      I ordered a dress took a while to come it was disgusting, that God for paypal helping me the gave me the address and it's to *****.mean time it was mailed from queens ********! PayPal gave me this insane address which they got from light in the box. I went to the post office and the amount to return it a small bag was $70 this is a scam .it's wrong and not right I will inform PayPal tomorrow so I am now stuck with a disgusting dress this is very unfair I will put then on sitejabberceveryday I deserve a full refund this dress took long and came from queens ** then they know it's costly to mail it back so they always win I better receive my refund I will mail it back to queens. Stop scamming people. They know dam well its not worth mailing it to ***** a very rude and shady company I am furious.

      Friends, these are scammers, I ordered the dress, there was absolutely no warning, this is against consumer rights, I wanted to cancel my order and they did not give my money,

      The only thing that is good about them is how they make it so easy to order the dress (in my case), the variety of colors and the affordability. It didn't fit as per the measurements and the quality was questionable.Once you complain about the size they make you feel that it was your error and not theirs. From that moment on they don't take responsibility. They agreed on reimbursing 25% of what I payed but I have yet to see the reimbursement.As a matter of fact, they subtracted the amount from any 'reward' I had earned!Please be careful and do not buy from them!!

      HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY First - product quality is so cheap. The photo was of a lovely, formal shrug/wrap. The actual product was itchy crinoline. It had a cheap Halloween costume feel or the crinoline under a wedding dress - disgusting and horrible. Second - the fit was bad. I was very careful to measure myself and buy according to the size chart. Nope, a couple sizes too small. Third - I ordered it for a wedding. I had 2 weeks and shipping was about a week. Perfect! Nope. They count shipping not from the time you ordered it, but the time they can finally get it in a box and start shipping it to you. It took them over a week to get it in a box and another week to get it to me It arrived AFTER the wedding. (Fortunately I had a back up -- which happened to be delivered much more quickly, was higher quality, better fit, and more inexpensive!!) But Light in the Box felt like they fulfilled their promise of the shipping window because the actual time the product was in the box and being shipped was within their week window. Lastly - refunds are impossible. They give you the run around. They try to do partials. They say it's not their fault bc they shipped it in time. They want photos of the product. Then at the end of it, after they've wasted days, they will tell you their return policy is NINE DAYS (!!!) and now you are over that. Even if you started the refund process within that time period. BUYERS BEWARE. Run away from this horrible, horrible company!

      Hey shipped the wrong size sweater. They asked for pics, I sent them. Sweater measures 43 in chest not **** in. I have been getting the runaround for a week. They offered a 40% refund for a sweater that is too small. They sent a size Large in and XL bag. They will not accept responsibility for their error. I close 60% and I can not wear the sweater. They are a rip-off.
