    I purchased a warranty from the company 2 years ago . on 5/1/24 I took my 2014 Silverado to a ***** Dealer because of my air condition stop working. They called me and told me that it was my condenser and radiator was leaking, they called Concord to report. After a week got no reply. I called 6 times and everyone who answer the phone told me the same thing , that they would send an email and call me back. After 2 weeks Concord emailed the dealer and ask for more information about the problem. Then a week later after me calling 10 more times the told the dealer they would send the part and only pay for 2 hours of work even thro the job takes 4 hours. They told the dealer that the radiator is not cover because it had a defect. I called 6/10/24 and they said they would send an email. It is now 6/12/24 and nothing from thing. I had my car fix and had to pay $1200 to get my truck fix. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they send me to a bogus voice mail. Is this a real company? i have paid them $2300 for the warranty and that they will not fix nothing. This is not a good company to do any business with. I would like my money back.

    The company refuses to pay my approved claim. Multiple phone calls and emails have been made since May 22,2024. This company seems to have a long history to complaints from many consumers. Their other or new location is in ************************************************************************* company file number 7223467under the name Concord Auto Ventures LLC.

    October 2023 I purchased a Premium no deductible extended warranty policy with Concord. The cost was $1636 for 3.5 years of coverage.In March of 2023 I filed a claim , my repair company filed all the paperwork and inspections . In April concord finally approved partial repairs. The bill was $3051.21 and Concord approved to pay $1,004.56. I paid the remaining balance. Service was completed with my repair company. Concord has not paid the repair company nor have they refunded my unused premium paid as I no longer own the car.Every phone call over last 2 months , if I speak someone, is a different story. I am seeking a full refund as they have not honored the contract they sold me. I have to pay the repair company the $ for repairs that Concord said they would cover.

    I sold my car 3/16/24. I called the company and talked to talked to three(3) customer service people on three different times. I was told the refund was $950.00. I would receive it in about two weeks by the first one. I called back the second one said he would talk he would talk to his supervisor ,put me on hold and told me his supervisor said he would take care of it and I should get my money in about ten days .That was 4/29/24. That has been over three weeks. I am 82 and I need my refund. My policy Information: VSP ******* I paid $1300 in May 2023. I have proof where I paid the money by my credit card.

    Worst costumer service (I have literally been hang up and be placed back on hold while talking) I was offered a refund because of their current bankrupt process. Its been over 30 days. I have called, email at least 5 times. Always get the same answer of we will pass the information to my manager/finance office)

    They refused to process the first claim we submitted. They cited they needed all maintenance records. The shop that we took the vehicle answered all questions and, since we just started going there, didn't have any previous records other than an oil change. After months of haggling I canceled my policy in February of 2024. It is June 4 and I still haven't gotten any payments. I call about every 2 weeks and get the same sort of answers. The manager is never available and will never answer his phone. He does not respond to any messages or any emails.

    A while back I purchased an extended car warranty from Concord Auto Protect. I paid $1800 for this extended warranty which was supposed to cover most parts of our Jeep Cherokee. I am attaching a copy of the lease agreement. I purchased this warranty back on May 29th 2022 and it's supposed to expire on May 28 2027 or ******* miles. ********* comes first period the car has about ****** miles right now. On Monday April 15th we dropped off the Jeep at the Jeep dealer. A gentleman by the name of ****** was helping us out. When I called Concord to tell him that the car was there he informed me he couldn't do anything because his adjuster won't be in until Tuesday. His name was ****. On Tuesday they called ****** at **** to get all the information. *** told Concorde that the Jeep needed an entire rear axle to be replaced. There were many phone calls throughout the week. ****** emailed them the information that was asked that told them that the car needed the entire rear axle to be replaced. They declined the claim on Thursday April 18th 2024 they said it was a small boot that was broken not the whole axle. The whole axle is covered but not the little piece. Replied to them that this was not the case and the whole axle again needed to be replaced. I have the emails sent to me by ****** and my original contract the shows that is covored.On Friday the 19th I called several times talking to different people. At first they said they were going to reopen the claim and then ******, that I spoke to around two oclock said I would have an approval by 4. Thats too because Jeep still needed to order the axle. So then he tells me I would have the approval within the hour. When

    I purchased two warranties from Concord Auto Protect. One for a 2002 Porsche 911, and the second for a 2004 Porsche 911 (VSP #******* and VSP #*******). I suffered a mechanical issue on the 2002 Porsche 911. I took the car to an ASE certified Porsche mechanic. The repair facility submitted the information to Concord on my behalf. Almost nothing in the $8k estimate was going to be covered, contrary to being told in writing by salesperson ********************* at purchase: "The coverage you qualify for is the Premium package, our top level of coverage, and most comprehensive. It covers you against any mechanical or electrical breakdown. Plus 24/7 Roadside and Rental. It also includes the Hi-tech Electronics which is features like a backup camera, GPS, sensors, motors for seats, windows, stuff like that. The exclusions are related to routine maintenance, and normal wear and tear. For example brake pads, oil change, tires, and filters." He further stated in writing:"coverage is fully transferable or cancellable at any time so you can either opt out early for a prorated refund or you can transfer to a different vehicle or new owner."When I learned that major mechanical issues were not covered, I asked to cancel both policies on March 20th, 2024. I was informed by Concord that I would receive a refund of $2,000 for VSP #******* and $2,280 for VSP #******* ($4,280 total). I have called the service department three times and assured that the refund was forthcoming. I have left a voicemail for the **** The refund has not been sent and it has been over two months.

    I purchased a coverage policy at concordautoprotect on March, 22nd, 2024.Following an issue on the car I had purchased, I returned it to the dealer.I then cancelled the policy on March, 26th, 2024, and requested a full refund as I was within the 30days cancellation period.Today, May 29, 2024, after several emails and calls, I am still waiting for my refund.
