1 starMy wide ordered 5 shirts and a pair of pants. The shirts delivered were polyester, no mention of this in the description. The shirts were supposed to be medium size, the size my wife has worn for most of her life. The medium size shirts were sizes too big, The sleeves were 6 inches too long. Every shirt sleeve was a different length. We attempted to return the shirts but kept getting requests for more measurements, even after we sent photos of my wife wearing one of the too large fitting shirts. After another round of email, light in the box informed us our return window had closed. We've had good luck with online ordering and the occasional return. Not the case with this company.Light In The Box

1 starBuyer Beware. Lightintgebox is a scam. Please do not order from this company Light in the box claims to make the design you want to your size, but its not true. Ive never experienced such awful tailoring and such an awful experience as this company. They also claim they will not give refunds because they tailor things to a specific size.Please do not buy from this companyLight In The Box

I went through the process and sent several e-mails asking for the return address. They offered a partial refund but refused to give me a return address. 1 starLightinthebox is not a business I will ever do business with nor would I recommend them. My major complaint is that once you order something from them you are almost forced to download their app. If you order and everything works out this is unnecessary, but any contact with the company, for a return, a question, a refund, tracking, anything, it has to go through their app. I ordered a shirt. What arrived was not even close to what I ordered. MY order was for a dark brown three button shirt. What I received was a grey shirt. It took me a lot of time and effort to get into their customer help system and they more time to obtain a refund. I tried to just replace my shirt I received for the one I ordered, but apparently that was not an easy process. In the end they finally told me to keep the shirt and they would refund the money I spent on it. I ended up donating the shirt to a local business that provides to disabled Veterans.The only positive I have on this company is that I did eventually receive my refund. It took two weeks.I always check on-line businesses before I attempt a purchase to ensure they are not Chinese based. Light In The Box claims not to be, but they act, manage and behave like a Chinese-based business. I strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from them not to! Look for your product elsewhere.Light In The Box

1 starDont order from LightInTheBox. It took forever for item to arrive and I didnt like it. I tried to return it but you have to pay the shipping to an address in ****. So since that is unacceptable, the only other option is to keep item and get a 30% refund. We will see if that is reimbursed to me. 1 starI ordered a dress from this website and it was a complete disaster. The dress arrived completely different from what was advertised poorly made, uneven seems, and the sizing was way off despite me following the size chart exactly. It looked nothing like the photos online.When contacted customer service to request a return, they refused to issue a refund, claiming the item was "as described" I sent photos showing the poor craftsmanship and fit, but they still refused to take any responsibility. This has been a huge waste of time and money. Be warned: this site does not stand by its products and offers zero accountability. I will not be shopping here again and I suggest others to avoid it too.Light In The Box

They attempt to make a return so difficult and dissatisfying that the customer will give up and take the ******* wifes dress that she ordered from Lightinthebox online did not fit well with and the quality was poor. She submitted a request to return it and they sent her directions to do so:provide photos or videos that show the issue, particularly focusing on the bust area fit and the material? ??For verification, include the product's barcode (Barcode Sample: *********************) and images showing the measurements using a measuring tape. Our measurement guide can be found here: ******************************************************** verified, please choose one of the following solutions by clicking your preferred option. There's no need to reply:A.50% Reward (e.g., if an item costs 100, receive a reward of 50, capped at $100 per order.
