1 starBuyer beware! This is a scam. Sent the wrong item, wrong size. Another item was smaller than size and pictures. Required to take pictures with tape measure to prove it is the wrong size. Both items cannot be returned until the pictures are sent (already sent for wrong item but they did not acknowledge). Once pictures are approved then I must pay shipping to Asia and wait 2-4 weeks for a response. Oh and you only have 7 days to do any of this in which you are waiting for their response. Scam. 1 starAbsolute nightmare. I wish I had done research before placing an order. I'm currently sitting "in queue" waiting to try and cancel my "in progress" order before they ship it, and I am demanding a full refund. Today my bank account was fraudulently charged a second time by this company and I did not make a second order. I have notified Paypal of this situation, and am desperately trying to resolve it with this company before they ship it and then tell me they won't refund my money. I'm highly upset at this additional FRAUDULENT charge by them, they literally stole money from my bank account!!!!! Now I have to go through all of this jumping through hoops to try and get it back. Unbelievably awful. This company should be BANNED from doing business with *****************.Light In The Box

1 starBuy Chinese product from Amazon.com and eBay.com to avoid online fraud I opened an account at lightinthebox.com and bought two hoodies (product number #*******, Order number ********)https://www.lightinthebox.com/en/p/men-s-full-zip-hoodie-jacket-tribal-graphic-prints-zipper-print-casual-daily-sports-3d-print-fleece-basic-boho-designer-clothing-apparel-hoodies-sweat_p9335575.html Photos are nice and reviews are fantastic, but I received garbage instead --- it sticks to whatever it touches and you get static electricity shock for every tiny movement wearing it.Contacted customer service and got no response. Disputed from my credit card and lightinthebox lawyer claimed NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy that I overlooked opening my account on their site.Money wasted and lessons learned Except Amazon.com and ebay.com, I haven't found other safe online shopping site to buy Chinese products. 1 starBuyer beware! Dont get scammed! I ordered for the first time from this site and will never order from them again. They dont disclose the products come from *****, and the made to order disclosure was in the tiniest print below the add item to cart button in pale grey font. After I ordered a dress that didnt fit, I found out made to order items arent returnable unless you prove by measurements that the items werent made to those measurements. they advertise US sizes for clothes that turn out to be at least one size smaller than advertised and offered me a $23 refund on a $154 order with an offer to keep a dress that doesnt fit. 1 starI ordered two shirts that arrived in good condition and were of acceptable quality. This inspired me to put in a bigger order, for a jacket and four childrens toys. The jacket was of very cheap quality and the childrens toys did not work. When I contacted them to return the whole lot, they wanted descriptions of what was wrong with each one separately. I provided that and then they wanted more information and pictures. There were only certain ways that pictures could be provided. They made it so hard to return that I finally gave up, which was their plan all along. I could have a fifty percent credit toward more of their junky stuff, or a thirty percent credit to my account on their site, which I would then have to transfer to my credit card. I told them I would never order anything from then again.Light In The Box

1 starI ordered a Birthday Present on the 18th of November. The item stated that it would ship in 3 to 5 days. 10 days later it is still processing my order. I had to download their app to track it. 1 starI purchased 2 dresses at a price, including shipping, that would be fair if they were made of a proper fabric rather than what appears to be ultra-thin polyester. It can be cut with cuticle scissors! I could crumple the entire full-length dress into a 4 inch ball in my fist. I read a review that suggested these are cheap "printed" knockoffs. I think the word "cheap" is being ****** generous.Light In The Box
