1 starI ordered a shirt and whether it was my fault or the website's (let's just call it my fault), I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them via email as soon as I realized, which was under a week after I received it. I told them I got the wrong size and I would like a replacement. After several times of me telling them what I wanted to do, they finally sent me the email quoted here. Note that there is still not even a return address included:"We're sorry that you want to return the product. Sorry that we don't have the return label currently, please return it to our Asia warehouse by the cheapest tracking service in the post office.Please understand that you need to cover the return postage. Usually, it costs $10-$40, and it takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. The Exchange will be issued once we receive it and pass the quality check."Ok, so I might potentially have to pay as much or more than the cost of the shirt to exchange an unopened product. I've never run into so many inconvenient and expensive issues when returning a product before.Light In The Box

1 starI ordered three pairs of shorts from Light-in-the-box for my husband, he was in the hospital for 5 weeks and during this time he lost a lot of weight, so I ordered some clothes for him, but my husband did not like these shorts, and he even refused to try them on. These shorts untouched in original packaging. This is the reason I started a return online. I placed order on September 1st, and I received package on September 12, 2022. According to vendor's Warranty allow me to make this return, I even agreed to pay for shipping cost because vendor does not offer free shipping label. When I submitted my request for return, I got respond from the Light-in-the-box which looks like rocket science project explaining how to make this return, how many percent will be deducted from the refund, which option A/B/C I prefer and how many days since the package arrival is allowed for return. They promised package on September 10, 2022, but it came on September 12, 2022, so their calculation is incorrect. I just need to return these shorts but looks like Light-in-the-box is so greedy, they will keep money every possible way. I am really regret I have to make a purchase with such indecent company.Light In The Box

1 starGood Morning, I ordered a shirt from Light In The Box and waited patiently for it to arrive. When I finally got the shirt it was very poor quality, you could almost see through, that is how thin it was and going by their sizing chart it fit very snug. I looked all over the site to return the item and none of the links work except identifying the item you ordered, after you click on that it goes no where. I am adding this review in case they get notified and contact me to make it right, otherwise I will try disputing the charge on my credit card. Hoping for the best. Total cost was $25.39, I usually purchase a low amount so I can verify the kind of business I am dealing with until we establish creditability.Light In The Box

******** service supervisor contacted me via email and stated they were sorry for my dissatisfaction of the product. She also stated they would make it right and offered a refund. I think this company got a lot of bad reviews and is now trying to change course and gain creditability. 1 starI never even looked at the site until 3 days ago. I tried a coupon code I thought may work there. Before being able to enter it, I had to choose a payment method to get to the ************** page to enter it. Please note I did NOT sign up for an account with this website. I chose Paypal for the payment method, and then the coupon I wanted to use did not work. I left the website without buying. NOW I have received a half a dozen marketing emails in two days when I don't even have an account with this website. I have tried to unsbscribe and they want me to sign in to an account that I NEVER made and do NOT have with them. COMPLETELY an invasion of my privacy to use my Paypal email address to start spamming me when I never purchased anything or created an account. Aren't there laws against this kind of stuff?Light In The Box

1 starLight in the Box uses photos of real products from other sites and sells low quality reproductions. I ordered yoga suits made from a waffle weave knit fabric. I have one that I bought elsewhere and wanted more. The LITB version is a print of the *********** on flimsy polyester with a band of loose elastic in the waistband. I have pictures for proof. Knowing if youll get what is advertised is hit or miss with this company and the return options do not honor the fact that what they send is not what they advertise. Five stars are shown but could not see reviews before purchasing. Bad reviews, including mine not posted. Item I previously bought showing five stars in my account but I never rated anything.Light In The Box

I went through the customer service process on ********************** to request a refund and initially they offered 70% credit/ keep product, 50% refund/ keep product or lengthy process to get full refund:use cheapest shipping through **** let them know cost and theyll refund shipping or give 1.5 times rewards once they know its coming to them - if more than 50% of refund cost contact them first but doesnt say what happens if costs more than 50%. I shouldnt have to pay anything for falsely advertised product so I let LITB know that I would dispute the costs for those 3 items. They offered me a full refund at that point because Considering the return procedure is quite time consuming and we don't want to bother you anymore, so I just applied a special offer for you once only, you don't need to return the product to us this time. You can either keep the product/give it away/throw it away, it's up to you. We'll refund the payment. Im satisfied with that solution but they still dont have pictures up of what customers will actually be purchasing. So other people may get duped just like I did.Review fromFelix B

1 starI was very disappointed with the shirt I ordered at LightInTheBox. The overall quality was underwhelming. What seem to be decorative badges and letters are actually poorly printed images on the graphic. The images are blurry and fuzzy. The stitching in the seams is poorly made, and the fabric actually made my skin itch. When I tried to return the item, I was told I needed to pay for the shipment. They only offered partial refund, even after they made me explain on detail and submit pictures of the problem. This is not a way to conduct businesses anywhere, if they care to build loyalty to their products.Light In The Box

I ordered a standard size 6 dress (no custom tailoring) for my grandson's wedding, but did not like the way it looked on me at all...strange fit and low quality fabric. I had read the return policy before ordering, and thought I could return a non-custom, unworn dress within 7 days of receiving the product. When I tried to initiate the return, they said all dresses are considered "custom" and non-returnable. I would never order from them again and learned a costly mistake.Light In The Box
