      Dont try to return anything to this vendor! The return process is complicated and they want returned items shipped to *****. Oh and the refund is for less than 100%. So get the size right or regift items to a friend!

      They will make you pay to shipt any return back. When yur done shipping it back for anexchange you will have purchase the item twice. Not fsir.

      I just received my first order and I am extremely disappointed! I wish I would have checked out the customer complaints BEFORE ordering. However, due to comments, I will not bother with sending back the items and will do as one of the former customers stated - I will donate them to my church's clothing donation drive - just in time for the Christmas giveaway! Actual sizes do not fit, they are larger and the quality is definitely up to standards!

      Bought a Christmas Jacket from ************************ and once I tried it on, I found it was to small. I went onto their website and started a Return. Upon finishing, it stated that I would hear back from them within 24 hours. After 24 hours of not receiving a response, I went back to their website and there was no history of my order. Still no response.

      I ordered two sets of Christmas lights. Only one was received. They would not send the second set and kept asking for a picture of the shipping box which I had already thrown out. Terrible customer service.

      I ordered a formal dress. All dresses are made to order. Requested measurements are bust, waist, hips, height, and length from collarbone to floor. That is all. It is quite amazing how fast the dress arrived given that it was made after I ordered it. It fit in the waist. Above the waist, it was too big, except the cap sleeves, which were so tight they dug into my arms. (No, I don't have weirdly large arms). The dress looks like it was made for a snowman with stick arms. It is also 5-1/2" longer than the measurement I provided. I emailed a request for a refund, with photos, but was politely assured the dress was made with care, according to my specifications. Two hyperlinks were provided so I could either send more money for them to remake the dress, or take a partial refund and keep the dress. So it looks like the priority is not making dresses that fit, but getting money. The email exchange continued for two more rounds and I finally, due to exhaustion on the matter, agreed to a partial refund, and kept the dress. I honestly don't know what I'll do with it. I'm out $74 and still don't have a dress, unless I pay someone to do some extensive altering. The coding on my credit card indicates this company is based in *********.

      **** WEBSITE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Purchased two dresses, requested a return and was informed non returnable items because tgey were "made to size" SO! ORDERING A SMALL, MEDIUM OR LARGE "your normal generic sizes" ARE CUSTOM SIZING. ****. REALLY LIghtInABox ! So ******* sells custom sizing too! COOL! PLEASE NOTE, THIS BATTLE ISN'T OVER! I WILL NOT BE SCAMMED

      Ordered cross magnet book marks. Quality is terrible. Spelling incorrect. They want you to offer a pittance of what you paid. Will not send a postage paid label to return. Do not ordered from them. They are in *********
