      Stay away from ordering anything from this company, the products are extremely poor quality and it takes weeks for the item to arrive. The tracking info is wrong and does not exists. I should have read the reviews on the site before ordering.

      this item did not fit and was cheaply made. I'm a size 8 and 9 and got a ********** case I can get adjusted did not fit on my ****. this was not a made to order dress. was never used just tried on. I don't want the dress very unprofessional it says you have 7 days for refunds .1. Items outside the warranty time-frame after 7 day. I was still in the time frame when I reached out to them on the 3 day. I still am in warranty date no reason I can not receive refund. After several attempts going back and forth emails to top things off this is the email I received from them." We have contacted our relevant department and requested a better solution for you. To save you the hassle of returns, we would like to give you a 25% refund of the price of the items, the refund is USD *****, or we would like to give you a 50% store credit of USD ****** as a special offer. And you don't have to send the item back. So unprofessional and they don't issue a return label either

      Do not order from this company Light in the Box this is the third time I got fooled into thinking it was a legit ******** company but it's not it's *****. The clothes are cheap then nothing like they look in the pictures online and the sizing is crazy I ordered a small and it's big enough to fit two people into this sweater I don't know what these ******* people think of ********* but we are stupid for ordering from *****

      i ordered a sweatshirt,first of all they sent the wrong color,then when i unsealed it from the plastic bag it smelled horrible.The only thing i can describe is barnyard.It went straight into trashcan.really cheap material also.Buyers beware lightinthebox,,,,,, More cheap chinese c*** !$53.00 including shipping

      Light in the box is a rip-off ******* company. Purchased a light fixture from them that came damaged, a remote control that does not function. I tried to return using their web site which required an unusually high amount of information and 10 pictures showing the problem. Filled it all out and uploaded 10 pictures of the damaged box, damaged light fixture and damaged remote. Pushed the submit button and it appeared it was uploading with a spinning wheel. Well, the upload never stopped loading. Tried twice more and nothing. There is no phone number or chat box or anyway of connecting with them. File a complaint with **************** whom I charged for this purchase. A few weeks later received a response from AmEx indicating they could not help and for me to review seven (7) pages of documents they received from Light In The Box. Its all baloney. Not worth chasing the $274.90 I spend for just another ***** junk product. Never again buy from *****. BUYERS BE AWARE. They use TrustPilot for their reviews. TrustPiIot has a number of investigative reports regarding phony review. Look them up on the net. They are evidently paid by companies like Light In The Box for good reviews.

      Responding to Light In The Box Supervisor of ***************** Your request to resolve my problem/issue with your product. My order number was **SSN**310608 for light fixture total cost with shipping $274.90. Order date was 10/29/2022. Shipping was delivered by DHL track number **SSN** with light fixture bent, scratched and chipped damaged, remote that I paid extra for does not work whatsoever. You should have no need for me to supply my email nor postal code as you have all the information with the Light In The Box order number I have supplied. Let me say this based on my experience thus far. I EXPECT NOTHING AND WILL STILL BE DISAPPOINTED! Good day.

      I ordered a dress from these jokers. It was not even close to the item that was pictured and was very cheaply made. You had to download their app and create a ticket for returns but I ordered through PayPal so they had no record of my order. PayPal was just as worthless and did nothing to help get a refund. I will never use either of these again. Out $100. Never order from this company! If I could give them zero stars I would!

      ORDER # ******** The entire purchase experience with Light In The Box has been a disaster. It took a long time for the items to arrive and I wasn't always able to track progress at all times, the order would disappear from the website. One item arrived damaged and the other item has poor tailoring. Initially they wouldn't approve the return of two formal dresses, instead they offered multiple discounts. They also repeatedly asked me for pictures of me wearing the garments. I had already submitted photos of the dress that arrived damaged and missing a button cover. However, the dress that had a poor fit around the arm holes and showed my bra and strap I didn't want to have to 'prove' they have quality issues. Finally, with persistence, they agreed that I could return the items. Here's the catch, they said they don't have a shipping courier, instead they told me to absorb the shipping cost and they would reimburse me. They advised it would only be $18 to $40 for the return. In order to having the ability to track the return, I went to *** and DHL and was quoted $233 at *** and $188 at DHL. I later read the fine print which advises, they will not accept shipments from ***, DHL, Fed-Ex . . . only ***** **** has no tracking method outside *****************. With so many red flags from this company, including their bait-and-switch tactics, there is no way I would absorb the expense to ship 'their' defective products back to them just to be told it didn't arrive. If this were a $15 purchase I would eat it and donate the dresses to Goodwill, but this is a several hundred dollar purchase. It seems probable that this is part of their business model, make it so difficult to return an item that the customer gives up. Again, unless you are willing to lose you money do not do business with Light In The Box. You have been warned!

      Although I did have a bad experience, the company did the right thing in the end and refunded the money for my purchase.
