      THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLETHEY SENT ME A DRESS THAT DIDNT MATCH WHAT IT SHOWED ONLINE..IT WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT DRESS THAT WAS SHOWN..THEY KEPT TRYING TO OFFER ME A PERCENTAGE OF WHAT THE DRESS COST TO KEEP IT.. I DID NOT WANT THE DRESS BECAUSE IT WASNT WHAT WAS SHOWN ON THE PICTURE..THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND..AND TO SHIP THE CHEAPEST WAY WITH TRACKING..I DID THAT AND NOW THEY ARE NOT REPSONDING TO MY E-MAILS..THEY ALSO TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND ME THE SHIPPING COSTS IF I SENT THE CHEAPEST WAY..I SENT THEM COPIES OF THE TRACKING AND SHIPPING COSTS..AND NOW THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS..THE E-MAIL KEEPS COMING BACK..

      This company's return policy is terrible! I ordered a dress in 2 different sizes with the intention of keeping the one that fit and sending the other back. The smaller size was too large, so I did not even open the package for the larger one. When I tried to return both dresses, I was informed of two options: Option A: Receive a 30% refund of the value of the item to your original payment method.Option B: Receive 50% of the value of the product in the form of rewards that you can use as a discount on your next purchase with us.Since I never will order from them again, the 30% option was my initial choice. I was then told I'd have to pay to return it to ********, *****. I told them to keep my money, because I wasn't spending that kind of money to get only 30% back. I was then told I could ship it to a warehouse in ******, which was going to cost me $16.40. Again, I told them never mind, and just keep my money. Another reviewer called them "Rip off in a Box," and I could not agree more.

      0 stars!! I ordered 2 dresses in my regular size. They didn't work out. Filled out return slip and am now being told they were "Made to Order"! I sent them a copy of my order and no where does it state this. They will not accept the return of either dress. Thieves!!

      I will not buy from them. I ordered a womens large costume and they sent me a large girls costume and the quality is horrible. They are now throwing me through hoops to return item. They arent giving me a full refund and requiring me to pay to ship item back. They are also requiring a form to be filled out that isnt even available on their website. The discounts are not worth the headache. I will never buy from them again.
