I've been going through this for years. With the washer machines and dryers in my apartment complex. Machines do not fully wash or drain. Sometimes still have soap suds over clothes after "super cycle" $3.50 cycles. Or do not fully drain. Dryers sometimes do not complete a full dry cycle. Again paying an extra $2.50 I do not do a large load because I know of this problem. When contacting payrange they say they can't refund or even give a free wash or dry when it's their machines not me. So I wasted $7.00 on one small load of clothes. It takes them weeks or multiple people calling about the same situation before they come out. They can check everyone's payrange account an see. An to top it off you add money by 25 cent's. Every time I add money eventually my money starts dropping ex. I can have $25.00 one week later I'll have $23.46 an it constantly drops like that. But washer an dryer is a set $0.25,$0.50,$0.75$0.50 why do I always have a odd amount later. There are stealing peoples money slowlyBusiness Response

I stopped using PayRange after moving out of my apartment complex in ***********. In February 2025, I requested a refund for the remaining balance in my account. Although my request was just beyond their 90-day refund policy, a new representative later told me I would receive the refund.However, as of June 2025, I still have not received any transaction from PayRange. The money has been removed from my PayRange account, but no refund has been issued to my bank or payment method. I would like this issue resolved and my refund processed as promised.Business Response

I reside in the ********* condos, at *************************************************************************************************************We have a laundry room with washers and dryers are here for the residents to use, with a fee. When I first moved in, we had to use quarters- a hassle. Then the machines were upgraded to use a credit card and have the ability to have dollar amounts already paid for. Each wash and dry was subtracted from the amount we had prepaid. When the PayRange machines were all removed from this property, I was out of the country. Since that change to a new service and different machines, I have sent (9) requests for a refund/credit of what I still had left on my account, to ********************. I was issued a $3.20 refund from PayRange on April 17, 2025, but it was sent to a checking account that had already been closed. As a result, the refund did not go through. We purchased PayRange Bluetooth device for tenants to pay for their laundry from their cell phone. w changed some machines around. On their site is a transfer option to move the Bluetooth devices to another account. I filled out the transfer so they will mover the Bluetooth device from one account to another. The result of sending the transfer says that we have to verify the move. I have called for help an service order was created. And no response. After 3 days they email to close the work order with out contacting me. This happen a few times No response from support. I am just wanting them to move the two devices to the new account like I am asking. It is just a database change.Business Response

We noticed that our bank account not growing via ***. I reached out to our account representative with PayRange and I explained to her what is happening. She informed me that she would forward it to the appropriate personnel. ******* emailed and stated that we removed our banking info and started doing wire transfers bank in June of 2024. I explained to her we never did this. The last wire transfer was on 2/17/25, PayRange does not seem they want to help us.Business Response

I have had multiple issues with PayRange double charging me for the use of a washer or dryer. The amount is $1.75 per wash or dry and they are increasing the price soon at our apartment. As I'm clearing out apps on my phone, I come across PayRange, an app I had to download years ago to utilize a certain washer and dryer when I was out of town on a business trip. I was curious if I still had money sitting in the app, and lo and behold I did. Then I remembered I had attempted to get the rest of my money back a couple years ago and it was difficult finding a contact in their app to do so. I was able to email and make contact yesterday to inquire about getting my $9.25 back that is unused and will remain unused in the forseeable future and was told I was out of the 6 month window to request my own money back. To me this is unsubstantial reasoning indicative of bad business practices. I should be entitled to my money back as at the time of me utilizing the service i could not fund the account for less than $10 (the app tries to persuade you of spending $25 by the way instead of being about to input a more direct and customizable amount) and I am just trying to get my $9.25 back as I no longer have access to the machines I was using at the time in a completely other state of the country.Business Response
