concord will not communicate in any form. We have called, emailed, texted, FaceBooked, and filled out the contact us form online. The dealership has reached out to the company as well but still no response. Concord is refusing to answer or return any sort of correspondence.Initial Complaint

I think this business is a rip-off for the public seeking to purchase an extended warranty on a vehicle. Ever since last August I have been trying to get reimbursed for a repair which I had to pay out of pocket, I turned in a request for a refund, made numerous phone calls as follow-up to my refund and every time I was told that it would take a couple of weeks, I also sent several emails to a Mr. ******* he even responded once. with the same answer, "it would take a couple of weeks." I continued trying to call, I was put on hold for long hold times and finally got disconnected. I sent a letter requesting my refund I provided all the information required and the letter was returned as undeliverable. Finally in the beginning of March of this year I asked for a prorated refund of the remainder of my contract, I was told that I would receive a check for the refund in two weeks, I got nothing so I called and sent emails, then I was told that to expect it at the end of the month (March) for the amount of $800, to this day I have not received anything, so since the end of March I have tried to call and send emails, my calls are answered with an auto voice saying that the mail box is full, and I get no response on the emails. So I do send out WARNING to anyone trying to get coverage with this business, DO NOT DO IT.Initial Complaint

I purchased an extended warranty for my car from Concord Auto Protect Company and they refused to render or honor the repairs as stated in my current active policy. They have stopped answering the phone and all attempts to contact them has failed because the calls from the dealership and I are going straight to voicemail and you cant leave a message! Vehicle broke down and needed immediate assistance and customer support. However the only phone number listed is a voice mail that is full goodbye. This is supposed to be a vehicle extended warranty that offers emergency roadside assistance and rental car service. No answer at all. And Im paid in full.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to reach this company to provide me with a VSP number that was supposed to have been given the day I purchased the extended warranty. I can no longer find the email and their phone goes straight to voicemail, and they do not reply to emails.I have my statement proving they accepted my payment in February of last year, and now I'm under the impression that this was a scam.I've done extensive research trying to get a hold of this company and have been coming across many people with the same problem as myself. They've been accused of dodging calls, emails and even blocking numbers. They have an active class action lawsuit against them for using aftermarket parts instead of OEM, based on this I'm looking to cancel my warranty with them, and filing a suit to get my money back. However, I can't do any of this without being able to communicate with them. It's rumored that the business went under, and that's why they haven't been in touch with their "customers" ("victim's" seems to be more fitting at this point.)Initial Complaint

Purchased Concord Auto Protect Premium Warranty for $1795 on 04/05/2021. Policy end date of 04/05/2026. On 3/17/2025, I contacted Concord Auto Protect by both phone (customer service and claims: **************)) and email: ********************************** to file a claim for vehicle repairs (starter replacement), a warranted item. I advised Concord Auto Protect that my vehicle had been towed to an authorized repair facility and that the repair estimate would come from the garage to them via myself, as the garage did not want to deal with this known fraudulent company. Despite my numerous attempts and repeated instruction, following Concord Auto Protects instructions, the Claims Adjuster (**** *******: **** ************************************** refused to communicate with me and would only send information to the repair garage. This was to obfuscate payment of the claim, in that I would "give up," as my car had been in the garage for 4 days. After providing a ridiculous means of repair (mailing a replacement part from salvage dealer) and authorizing a below industry labor rate, I accepted the repair facilities estimate cost ($400) and submitted claim with payment receipts to Concord Auto Protect for their authorized $220.70. At this point they have ceased all communication with me, despite numerous attempts via phone and email to address status. From 3/31/2025 they have not been answering the sole customer service number: **************). I bought an auto protection plan from Concord Auto Protect policy #*******. I worked with ***** **** 5/3/2021. I sold the 2021 Ram 1500 on 2/28/25. I called Concord service on 3/11/25 and I was told I was owed $1000.00 refund. The refund was to arrive within 30 days. I have since tried to call Concord and I do not receive any response from them. Bought two warranties for two different cars and was told false information as to what is covered and what is not. Was denied claim for mirror motor on my Tesla which should have been covered by the company. Now I am calling the company to cancel and they are not picking up the phone.
