I have been trying to get in contact with company for several weeks. No one answer the call. I can only leave a message or send an email. I tried calling over 10 times and left 5 messages and two emails. The washing machine at my apartment complex does not work. My money was not returned. I requested a full refused. I paid $2.35 three times and the washing machine does not work . I also loaded $15.00 with my visa on the mobile app that i can not use. I am requesting a full refused off the app and back into my visa ending in 9907.Initial Complaint

I requested a refund on 9/23/2024 since the machine was broken and I sent the video of the broken machine. I previously reported this machine the week prior and I received a email that the technician was dispatched and fixed that machine. They didn’t fix it and didn't put an out of service sign. I believed the machine was working and it wasn’t. I was refused my $2.00 refund. This is an ongoing issue and very problematic. I don’t have the energy with all of my health issues to deal with all of this drama and it seems to be some scam going on between PayRange and Wash App. This has been going on way too long! The next step is to report them to my bank or regulatory agency.Initial Complaint

On 9/7/24 and on 9/14/24 I paid to upload money into my account with Payrange so that I could do my laundry using the Payrange mobile app. Each time I was charged $25 to my Amex credit card for a total of $50. I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to start the washing machine on 9/7 and 9/14 using the app. The machine did not start, but nevertheless I was charged $2.75 per attempt. A total of $30.25 was deducted from my Payrange account ($2.75 x 11) even though the machine did not start on these occasions. I sent an email for each time the machine did not start and asked Payrange to credit my account for their faulty machines. They credited me back only $5.50 ($2.75 x2), saying that I had exhausted my "refunds" for the month; however I explained to them that it was not a "refund" since I was not provided any service or goods for the money I had already paid. Then they told me to contact another company who they said was the owner of the machines. I contacted the other company, LA Call Center, via email as instructed and asked them to credit me the remainder of the money owed to me, but they did not reply. I contacted my landlord since the washing machine and dryer are on my lease as "amenities" that I am paying for. My landlord said he could do nothing since he doesn't own the machines; he leases the machines to Payrange, he said. I told him this is bad business practices on behalf of Payrange and him because I am being charged money for a service that I am not being provided. I told him and Payrange that I would file a complaint if they did not refund my money, so this is my complaint. It is my hope through this complaint that the BBB can hold Payrange accountable for what I understand to be bad or fraudulent business practices and return to me the $24.75 I am owed from them. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.Initial Complaint

Did 2 $100 transactions to put credits on my PayRange account and then my account was suspended before I could use it even once. I am still not able to log in to use my credits or request a refund. I have called and emailed PayRange and they will not respond at all. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I tried to put money on my account to do laundry and saw that it would take 3-5 business days to fund my account. I put in my credit card info and the funds were available immediately. I contacted customer to have the transaction cancelled but was told it was too late and I needed to wait 5-7 business days.. return was issued under the wrong name and returned my deposit. I’ve made several attempts to contact the company and have gotten no response.Initial Complaint

On December 2023 I downloaded the PayRange app and added $50 from my PayPal account. I have not been able to access these funds since December. I have not been able to use the app at all and I am seeking a refund. I reached out to payrange and they are being unhelpful with my request for a refund to $50Initial Complaint

This complaint is about the PayRange mobile app. It has a feature claiming people can "earn free credits" (money toward laundry) by completing tasks such as filling out surveys. I filled out a survey in its entirety on May 19th and even got to a screen that said "Thank you for participating in this survey! For some reason you have been re-directed to this default landing page instead of your usual end page. [...] Once the survey has been closed, the correct status will be applied to your account, but please allow one to two weeks for this to take place."
Of course it's now been well over 2 weeks and I don't see a credit in my app. Please credit my account.Initial Complaint

On multiple occasions Inhave contacted PayRange via their app and via email regarding their washing machines and dryers not working. I have provided them videos and pictures that prove PayRange purposely steals money from their clients.
They have not fixed the issues. It is also impossible to get a refund from PayRange if you pay using cash.
Most of the dryers don’t work, because they do not dry the clothes. Some of the dryers don’t even spin they just make a loud sound.
Most of the washers leave your clothes smelling disgusting and some of the washers throw dirty water ! Dirty water
I cant upload the videos I have via the bbb website but I do have a lot of videos !
I am low income and sometimes their machines work and sometimes they don’t. It’s a hit and missInitial Complaint

I need to receive my refund, there is no customer service phone # to reach the company, you can only send message via the app, then you receive and auto reply that they received your message. And that is it, they do not resolve the issue.
There are more than 9 machines washers not working here, the company is ignoring our requesting, some of the machine do not have an error message, so we put money in it but it end up not working, so we lost our money. Payrange has a phone number for sales where you can purchase or buy, but the team does not help with refund or repair issue. This is a scam/fraud ripping off people. The address for the service requesting repair is 1801 14th street Oakland, CA. Thanks
