For several months I have spoken with several representatives of concord auto warranty protect.over several years I paid concord auto warranty protection $2000 dollars. the only claims I submitted until the past year was for replacement of a tire , on two separate occasions .approximatly a year ago ; I submitted two separate claims,, which were denied by concord auto warranty protect. these claims according to ****************** these claims would be approved had had extended warranty with ******* the claims were for my 2016 ****** Sienna . I have included a copy of paid service in which I paid out of pocket when the warranty should covered these charges. I am an army veteran and served during the vietnam conflict. On 10/24/2020 I purchased an Auto protect policy from Concord Auto protect. I had a few claims in 2021 and 2022 that were either denied completely or paid at a very reduced rate. On 6/4/2024, our mechanic sent an invoice to Concord Auto Protect in the amount of $1111.26 for covered prepares. After several days of hearing nothing, we had to pay the repair bill ourselves, we needed our car back. Finally on June 10th, we spoke to someone on the phone who told us they sent it to their claims adjuster. On 6/13/2024 we received an email stating they would pay us only $592 of the $1111. Despite numerous phone calls to the company, over 20 phone calls, as of 7/10/2024, we still have not received any money. Every day we are told that they will send the money to the Zelle account and they never do,Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 extended car warranties from this company for 2 of my vehicles. One was purchased on 7/8/2023 and the other on 09/01/2022. The company is in a suit with the Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania for violating the laws of consumer protection by not standing behind their warranties. I now have 2 vehicles with invalid warranties and I not only have paid $4110, but I also need to purchase new warranties, as well as have my vehicle repaired out of pocket.Initial Complaint

On June 11, 2024, I brought my 2014 *** 328xi in for service of a failed differential part. This part is listed as a covered item in the consumer agreement. The claim was reported to Concord on the same day it arrived at the shop, and assigned case number *******. Difficulties began from that point forward. First, it took Concord three days to determine and communicate that they needed to send an inspector out to the shop to review the job. An inspector finally did arrive, to the best of my memory, on Tuesday, June 18. Subsequently, after not hearing back about a decision, I contacted the claims adjuster at Concord on Thursday, June 20. He indicated that a decision would be made later that afternoon. However, there was no follow-up. After being without a car for close to ten days, I had no choice but to pay the entire bill of $1819.77. I followed up by sending him an email on Monday, June 24, asking about the status of the claim, and I did not hear back. Also, emails that I sent to my agent on June 20, and to the individual who sold me the policy on June 25, went unanswered. I realized subsequently that this was unfolding concurrent with the Attorney General's action. In any event, neither the auto shop nor myself have heard anything since.Initial Complaint

In March 2024 I had our car repaired. I had to buy the part ourselves bc Concord Auto said it would take 2x as long if they did it. I was promised once the work was completed and i submitted my receipt of $149.00 i would be reimbursed. The work was completed in April 2024. Today is July 8 2024 and still no reimbursement. After many phone calls and emails still no repayment. I feel like many many other fellow complaints and reviews i am being scammed out of a lousy $149.00 I cannot believe this small amount has not been reimbursed. I purchased a warranty from Concord Auto protect in 2021 and the end date on the contract is 2025. My customer number is ********. On on June 10, 2024 I took my car to Heritage Auto to repair my air conditioning. The service technician called my warranty company and started a dialogue regarding fixing the air conditioning in my 2012 ****** Venza. After they had had my car for a week and corresponded back-and-forth with the ***************** providing them with everything they requested, they still had not resolved the problem so 14 June I gave them the OK to fix the car. It took until the following Friday to get my car back and still the warranty company didnt contact us about paying the total I paid for this repair was $2472.52. This repair was specifically covered in the warranty and when we call , the person who answers speaks very broken English and simply says it is with the estimator person, but we have had no resolution to this problemInitial Complaint

I cancelled my policy on Feb. 20, 2024 because I bought a new car and I called the company the next day. I was told a refund would be made to me after 30 days. I waited for six weeks, I called again and they said they are still working on the refund. I have called two times a week for months and left messages for ********************* (billing department) at least 20 times and as of June 27th 2024 I still have not received my refund of $1268.00. I have talked to several salesmen and always was given the same response or they transferred me to *********************. I left messages and no response. The billing department is slow and working on the refund I'm told. **** has never called back. Like I said, 20 times I have called. First, their customer service the worst. I called needing an exception to have my claim expedited due to medical reasons. They wanted to send me a salvage part which was on back order. I end up canceling with them o 7 June 2024. I paid them $2000 and have never used them. I know about the cancellation fee and 10%month fee. I have left several messages with the representatives and voice mail with billing. No response. I was also told I would have to pay for a part I never used. It doesnt not say that on my contract. I just want my refund minus the cancellation fee and 10% fee. They are also very rude when you speak with them.Initial Complaint
