      I agree with the reviews here. I ordered my daughter a dress for her ice skating comp. When the dress came (the day before her comp), it was not the one that we ordered. It was a totally different color and design, plus it was very poorly made (the hem was not even finished; it was cut with scissors.) On top of that, there was a wet piece of paper in the bag that caused the dress to get mold spots all over it. So gross.The company says they will refund the cost of the item if I send it back, but they don't offer any kind of return label service. So I need to pay for shipment out of my own pocket. I paid for DHL delivery originally, which means I've already spent too much on this disaster of a dress that wasn't even the one I ordered.You'll only lose money if you order anything from this company, so I would avoid it.

      ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO ASIA!!! I purchased two Halloween decorations. The photo of one looked like an outdoor decoration but was so small it would get lost in the grass. The other was to complicated and would not last in the windy area we live in. In order to return you must complete international shipping documents at the *********** and pay a lot to send it back. Here's their reply so BEWARE!!!:"What should you do?To receive the refund, you'll need to initiate the return shipment and upload the tracking information in the ***************** before . We suggest you retain a copy of the shipping label to verify the address of the recipient. If needed, we may ask you to provide this document later.The item(s) you received must be sent to the following shipping address:LIGHT IN THE BOX LIMITED TianGuiChuan, **********************************************************************. *********************************************, *******, ********, C2, ****** The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them and you're responsible for any costs associated with the return.       On Oct 25, 2022 I placed my first order with Lightinthebox. Ok, next day I placed another order! I decided to check my orders.for tracking and delivery. I my surprise was absolutely no information on my first order!! Like the order never happened yet my bank (on the 26th) deducted the $44.00 from this imaginary order As for my second order, everything was in place. In fact they shipped it out yesterday(31st).With the delivery of Nov 8th.We shall see. Im really leery about this company!Im asking please refund me for my first order. Its not fair to get charged for the order and theres no proof! Please advise me what went wrong.I tried everything to contact you but to no avail! What can I do?

      I ordered pants for my 12 years old son in White and gray XL for adult even though he is a Medium, but after reading reviews I sized it up and what I received was really like an off white and light green and the XL is more like a XL youth size because it is really tight on my son Spoke through chat with ****** and they are refusing my return they want me to pay my own shipping to ***** that is more then what the pants are worth when it is their issue selling items that are not true to the size and claiming its a color that is not. They deceive you with an item so you will go ahead and purchase it and then refuse to send you a return label when the item received is different then what they claim it is. Then on top of that I paid through PayPal and Light in the box created an account for me to track my order and missed the last 2 numbers of my email so I was not getting tracking info and they refuse to correct that as well. I will be doing a Consumer Complaint with FTC if this company does not accept my return and sends me a return label

      I dont have the order number because Lightinthebox created an account for me with the wrong email address. I used Paypal to purchase the item but never received an email confirmation or anything pertaining to my order. Come to find out an account was created for me with the following email address: ******************* That is not my email and when I asked to correct this, I was told they couldn't and I would have to cancel the account once I received my order and create a whole new account with my correct email address.

      That's the strange part. I never created an account. I made the purchase through PayPal and somehow lightinthebox created an account for me with the wrong email address and I was never prompted to create a password.

      No it is not labbymaldo68 it is abbymaldo68 without that (l) but the email with the account should be ******************** your company created the account with ****************** and because I don't have that email I can't create a password. Can I just get a return label so I can return these pants and get my money back. These pants is not what I ordered and your company is making it impossible.

      This company is a total sham! Do NOT order from them! The merchandise sent is not as described and they do not do refunds or exchanges. This company should not be allowed to operate in *****************! Horrible customer service and horrible quality products that they will not stand behind. The only option is to send things back to ***** at a fee that is more than the price of the item. Save yourself the $$ and the headaches and shop somewhere else!

      Terrible sizing! The shacket I ordered was to be an xxl. (47" chest). This one measures 42". No label inside that shows sizing. They will not allow bad reviews on their website. Very misleading. Returns? Forget that - you have to pay for their mistake. Stay far away from this company.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY I ordered three articles of clothes for a dear friends birthday. I entered my delivery address correctly however Light in the Box worded it a bit differently on the label when they shipped. Unfortunately **** sent it back to the sender due to the address being incorrect on the label. I contacted **** as well as Light in the Box and confirmed the correct address information again and stressed that this was a birthday gift and needed it to ship back out asap. I contacted Light in the Box near 10 times over a week asking for help with getting my items delivered with the correct information on the label and ******* only replied to me twice, first time supplying me with my address indicated incorrectly on the label and said that I entered it incorrectly, and second to say that they will not redeliver without me repaying shipping costs PLUS repaying 50% of the total purchase price. WHAT?!. This is unacceptable and not how customers should be treated. I did not supply the incorrect address information, they created the label incorrectly, and I attempted near 10 times to contact ******* to rectify the situation so I could hopefully still receive my items in time for my friends birthday, yet was only contacted by ******* twice with useless information and asking me to repay in order to revive my items.Since, ***** with customer support has reached out to me but only to suggest that I take down my negative feedback on Sitejabber and yet again telling me that Id need to repay to get my items. These are ridiculous asks of a customer, and a first time customer at that, and not at all how a reputable nor professional company would treat their valued customers.I will never do business with this company again and I suggest you do not either. Says a lot about a company when they won't rectify an issues as easy as an address update so customers can receive their items they purchased.

      I been looking on their web page for over an hour to get a way to contact them regarding their shirt I ordered and purchased. Of course there is no one to speak with nor chat with. the photo that is shown is a longer sleeved t-shirt and ordered a larger size to be sure of the fit. when I received it the shirt is lots shorter then photoed and the size is like 2 times smaller. this is a rip off and will be reporting this company to everyone possible. Also it states to upload a photo for them, the photo thing does not allow photos to be loaded, so how am I to complete the refund.....very upset and irritated, like I have money to just throw around.

      I ordered 2 coats and never received them. It keeps saying it was delivered but I have yet to see proof. This is ridiculous and I don't want the coats anymore but I do want my ***** dollars back. It is a inconvenience and I will not show on there again. Also, I will let anyone whom I referred to this place to no longer shop online with them.
