    I need to receive my refund, there is no customer service phone # to reach the company, you can only send message via the app, then you receive and auto reply that they received your message. And that is it, they do not resolve the issue.

    There are more than 9 machines washers not working here, the company is ignoring our requesting, some of the machine do not have an error message, so we put money in it but it end up not working, so we lost our money. Payrange has a phone number for sales where you can purchase or buy, but the team does not help with refund or repair issue. This is a scam/fraud ripping off people. The address for the service requesting repair is 1801 14th street Oakland, CA. Thanks

    I use payrange to do my laundry in my apartment complex it was discovered that I had several accounts that I forgot about and they
    sent me a email with all the different ones I used and I have been asking for them to refund me the money or put it on my account that I am using now and they ask me to send them a screenshot of the list of accounts and I sent it to them and they are no longer responding back to me I just want my money back it's 37 or 38 dollars.

    Payrange operates and receives payment for laundry machines at various complexes using an app. You can pay for washing and drying laundry through the Payrange application on your phone. Often, the application glitches. I have noticed recently that I will pay for a machine, wait for the machine to start, and nothing happens. I then have to pay again, wait, and then the machine will start. This means I am paying twice for only one washing or drying cycle.

    This company has a policy of only three refunds per customer per month. I am often times doing 3-4 loads of laundry a week, so sometimes 12-16 loads a month. The app has been glitching about half that, but the company will NOT give me a refund if I have already met the 3 refunds earlier in the month.

    This is essentially about Payrange stealing my money by refusing to give me a refund for a service I did not receive but paid for. Attached is an email from Payrange stating their refund policy.

    Anytime a service is paid for but not given, should instantly qualify for a refund. There should be no limits to getting a refund if the machine does not start. The problem is the Payrange app, not the machine or myself. I feel like I am being punished when it is no fault of my own.

    In the past year I had used their services and I have had multiple problems with the washers/dryers and had made several attempts for refunds with no response. I no longer use their service and have a $12 balance which I want refunded back as well as the money I lost in the past year. I recently called them and they say they will try but how can I trust them if they can't even refund for the times I requested lost money on the machines.

    I was forced to use the PayRange app for the laundry room at my apartment complex. I no longer live there and have no need for PayRange's finacial services. I have a balance of $13.25. I requested a refund of my balance in accordance with their stated process available online at their website on Feb. 20 2024. A representative, Joshua O., replied "PayRange can process the refund back to the original payment source of any prepaid balance added within the last 90-days." And " we show that the last funding transaction was made on 10/15/2023 which falls outside the 90-day balance refund policy of PayRange ". No where on their website does it state a 90-days policy particularly in the refund process section nor during the funding process. A user is made to believe that their money can be return with no problems. I would like my $13.25 refunded and if this company is avoiding any compliance with laws I would like them to be fined and/or charges filed against them.

    There was fraud on my checking account for two withdrawals to pay range one for $50 one for $25 I have been back and forth with this company for 2 weeks now and they keep telling me that my bank has to take care of it and my bank says they have to take care of it someone used my checking account for a pay range charge I am going to get a lawyer

    I used the Payrange service while I was living in Oregon. I moved to California in October of 2023 and no laundry mat has that service here. I requested a refund and was denied due to their 90-day policy. No where does it state that in the app or at the time of funding your account.

    On Saturday the 30th of December a dysfunctional machine number eleven operated by Pay Range took payment and did not provide the service purchased. This is a common occurrence with this company in my experience. I would like a refund of three dollars and fifty cents.

    I've been in contact with Sharia who is delaying reimbursement by asking questions which have been answered, and, to date has not made the reimbursement.

    Went to a laundry mat and was charged different from the price that was listed… I contacted the business with emails and they haven’t answered.. I want my refund and my balance refunded…

    The account holds a balance which is "not refundable after 90 days of transaction" for no apparent reason, and is even not refundable when I stop the account. Also, it is not possible to delete the account, it's only able to deactivate.
