    Bought a warranty for 2 vehicles paid ******* for one and ******* for another, they have denied all covered services we tried to send them, even the dealership had trouble contacting them and getting any answers, I decided back on April 30, 2024 to call and cancel the ******* claim as it was newer and I'd get more back, (but now deciding I will be cancelling the other one as well). They tell me I will get a refund of ******** in ***** days, I have been calling a few times a month ever since April 30, 2024, getting different excuses, from it takes time, its in the que, ****** has emailed *******, bank, has gone bankrupt, set up a Zelle account and still NOTHING. Even if I speak to someone, "it's in the que, and we will call you back or send an email to "*******", no one ever calls me back. In reading the reviews, I see I am not the only one that has been taken by this company. I would appreciate your help with this company.

    Bought a policy 12/30/2020, expiration 12/30/2024. up to mileage ****** presently ******. Policy #****** for 2015 **** Escape. Problem transmission pulsating when increasing speed. At my expense had Valley Auto Service replace transmission fluid. Problem persisted. This was approximately End of June 2024, approximately July 1st Asked Valley Auto Service to go to Concord Auto Protect to get transmission repaired. Gave Valley Auto Service Contract to use for correspondence and show that problem with car is in contract to be repaired with no deductible. Valley Auto Service has made several attempts to communicate with Concord Auto Protect, with some responses that someone will contact them with in 24 hour.to no avail. I my self have called at least 5 times with someone telling me i will be got back to with in 24 hours to no avail. Valley Auto Service ***************************** phone ************. Concord Auto Protect ****************************************************************************** phone # ************** . After some research with local **** garage and auto service and Goggle search more than likely problem with torque converter that is covered in contract. If they wont repair then total full refund of contract amount

    I purchased a policy for my vehicle on a year ago. I then sold the car 12/2023 and called Concord for a refund on my policy as I had to cancel it. I call them every 2 weeks asking for my refund in the amount of approximately $1200. I am constantly referred to **** who never picks up the phone and has not called me back. This has been going on for 7 months.

    I dropped off my **************************************** late November of 2023 for a check engine light and a couple of other issues. The dealership tried to contact Concord in late December of 2023 and had numerous issues getting a hold of someone who could handle my claim. After numerous calls to Concord by myself and the dealership, we finally found someone to service my claim, which they originally completely denied since my service contract expired on January 4th, 2024. After sorting that out with them, they tried to deny coverage on other items as well. After sorting that out, they approved the claim for some of those items, but never took action to order the parts. After that, they have continued to claim that the parts are on back-order and that we can order the parts through the dealership (at a more significant cost than they offer to pay for). I have continually asked them to order the parts and ship when the items become in stock again. They even claimed that they ordered the parts and would send tracking numbers once the parts had shipped. But, when I checked in with them again, they said the parts were on back-order again. This has been an infuriating process with them and I don't think it will ever come to resolution. I have attached the e-mail threads of all of my correspondence with the company and it is evident from the thread that they are making no efforts to complete this claim.

    We paid in full, in the amount of $2,095 for vsp #******* policy effective 9/26/21-9/26/26. We called to cancel said policy 6/24/24. We were told by representative '*****', to expect a prorated refund check in the amount of $782.86 within thirty days, no later than 7/24/24. We've electronically written twice at ******************************* to inquire as to the whereabouts of our refund, to no avail. We followed up again via telephone, 7/25/24 at ************, the representative verified our details, and stated he was again to forward our concern(s) to 'billing', and to expect a follow-up correspondence, as his record review indicated the refund check has not been written (to date). We respectfully request BBB to investigate the matter (if possible), and expeditiously advocate on our behalf.

    Concord Auto Protect has owed me $1,295 since February 2024 after canceling the insurance plan for my 2005 **** A8L on Jan 29, 2024. We have had at least ***************************************************************************************** the refund would be processed, but I have not gotten it. I paid the $2200 premium.

    Purchased a Premium Auto Warranty from Concord Auto Protect on 10/26/2023 in the amount of $1,995.00. I filed a claim per the company's instructions for my vehicle on 06/24/2024 for the replacement of a front coil spring. I contacted customer service and was immediately told the coil spring was not covered. I reviewed my policy and its states under the suspension clause that spings are covered as part of the premium policy. This was conveyed to the customer service representative who then told me that they could not view my policy, only individuals in the claims department could review the policy. I asked for a number and was told claims does not have a number. After numerous calls and email attempts, I received an email from claims stating that springs were not covered. I then had them review my policy and was told once again that they would not cover the sping. After more calls, I was told via email that springs were covered but not coil springs only leaf springs. I finally spoke with the claims department and pointed out that the contract does not disquinish between leaf springs or coil spings it only states spings and coil springs were not mentioned as an excluded item. I was told again that they would not accept my claim. I needed my vehicle so I had the repair shop make the repair. A few days later I received an email stating that they would cover the spring (as a courtesy) but they (Concord) had to order the part and would only pay for 1.5 hours of labor and would not reimburse my rental vehicle costs. I responed to the email but have not received any responses as of 07/23/24. I then requested cancellation of my policy on 07/03/24 and was told my pro-rated refund would be $1500.00 and I should recieve it in 30 days. I called to get an update on the refund (7/23/24) and was told that it was in the que and would take 2 to 3 weeks to process, I informed them it has been 3 weeks since I canceled the policy and it's still not processed. I just want my refund.

    I have never previously filed a complaint, but I feel compelled to warn others about this company. My car required a simple steering assembly repair, and despite having an extended warranty purchased in 2021, the company's response was unsatisfactory. The repair quote from the dealership was significantly higher than the amount Concord was willing to cover. Attempts to resolve the issue with the adjuster were futile, and promises to supply the part were not fulfilled, with continuous claims of backorders. After numerous unreturned calls and emails, I figured I had to filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to let people know. I'm also taking legal action against the company for the $1,600.00 wasted.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    On 07-03-19 I purchased a 6-year car warranty from Concord Auto Protect. January of 2024 the starter on my vehicle went out. I made a claim and after weeks of corresponding with a representative, he agreed to make payment of $866.15 for parts, labor, towing and vacation interruption. Since February of 2024 I have been told the check was in the mail, a deposit to my bank account would be made, and now money will be sent via Zelle. I have been waiting 6 months without payment.

    They refuse to re-imburse $5000 for a failed transmission in a XTS4 Cadllac as per policy ******
