1 starI have never heard my sister laugh so hard than when I sent her the screenshots of the items ordered vs. what I received. I am out almost $100.00, ****** learned. ******************* too small for an anemic Chinese boy, electric blue shiny jacket vs navy blue cloth. Granny pants for PJs. Some shiny, bizarre mauveish color that no one can agree on jacket. I am bringing them over to our next family get together for the entertainment value. Return items to Asia is their policy. Returns are only with your packaging and ship to Asia at your expense. ***n, they offer you a 10% credit (actually a discount shopping coupon for use on their worthless site) as an alternative to shipping back at a $40 cost and and unknowable number of weeks to get your return. Zero customer service. This company has no shame.Lastly, the sizing is essentially random. Im a typical US Mens large. Literally, every shirt or jacket I own is off the rack Mens L. *** item I received was a Mens large, but for a much smaller cohort. *** item was tiny. Not even close. If youre going to sell in the US market and have no return policy, the least you could do is provide a realistic sizing chart for the market youre in.Avoid Light in the Box like the plague.Light In The Box

Ordered an item that was in stock 3 weeks before an event, paid extra for expedited shipping only to get an email a week later that it would be another 6-8 weeks because it was being made especially for me ha. When I complained and asked for a refund they said they would only refund 50%! I am so disappointed and disgusted with this company!!!Light In The Box

1 starI just received the coat Ive been waiting on. It does not fit. I ordered the correct size and cannot even get my arm in it! Also, I ordered this with a ****** gift card. They took all the money on my card and left .08 cents on it! I cant return it because they have no person to talk to. Not even a phone number! You have to find a way to get a return ticket. Id like to have them arrested for taking all my money and not trying to reach me to make it right. I should know not to trust these ****, cheating companies. 1 starLight in the Box should not be allowed to operate in the **. They use deceptive advertising and provide information that your product will ship within 9 business days. After you place your order they take the money from your credit card before they ship the order. Once you try to file a complaint they provide no way to actually communicate the complaint that they have effectively stolen your money without providing a product shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a fraud.Light In The Box

1 starLight in the Box will make you Light in the Wallet. Items we purchased were of poor quality uninspected and illegally use trademarks. Tried to get a return address and were inundated with offers that had nothing to do with returning the item. here are the examples sent to us: 1. Keep the item for a 30% refund. This is for the price of the item only, and shipping and insurance are not included.2. Keep the item to receive 50% of the reward. Same policy as the first option, but this option cannot be credited back to your card and can only be used on your next order as a payment or discount.3. Return the item for a refund or exchange.Then they went on:and wanted our credit card # again...and then this message. "In case you change your mind, we can refund you 60% of the product price if you are willing to keep it." So I said yes to this and here is what happens. "Because the refund will be issued by the system automatically, so the system will send it as CREDIT to your Credit Account on our website in the next 1-2 business days, not to the original Credit Card that you paid with.As for this Credit, you can either WITHDRAW it to the credit card you paid or use it on the next order with our website."Again you will have to give them your credit card #....as for me once is enough, NEVER AGAIN!!!Light In The Box
