    My claim#******* with Concord AutoProtect. I signed up with ConcordAutoProtect in 2022 for an extended warranty because I do not have any experience with Plug-In Hybrid car before. My car has been at shop since 10/7. Ithas been for more than 10 days due to low freon on the ** system. I can't use my car because ConcordAutoprotect hasn't given approval to fix the car. I have never request a claim since I became a client.I called them so many times, butthey always said they will give answer within ***** hours. This is very disappointed. When my car broke, I felt ConcordAtoProtect tried everything to get away from their responsibility. I have rented a car for a few days, because I needed it for my mobility. This is unbelievable. I can't talk to their manager to speed up the process. They really do not care about their client. Now, I'm worry because I read on some reviews, other client had similar problem like mind.

    I bought a warranty thru this company and I been paying monthly so when its time for me to get something fixed on my car they denied said cause of milage that was put on my car after I got the warranty

    I purchased an extended warranty for my 2017 Jaguar Fpace in 12/27/2023 for $2093.00. I sold the vehicle and called Concord Auto that I sold vehicle and would like my refund. I was told to write in request and refund should be mailed within 30 days. I emailed them 7/27/24 and 7/27/24 received email response that it was received. The 30 day **** past no response, no check. I called 8/27 and was told there is a problem/delay with checks and they should be out end on next month. I was infuriated asked to speak to manager. I was forwarded to ******* *******. I left message with concerns with my info. No response. I called today 10/15/24 . I encountered a rude salesman, telling me to call back in 1 hour computer were down. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told no one is available. I express me concern he has a I DONT CARE ATTITUDE AND RESPONSE. I said I was going to report them the the BBB and the news he said go ahead! I called back about 5 and asked for ***** as he was the person that sold me the policy. A ***** was placed on the phone, but not the ***** that sold the policy. I explained all of the above. He said he messaged billing and the manager because they were gone for today. I asked for the manger ******* ******* he said hes not there and his ext is 801.

    I purchased a warranty with this company. After a year, I wanted to file a claim and was very disappointed with the lack of communication so I cancelled the warranty. I have been waiting on my refund of $1,300 for two months. Have contacted them at least eight times and am told "it is coming soon." I have also left multiple messages with the manager, a *** *******, who has not returned my calls.

    I bought a warranty from Concord. I had it for about a year or two, but I never used it. I bought a new car, so I did not need the warranty anymore. I called Concord and asked them for a prorated refund. They said they would send me a check for about 270 dollars. I have talked to them three times since July. They say they will send the check, but they never do.

    I purchased policy ******* which was to start on 4/1/22 and run through 12/1/27. The car which this coverage was purchased for was lost due to hail; therefore I called and cancelled this policy on 8/5/24. I was told that I was due a refund of $650 which would be sent via mail within 30 days. I called back on 9/12/24 as payment was not received and was told that the company had no money to pay to me at this time and that I need to allow them more time to refund me. I then called back on 9/24/24 and was told that a check would be sent to me and to allow 10 business days. I called back today on 10/10/24 as the refund has still not been sent and was now told that a request to refund me via Zelle would be submitted and to allow one week for payment. I have left a voicemail with the listed manager/owner ******* ******* and do not receive a call back. I would like to receive my refund of $650 immediately.

    I think Concord Auto Protect, an automobile extended warranty company has become a scam. I bought my first policy from them in 2020 and was satisfied with the one claim that I made. I bought my second policy in 2023. Sometime after purchasing the second policy, the company was sold. Recently, I had a repair that was clearly covered by my policy (fuel injector replacement). I submitted the claim which was promptly rejected. They have not returned my calls as promised and upon further research I find other policy holders are having the same issues. I think the entity who purchased Concord Auto Protect has taken a good company and turned it into a scam operation.

    On august 12th I canceled my policy with them due to them not paying and short paying claims. I was told I would receive a check for ******* within 30 days. I have received nothing, and they keep giving me the run around about the money. Manager ******* ******* doesn't return calls, and the staff is of no help. Today October 8th they told me it would be another 2 weeks, and it was a lower amount than what i was told in August. They are crooked in my opinion.

    Policy VSP# ****** Policy Start Date - 01/11/2021 Policy End Date - 09/11/2026 I purchased this Concord auto extended warranty policy on the above start date and was told at the time that this was their premium policy which will cover most vehicle repairs. After trying to make a claim on 2 different instances with no luck because they refused to cover expenses, I decided to cancel the policy on Jul 29th, 2024. I was charged a cancellation fee and I received an email confirming cancellation of policy (attached). I was advised that I would receive a refund check in the post for the pro-rated amount ($800) left on the policy, this never arrived and I have called Concord over 10 times since then and being passed around and told the refund would be sent via Zelle but no refund has been made up until now. The standard practice of this company when you speak to the representatives is to pass you to their manager "******* *******" voice mail where I have left several messages and not received any call back or my refund.I have attached my Concord contract and cancellation email of the policy. I'm considering filing a law suit against this company at this stage but was advised to file this complaint first and if I don't get a resolution to proceed accordingly.

    On 07/17/2024, Concord Auto Protect told us they would not pay for an original ****** parts to be installed on our truck and told us we could go to another mechanic and have them install After Market parts. They would pay a portion of the cost for repair. The amount not covered in our agreement would be our responsibility. We would have to pay for the repair up front in total and they would send us a reimbursement of $869.79 for the parts and labor covered. Took our vehicle in and had the repairs done on 08/05/24 We sent in the receipt for the work that was done and the Claims Adjuster, ****, told us we would receive the reimbursement in ***** days. I have made NUMEROUS phone calls and emails and can never get a honest answer, that' IF I even get an answer! We are in our 70's and on a fixed income. Please help us resolve this issue.
