1 starI saw this beautiful pvc wallpaper design and fell in love with it. It was a black, green, and gold marble design. I ordered it for my commercial space because knew it would appeal to the eyes. When I received the package and unwrap the rolls, I was immediately overcome with disappointment. So I contact customer service to let them know of the poor quality. The printing looked like a bootleg version of what i was supposed to get.....blurry and tacky. To make matters worse I can only get an exchange. I have to pay for shipping for the return and I can't get a refund. I'm stuck with this mess and out of $661. I'm so disappointed and I never want to chance ordering anything from them again. This company is deceiving customers and makes it impossible to get a refund. Oh not to mention, I tried to review the product. They didn't publish my review so don't believe the 5 stars when you see it on their products.Light In The Box

1 starBUYER BEWARE -SCAMMERS!! Im trying to return an item that was totally different than what I ordered. They want me to return item to ASIA and pay between $10 and $40 for shipping!! Taking 2-6 weeks to get refunded. There are no addresses or customer service phone numbers to call anyone. They want to give me a credit! Today is day 6 of their 7 day return policy and my issue is still unresolved!! This is absolutely unacceptable! I want my money refunded now!! 1 starLight in the Box doesnt even deserve one star. Item took forever (a month actually but seemed like forever) to arrive. Then I could hardly believe the items I got were what Id ordered. They looked nothing like the pictures. Their sizing is strange too. Based on their size chart I had to order two sizes larger than normal, then it barely fit. Theyre difficult to contact too. They make you download their app. Which I have no intention of doing since Ill never order from them again. Cheap merchandise and non existent ***************** Dont order from them.Light In The Box

1 starI ordered two women's hoodies from Light in the Box. I did not know where the company was located when I placed my order. My order was placed on or around Dec 6, 2022. The items were delivered to my address about three weeks later. One of the hoodie's fit me perfectly. The other hoodie was a tighter fit, but, both hoodie's were ordered in the same size. The second hoodie I put it on, and I went to zip is up. The zipper was broken. I've tried contacting this company, and I cant get nowhere. I've emailed them on two occasions, to which no one will email me back. The items were shipped from the ************************, but, supposedly their is a office in ************. Since then I've had 4 so called CSR people email me with the same standard response. ********************, ***** and *****. Since my inquiry I can no longer find the order on their site. What passes me off the most is we're talking about no more than a $30 order. You mean to tell me it's that easy to f*** up a $30 ticket ? WOW. 1 starI think is is a bad business. It takes too long for delivery. They send the wrong sizes. Their clothing is made of cheap material. You never know what state ur order is coming from. They have a return address on any of my orders. I think it's a very shady business and something should be done to make them improve how the customers are treated.Light In The Box
