I took out an extended warranty on my vehicle listed in the files I attached. Over the course of the warranty I had two major repairs and they declined both stating they werent covered, even though I bought the full coverage package. Finally on August 6, 2024 I canceled the remaining of the contract. I should have been prorated back $481.00 but after ************************************** When I call they say next month and transfer me to a voicemail that never gets returned. I would like all money money back. The PA district attorney has filed a lawsuit on this company for fraud.

After logging the claim, Concord passed the claim to their Claim adjuster who has in numerous cases repeated asked for information already provided... The customer adivsor at the garage has every time dilligently provided information again and again and also has called Concord every business days and being told that the adjuster would get back to them.We are now close to a month later and since 9/12 the adjuster has now gone silent and any attempt to get any escalation have also remained unanswered (Left two voicemails to the owner (*******/**** ******).The practice in place is to ask for more information and then go silent to not paid for warranty they are expected to ********** call back were ever done to me or the client advisor at the garage. The service is a scam and I am requesting full refund.

On 9/7/2023, I purchased a vehicle warranty from Concord Auto Protect, VSP #*******, with coverage from 10/6/2023-2/7/2029, for $1,900.00. The first time I filed a claim for auto repair, Concord told me it was a preexisting condition and they would not cover it. That was not true and the dealership doing the repairs told Concord that. I felt Concord would always say this for any claim because of the age of my vehicle (2011 Chevrolet Equinox) and cancelled the warranty on 11/10/23 as the policy stated I could do. I was told it would take 30 days for the refund to be issued. As of today. I have not received my refund. Today I made my 26th phone call to Concord and left another voice mail message for ******* *******. He has never returned a phone call to me. I also have emailed him and received one response from him. Whoever I talk to I am always told my refund will be coming in a week, a month, etc. I got Zelle, which they told me my refund could be issued to, hoping to receive it sooner. I have kept notes of every phone contact and kept all emails. Was even told in Jan 2024, that a check was mailed to me in December but was mailed to the wrong address. They were canceling that check and a new one would be mailed which I would receive in 10 days, never received. The lies I have been told since Nov 2023 have been numerous and varied, too much information to list them all in this narrative. I was told in the beginning my refund would be $1,750.00 which is a lot of money to me as a senior citizen on a fixed income. Will very much appreciate any assistance you can give me with this issue. Thank you.

8/4/24 I was in need of an extended warranty. For my car.I contacted "Concord auto protect"They called me and they sold me an extended repair ********** the moment they told me over the phone that I could go to any car dealer and/or any mechanic of my choice and they will pay the service directly to them. They made it look very simple I paid for the service $1580.When I received the written policy via email, it said that they will only cover the repairs if the parts are broken (not worn out) and if it is fixed by a "certified" mechanic. With the policy in my hand I went to my car's dealer, ******* dealer., and they said they won't take concord. I then called concord and I told them that, and they suggested to go to **** dealer, since the engines and mechanic are similar. And of course, I went and they says they don't fix cars other than ****. I called back to concord and told them that, and the. I asked for a list of certified mechanics they work with. They said they don't provide any lost, that don't have any. 8/26 since they never provided my with a list of certified mechanics and since the dealer will not be an option either, I decided to cancel the contract. I was still wthin the 30 days money back warranty. I receive an email with the confirmation of the cancelation date 8/26, where it says that I should receive my money within 7 to 10 business days. Of course I did not, and on the 11th business day I called them in and I asked them for the status of my refund, and they said I was going to have more days, until a Monday 9/16/24 (I recorded the phone conversation) Today is 9/17/no 4, and I still did not receive my money back. I called them back today, and they told me tomorrow. They keep pushing it back. And even so, they hang up the phone on me (again, second phone converstion recorded) They are not serious. And they are playing wit me, and my money. I want you to help me to get my money back and to publicly expose that company

Purchased an extended car warranty on 8/11/2023 for $1,865, policy number: ******* from Concord Auto Protect. Contacted Concord Auto Protect in either February or March of 2024 to cancel the extended warranty for a prorated refund (prorated based on how much time was left on the policy). Was told the policy is cancelled and I will be issued a refund of roughly $1,300. I have called to check on the refund 1-2 times a month because I still have not received it. Today, my mother, **** *******, called while I was present and was told that I would be issued the refund this month, which I have been told every month since I have cancelled. My mom, asked to be given a specific date for the refund and was asked to speak to the Supervisor (******* *******). ******* did not answer the call when she was transferred to him and my mom, left him a message. Note: My mother, **** *******, originally purchased the policy and then transferred it into my name, ********* ******.

I have an auto warranty and they are refusing to honor the policy. The company asked the shop where I took the truck to get my signature to authorize the inspection. This was done. The company then refused to do the inspection. When my shop pushed them to ask how to proceed they said to do the inspection themselves and send pictures. The shop did this and then the company declined the claim because the transmission had been removed. This is the company's response:Thank you for submitting this information, after carefully reviewing the submitted photos with our on-staff *** Certified Masters as well as our *************** which have stated that in accordance with our policy guidelines, I need to mention that the only items on the estimate that would be eligible for coverage would be the Transmission Assembly. However, after reviewing the photos was brought to our attention that this Transmission has already been removed from the vehicle. As per our agreement all policy holders must obtain prior authorization from us before any work is performed that is expected to be covered by us. Since we were not informed prior to the removal/teardown of the Transmission Assembly, we are now not able to perform an inspection of the vehicle and we are now not able to confirm the complaint, nor can we confirm that the failed parts shown to us are from this Vehicle. With that being said, I respectfully regret to inform you this claim has been declined for coverage by our administration board for said reasons.

I paid for an extended auto warranty through Concord Auto Protect. Last year they approved repairs and then never paid the auto repair shop. I had to pay the repair shop directly in order to get my vehicle back. Concord Auto Protect said they would reimburse me directly but they never did. I have emailed and called many, many times over the past year. They owe me $1,809.37

I purchased an extended car warranty on 7/30/2021 for my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. This policy would be good until 01/30/2027. I traded in that vehicle on 10/19/2023. It was on 01/26/2024 that I contacted Concord for a rebate/refund and was told at that time (and every other contact since) that I was due a refund of $1020.00. I have contacted Concord 12 times and told the same thing over and over but no reasons why I had not been reimbursed. I have requested to speak with a manager several times and sent to ******* ********* voice mail with no return calls or contact. I have dates of each contact if needed. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a warranty program from Concord Auto Protect. I had a covered vehicle breakdown and had the repair made at the direction of the company who approved payment. After 8 months of waiting, I have not received any form of payment.
