1 starI had know problem with the product. But they are as crooked as they get. Tried to steal my money. Saying invoice lost. So I was told to provide info I never got and info I cannot get. Yet 2 days after PayPal gets involved. They find invoice and shipping numbers. But they must have sent the orders to ******* office. Cause the idiots shipped out what they wanted at the prices they wanted to charge. They lie every time they open there mouth. Talk about DUMBER AND DUMBEST. OVER 8 WEEKS KATER STILL NO INVOICE. IF THEY FOUND THE SHIPPING ORDER, THEN THEY HAVE THE INVOICE. IF YOU ORDER AROUND 7 SHIRTS. HOW DO YOU GET 18. ALL SHIRTS I ORDERED WERE 5. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY CHARGED 10 PLUS.. Now 12/22/2022 till 12/26/2022 is the new arrival date. Tracking has not updated dated since 12/14/2022 and today is 12/20/2022. 1 starI ordered a bathing suit from this company and it arrived missing a silver metal hoop from one side to hold the strap on to the bathing suit, I sent photo's they offered me a partial refund and that I can keep the broken suit which is unwearable as it arrived, Now they do not return emails to me. 1 starI would not purchase from this company again. I first ordered a men's down vest. After receiving the vest, the insulation was not down but synthetic and the zipper would only operate with the left hand. I ordered another men's packable down vest size large. After receiving it, it was a small child's vest. I have tried to contact them regarding a return. They did not recognize my password but after trying several ways I was able to send an email informing that I needed to return the item. They said that I would receive an email with return instructions. I never got to speak with a person or received an email.Light In The Box

This business is fraudulent. The answer they sent to me about a refund was bot-generated, apparently without validity. There is no information about the refund, just boilerplate comment with **** symbols instead of bank details.I warn everyone against doing business with Light in the Box.I still would like to return the three items I ordered, but they do not accept my email as part of the return request, and they put a 7-day limit on the return. Therefore, even though I tried to contact with company *********** the 7 days, they do not offer a way to return the items.Review fromLindsey M

1 starI agree with the other reviews. I wish I would have read these prior to ordering. I placed an order on 12/6. After several days of no updates on my order, I contacted the company as these items are Christmas gifts. They responded later that day that the order had shipped (at my prompting of course). They provided a tracking number, but the tracking number wasnt even a legitimate tracking number. I reached back to the company to ask them for the carrier and tracking number. They responded and indicated that they would reach out the appropriate department. They then did not respond to this request. The item had not actually been shipped. I then reached out again to cancel the order since it is clear that they didnt even ship the item and were clearly lying about it. They then had the audacity to state that my order couldnt be canceled as they had processed it right away and that it had already been shipped. I can see within the app that they havent actually shipped the product. I agree that this company is a sham and fraudulent. Is there nothing that can be done other than to write reviews? 1 starWHY ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL IN BUSINESS?? They have just taken my money and continue with the "issue ticket" ********. I ordered two shirts for my disabled husband on 12/01/2022, on 12/11/2022 after finding out I had been scammed I cancelled and asked for refund. Thats when all the fraud, scams and lies came out. To this date I have not received my refund or items purchased. They have not contacted me and when I go on their site its a site with no win or communication just "issue ticket" ********. I want to ask the American WHY ARE WE ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN? All reviews here have the same complaints and one star. HAS THIS BECOME LEGAL IS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN TO US? I received a response from Light in the box stating that they will issue a refund. As of yet there is no trace of a refund. I will continue to campaign against the fraudulent business of LITB until they have refunded every dime of my money. They had NOTHING I ordered and started refunding my acct. I just hope I get it all back I will be watching closely. I learned a valuable ****** check with the BBB prior to ordering. I had to get back on here because a short time after my post I received a huge box with a huge amount of product I ordered from Light in The Box. I was very surprised to se that most of what I ordered was there. I was very pleased with all the merchandise. I followed the size chart when I ordered and every item I ordered fit my grandson. He was so happy with all the clothing ( sonic clothing) some of which I was told was unavailable. This tells me they made every effort to get it. They made a young boy very happy for Christmas There is not an item that I have to return and all the product was as they described. I also bought a sweater coat which I really thought I was taking a chance and it would be cheaply made. I love it. Everything was up to standards and great quality. I will order again for Light In The Box. Thank you for making our Christmas a happy one, raising my grandchildren it could have been a disaster if the gifts didn't show up.P. H.
