      LightIntheBox is a company I do not recommend whatsoever! To return any items you are given a very hard time. They want you to take umpteen pictures of the item, try to persuade you to keep it (even if it doesn't fit!) When you do return the merchandise, you receive a hard time to receive a discount on the credit card you purchased the items on. Never have I experienced such difficulties!!Consider ordering from an **************** instead. Anytime you see 5 stars for every single item on their site, this is a red flag that consumers did not put them there. Beware of this company.

      Products were of terrible quality, not as advertised, late delivery and no way to contact for refund or anything else. Wouldn't except my login information, wouldn't let me reset them and yet informed me that I had. Have no recourse in order to get my money back for their cheap products. Wish I could leave stars blank. .

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! The company ships with a ******** address, if a return is necessary the only option is to ship back to *****. The shipping to return the items were $49 the total for 2 sweaters was $78.00. The pictures in the website of clothing is misleading. It is poorly made, sizing is not appropriate. Attempted to contact customer service the number provided is ******* speaking only, the only way to resolve or return any items require downloading an app.

      More like, "Bull$hit In The Box"! 4 minutes ago Bought $165 worth of clothing, mostly for my wife. What came was nothing like the pictures in the app. All were out of focus - like to they photoshopped a thumbnail image then had it enlarged to fit the clothing! Cheap knockoff CRAP!Plus (following the size charts) , NOTHING was the correct size!On top of it all, YOU HAVE TO SEND IT TO ***** FOR A FREAKING REFUND!

      I would not deal with this company again, ****** learnt. Their size guides are all off. I ordered a medium jacket because it was the smallest bust size at 46 1/2 in. The jacket I received said medium but it was more like a woman's XS - I couldn't close or zip it and the sleeves ended well above my wrists. I think they are made for the Chinese market and body size.Also do not expect current Western styles. The shirt that I got had a huge collar, in style perhaps 40 years ago and unlike the pictures on their website.Fortunately not too much money wasted as I was just trying them out with a small order. Never again.

      Do NOT do business with this company, or if you do make sure you read the return policy IN FULL. We ordered a stock dress and then tried to return it because the color did not match our daughters wedding theme and they would not let us return it as they said it was "Special Order", which it most certainly was not. We never even took it out of the original package. Complete rip-off.

      I personally WILL NOT or from this SO-CALLED COMPANY again. One item I ordered was what looked like a beautiful Christmas top. I rushed the order. The price of the top was ***** The shipping fee and insurance cost me another *****. On top of that DHL Express called me and I had to pay another ***** ************ deals with DHL. Go figure. When I received the top it was tossed into this bright yellow DHL bag with no item invoice, nothing. The top was disgusting looking and the Christmas print on the front and back of the top was cheap looking. So they say that I have to pay to ship this back to Asia. I guess this is my loss. I HAVE LOST OVER ****** OF MERCHANDISE BECAUSE OF THESE FRAUDS. PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM.

      This place is a big rip off I ordered a pair of mens western boots and not only was it late it was packaged in a homemade cardboard box .They looked like toy boots for kids they were not leather as shown they were a childs size ripped faded glued not sewn.They have no phone number no customer service no email and I want my money refunded back to card but you can not contact them at all.I am more than just disatisfied Im mad!! I DONT HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY.STAY AWAY!!!!

      Wish I would have came to BBB first. I placed an order for two jackets on Thanksgiving weekend, after two weeks the coasts still hadnt shipped. When I requested to cancel to order, one jacket cancelled the other remarkably shipped. We didnt receive the Jacket until December 27th. Their processing and shipping is deplorable, but my biggest complaint is the jacket we received does not look like the picture on their website. They are using deceptive images to get you to buy their sublimated polyester products. I wish I could attach the pictures of the product so you can see what was actually received. Definitely not worth the money or hassle. I then left a review on their website and it doesnt show up under there product so there is no way to warn others that they are being deceived.
