      Terrible experience. Poor Product. No return allowed.! Wasted money. I want to warn other potential customers. BUYER BEWARE!! Product was clothing, misshapen and very cheap. Not like description, or photos. And no return was allowed, even though they say they have a return policy. Very hard to get any customer service help from this company. Very, very disappointed and believe I have been scammed!!

      I have now tried for 3 days to reconnect with this LightintheBox business, following their instructions and all my emails sent to them are being returned to me as "Undeliverable "!!! So, there has been no resolution with this company. Just more trouble and frustration!! The company made a refund offer of $54.99 which I will accept, but I have no way to connect to them to tell them that. All the email links they send to me say "Undeliverable"

      The shirts that arrived do not match the photographed goods (too short unless the models are under 4 foot tall), not cotton as promised but cheap polyester. The return policy is ridiculous -- if I return the shirts to ***** at my expense, they will give me 50% of the original price in store credit?? I can't get my money back even if I return the goods??

      UPDATE: After I complained again, LightintheBox is offering a refund back to the credit card of 60% of the purchase price, and I don't have to mail the shirts back to *****.

      I ordered $200 worth items. The quality is horrible, they dont look nice in person as the pictures do. They are hard to get money back. I was refunded $44 out of the $200 I waisted and they pocketed. Its aSCAM!!!!

      August 2025. I thought I had done so e review research before ordering from this unknown company. Let me save you the trouble and avoid it at all costs. It talks about warehouses all over the world and when you receive an answer from an agent its pre-written garbage that does not pertain to your issue. For example, they say they refundBUT THEY DONT. My package came from ** but I have to send it back to ***** at my own expense. The shoe size chart is completely out of whack, incorrect. Not to mention the burned rubber stench when I opened the package. This is China at its screw-the-dumb-American at its best. Find your search somewhere else!

      I wish I would have checked the BBB site before ordering from LightintheBox!!! I too ordered a regular size 8 dress. The color and quality was not as shown. Tried to return but was denied as was told it was custom fitted?!?! It was a regular size 8 and I provided them NO measurements! Never worn, tags still on and have original packaging!! Frustrating to say the least.Just want to return and receive the refund Im entitled.

      Thank you for your efforts to help. Unfortunately, the cheapest shipping at **** is $66.48. I paid $75.97. My complaint remains that the dresses were not the ones I intended to order. The photos did not represent the dress I received and were a very poor color and quality. If it was something like they didn't fit I understand I would be accountable for shipping costs but what I received was a counterfeit product which I find to be incredibly deceitful and something Light in the Box should take responsibility for.

      My wide ordered 5 shirts and a pair of pants. The shirts delivered were polyester, no mention of this in the description. The shirts were supposed to be medium size, the size my wife has worn for most of her life. The medium size shirts were sizes too big, The sleeves were 6 inches too long. Every shirt sleeve was a different length. We attempted to return the shirts but kept getting requests for more measurements, even after we sent photos of my wife wearing one of the too large fitting shirts. After another round of email, light in the box informed us our return window had closed. We've had good luck with online ordering and the occasional return. Not the case with this company.

      Buyer Beware. Lightintgebox is a scam. Please do not order from this company Light in the box claims to make the design you want to your size, but its not true. Ive never experienced such awful tailoring and such an awful experience as this company. They also claim they will not give refunds because they tailor things to a specific size.Please do not buy from this company
