    I purchased a Premium Auto Warranty from Concord Auto Protect. On July 12, 2020 with an end date of 07/12/2025- Policy Number-VSP958830, in the amount of $2,865 .00. I had an issue with my 2016 **** A7 and had to take it to the **** Dealership for repairs. I went through the process of filing a claim on August 13, 2025, the site says once you submit that there is a 2448-hour turnaround time. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. On 8/14/2024, the **** Service Center and I both called to see if they could accommodate my claim faster because I have to drive 1.5hr to the dealership. I explained that I am in cancer treatment, and I really need my car to get back and forth. They said they would try. The service center was asked to provide the following: please submit all available service records for this vehicle, also submit clear photographs displaying the Front, Rear, Sides, Under Carriage, Engine Bay, Vin Plate, and Odometer reading, and Inspection/Registration Stickers for review, you can simply attach the photographs to this reply email. Everything was provided to them on August 15, 2024. From that time, each day the service center representative and I reached out to get authorization finally after a week. And we received broken promises each day saying that they would be providing authorization by the end of the day. As of today, August 30, 2024. I have to heard back from Concord nor have they contacted the service advisor. I have all communications that was sent via email and the **** Service Advisor has all the details of this entire catastrophe. I paid them my money in good faith, but they are not living up to the contract. They have been very difficult to deal with and has a do not care attitude about handling my situation.     Concord Auto Protect I canceled my policy June 18, 2024 and was to receive a refund of $1352.86 within 30 days. After numerous calls and emails have yet to receive refund.

    Hi I purchase extended warranty for my car and I had 30 days free to decide to keep or cancel the warranty, Before that 30 days expire I contact them and I did changes on my policy , instead of 3 years coverage to 1 year coverage. For the first policy I paid $ 2325 and second policy was $900. When I spoke over the phone and I did the changes, they send me new confirmation with the new policy and the deal was not to pay that $900 just to deduct from the first policy. Total reimbursements I should receive back to my credit card was $1425. I call them multiple time and send them emails but so far I didn't receive my money back. First they told me need to wait between 30 - 60 days for reimbursement to be process. First policy was purchase on May 15 2024 and changes were made on June 12 2024. Last week when I call them again they said will receive the money but Tuesday on August 20. Past couple of days I been calling them but they start ignoring my calls. My policy number is 1123313.Thank you

    Purchased extended warranty from concord auto protection for car for $1865 on 2/13/24. Airconditioning in vehicle stopped working and Car was taken on 7/29/24 to get diagnostics at ****** ******** grapevine in which they found the evaporator core to be leaking. The evaporator repair could have been covered by my warranty with Concord so a claim was made on July 31 2024. Since then myself and ******** repair shop have been trying to get any response with Concord auto protection . The one and only email Concord has sent since claim was filed was on 8/1/24 in which they requested detailed info on the car and photos of the car part damage. All information at that time was given to Concord by ******** repair shop. Both myself and repair shop have been waiting for a response for approval since then. Have tried to reach out numerous times by phone and email by both myself and repair shop with no response from Concord. Concord will say They are waiting on the requested documents however we have sent all that information to them already. Also when calling Concord the supervisors state an email will be sent that day or an email will be sent to escalate but it never is. Claim phone number ************** and the claim number is *******. The manager is suppose to be named ***************************** and adjuster name is ***********************. I believe this company is scamming and not legit. I paid $1865 to purchase warranty and can not use it. I will now have to pay $4553 out of pocket to have the repairs done because ******* has not been in compliance. I would like a refund for my amount I paid for the warranty.

    No response from Concord regarding a claim. No auto repair shops in our area will accept Concord for repairs. I have requested a refund and received no response to calls or emails.

    I filed an auto repair claim with Concord on June 4th. While selling me the most extensive coverage, Concord approved $1400 out of 14 thousand of required repairs. Even on the fraction of approved repairs, first they insisted that they'll only pay for aftermarket parts, then after much arguing, they offered off-brand parts for my car. Needless to say that I paid for new parts out of pocket as well. Upon work completion repair shop submitted final invoice to Concord, but they were told that Concord reached payout limit for the day, so the payment won't be processed. Since the shop won't release the Vechicle without payment, I paid for the entire repair out of pocket, while being reassured by Concord representative that the check will be issued to me as soon as they receive a copy of paid invoice. Paid copy was sent to Concord on June 12, as of August 21 im still waiting for that payment, while being told repeatedly that it's in the queue. Concord uses deceptive practices to sell policies, while holding on to customer funds

    Date of transaction was October 2nd 2023.The amount of transaction is $1920 in which I paid in full. I had 30 days guaranteed refund policy and which I canceled the warranty policy on October 17th 2023 which was only 16 days later. I've tried calling the company at least ****************************************************************************************************************************** satisfied for times being I am tired of being lied to every time I talk with that person and now I'm trying to get something done about this issue.

    9/19/24 i purchase the extended warrant in the amount of $2,448. I filed a claim for an auto repair in May 2024. It is now 8/21/24 and I have not heard from the company since they since their inspector out the 1st week of june 2024. They are not responding to my calls or emails. They are not letting us know the claim is approved or denied.

    In April 2019 I purchased an auto warranty from Concord Auto Protect for $4500. I made my first claim on February 8, 2024. The claim was approved for $479.16. I was told that I would receive a check for the amount of $479.16 within 30 days. As of the date of this filing I still have not received my claim payment. Each time I call Concord Auto Protect, they give me an excuse about the check. See timeline below.     I filed a claim on 7/19/24. Concord Auto(***********************) has been dragging this out until 8/16/24. His response time is so slow. I have a Mercedes and the turbo needs to be replaced. He wants to ship my repair shop an aftermarket $300 made in ***** **** turbo to put on a Mercedes. My licensed and accredited European repair shop doesnt take 3rd party parts. So Im seeking from Concord $2200 for the correct turbo and the 4.5 hours of labor at $150/hour that they agreed to pay, $2875.00 in total.

    Their own research shows the turbo charger is $3600 and they want to ship me a $275 aftermarket turbocharger from **** or only give $275 towards the $3600 turbocharger. This company is a fraud.
