      I would highly suggest that you do NOT do any business with this company as they are a scam. Prices are enticing, but they use a third party delivery service that is known for not delivering your items at all. In Googling the delivery service (UniUni) they are known for not delivering the items and stealing them instead. The company will tell you 5-6 times that they attempted delivery, then that the address is incorrect, then they cant deliver due to bad *************** majuere, then lastly they will send you a fake photo of some old guy (face hidden) standing in front of an old wood POS home. I was even asked to provide a picture of my house to them to prove that their pictures were not my house. I absolutely refused to do this! Still havent got my package.. Stay away from Light in the box or you will most likely experience the exact same unethical behaviors!

      Don't shop here! A horrible experience! The item I purchased was of extremely terrible quality. The material was rough, the appearance was cheap, and the proportions of the bodice and length of the skirt were way off. When I asked to return the item, they gave me the runaround for weeks. I finally had to give up and accept a 60% refund instead, athough they did not refund the full 60%. Don't let their low prices lure you!

      this a shady company to do business ..they refused to allow me to return my unwanted purchases...i had to pay 21 dollars to return the items and they only returned part of the purchase so in the end i was out 51 dollars of my money without any product....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

      The company is a rip off. The size chart was not accurate for the measurements of my body. I couldn't wear the clothing and they wanted to give me a 30% refund of my money and keep the clothing. What am I supposed to do with clothes I can't wear..DO NOT order from this company. Complete scam!!!

      I am having a hard time returning men's large PJ' set. that was so small my 10 year old could wear them! They want a picture sent but their file for attatdh could not find my picture file. this id their plan, make it hard to return.I will never buy anything from them again!

      No stars is appropriate. I ordered an advertised 100% cotton tee. It was actually 100% polyester. Once I started the return process it was one of those keep it and we will give a discount on your card . Their instructions were very complicated and after much back and forth emails, it wasnt worth any more of my time. They had no apologies for falsely advertising cotton. They just said its very high quality polyester. I agreed to a partial refund, as returning would have been quite costly (not in ***). They then gave store credit. I had to threaten to call my credit card company if they didnt give credit on that card. A store credit is useless since I will never shop there again. They make it sound like returning is so easy but they dont tell you they will only offer a partial refund. I would stay away from this company. You dont get what the ad says, and any refund is very difficult. They say they are refunding to my card but I have yet to see it. Stick with companies you know

      Terrible experience with this company. They charged me 47% of the item's price in shipping. Then when I needed to return it, they charged me an additional 73% of the item's price to ship it back to *****. Unbelievable! Total rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

      I did not order anything off of the website, but because my ****** was linked already, the company randomly charged me twice for items that were just in my cart, unauthorized. I then had to go and dispute and cancel my credit card and fix every account that my credit card is linked to. Extremely upset.

      This is what you need to do to get a refund:Could you kindly provide us with photos or video evidence showing the issue, along with a picture of the product's barcode? You can refer to a barcode sample here. Additionally, we'd appreciate if you could use a tape measure to highlight any disparities as per our measurement guide: refer to the guide.I just finished with cancer treatment and am NOT going through this for for a $20.00 refund
