It is with regret that I purchased from this e-commerce business. As the order arrived later than anticipated, it was no longer needed, thus, I decided to return it--unused, unworn, with the tags still intact. I found the company's return policy to be ambiguous, deceptive, and inflexible. Engaging with their alleged customer support has adversely impacted my trust and confidence in this business. While I was invited to return the unused item for a significant refund deduction, it was paired with the costly and unwarranted burden of shipping the package to an overseas warehouse; notwithstanding, the package was originally sent from ********** in *****************. One suggestion may be to report the company to the ************************* Likewise, contact your banking institution, explain the situation and request they reverse the fraudulent charges.Light In The Box Response

This is a total scam. The clothing does NOT look as it is represented on the website at all. On top of that the sizes are NOT consistent with normal sizes nor even with each other. They make you go through multiple intricate confusing steps to initiate a return and then they say that you cannot return something that doesn't fit because that comes under "personal preference" which is not acceptable as a reason for return.. So... they can send you JUNK that doesn't look like what they depict on their site and then say you cannot return it because personal preference is not a valid justification.So if your personal preference is not to receive bait and switch junk DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.Light In The Box Response

I ordered a dress to go to my granddaughters wedding the size 12 they got the wrong color. I ordered blue they got silver and they will not return it. I ordered another one in blue which I havent received yet I will not ever order from them again theyre horrible. You cant get in touch with them. I tried to cancel the blue one, but I couldnt. Their t-shirts are sized VERY WRONG! My hubby ordered an XL t-shirt and it was more like a medium, as if made for a midget! What's worse is when we tried to get our money back, all they would do is offer 50% off the shirt. What good is a shirt that doesn't fit, even if it's discounted? We repeatedly tried to work with this company and it there was no phone number, or any way to get ahold of them except through a BOT. We got nowhere! The products are made cheap and their products are shipped from *****. The worst is the return policy which is 7 days and you pay for the shipping to ***** which takes 3 to 4 weeks and cost as much as what you paid for your item.. You can also choose to get merchandise or a 30% of what you paid returned on your card. They earn money no matter what you choose. SCAM.Light In The Box Response

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered a bunch of stuff. first, their website is a horrible maze. second, you can't contact therm. I tried to cancel my order while it was in processing but you can't . I wish and think this place should be put on notice to go out of Business or make a lot of changes with customer support. you can't even contact them unless you file a complaint against them here. There are so many things wrong with this company. my advice to anyone is don't buy from them.Light In The Box Response

Complete and utter scam. Light in the box sends horrible, horrible quality clothes that look nothing like photos and then when attempting to return items, they send you through a million hoops offering partial refunds. If you want a full refund, they ask you to pay $40 return postage and ask you to write your order # on a random piece of paper and slip it in the package. No way anyone gets a dime back. I bought an expensive dress for a wedding. It wasn't even wearable. Be careful with Light in the Box because they won't return things. My suggestion is to buy locally so you know what you're getting or order from a reputable place that will accept returns. They tried to give me a spiel about how they wouldn't let me return it, but they would give me a different deal. I wouldn't take it, because the product isn't good. I needed a full cash refund.
