      Tried to return an item and it keeps not accepting my password when you try to reset your password it doesnt take you to the reset page it just automatically takes you to a cache page on their website over and over so you never get to a page where you can Apply to return. This place is a scam do not shop from this site.

      The item is way too small. there is no phone number for customer service and when you need to contact customer service I have to log into my account. When I log into my account my password is not excepted. When I try to create a new password it Skip the page to put a new password. I would like to return this item for a full refund into my bank account

      They are a scam company. I ordered a dress, received and tried on immediately. ***** did not fit so I reached out for a return slip. They are refusing to return until I have someone take measurements with photos to prove it doesn't fit. I have sent another email today explaining I went by their measurement chart and it simply does not fit and to send a return slip. I am awaiting their response.

      This company is a fraud. They sell cheap clothes that look and fit nothing like advertised. They wanted me to take pictures of the dresses with the measurements because "their tailors care" about size issues. If they truly cared, they'd make it right in the first place. A dress advertised as a knee-length cocktail dress should not be almost floor length when worn. When you try to return the items, they lie to you by saying if you "choose the cheapest option with tracking" they will refund your return shipping as well. They refunded my purchase but claim they can't refund my shipping costs. I have sent them pictures of the receipt with tracking info and 2 weeks later still have not received my refund. Even the cheapest option is not cheap to ship back to *****. I should have canceled my order as soon as I placed it and saw where it was coming from. All I've gotten are excuses about issues with my PayPal account, which by the way I contacted PayPal multiple times and was told are not true there are no limitations sending money from ***** to US. Now that I've called them out on their lies they have become unresponsive. A "supervisor" was supposed to resolve the issue it's been almost a week now and no response. I'm done with the excuses I want my money back. This company needs to be shut down.

      You are wasting my time. I've contacted PayPal 4 times now, spoken to 6 different people there and they have all confirmed that there are no limitations on my account and I can receive payments from *****. They've also confirmed that you have not initiated any payments to the payment request I sent. My account is obviously not the issue here. You have not tried sending the money.

      I have made a purchase and the dress was horrible and nothing like the picture....tried returning it but instead they told me they would give me credit for my purchase to use in the website and to just keep the item, give away or throw away. I CAN SEE THE REWARD ON MY PROFILE BUT THEY DO NOT LET ME APPLY TO MY NEW ORDER AT CHECKOUT... THEREFORE IT'S ALL A BIG LIE. after millions of attempts to reolve the issue with customer service.. I finally gave up and took my loss...if you are trying to return something, make sure you get a REFUND and do not agree for credit on the website.

      UPDATE. In order to use my $49 dollar credit, I was told my order has to be atleast twice that amount at checkout therefore spend another 49 dollars on the site... or you cannot USE IT. No even exchanges here.

      I think they are crooks. Don't order from them unless you want to kiss your money goodbye.They took so long to deliver that I no longer needed the items. I received the package and never opened it. They stated the items belong to the Non-Refundable Items stating that even though the garments are standard size they still belong to the Made to Order products. To make you feel better because you just kissed over $200 goodbye they offer you a 20% refund or a 40% reward coupon. I will never do business with them. My girlfriend also tried to return something that was too small and was also told it was non-refundable. They will never hear from either of us again. All my business is going to Lulus. Garments well made and easy returns.

      I purchased two items, fabric quality poor and dress size not as stated. Give you so many runarounds, it is impossible to get a refund. I did what they said and their system does not keep up with refund process. So you repeat the same directions over and over again. Dont border, you will give away your money.
