1 starI ordered a shirt on 1/23/2023. As of 2/4/2023 the order status was still showing processing. When I contacted an online chat agent to find out how long it would take, the agent couldn't give me a date and instead of saying "sorry for the delay" the agent told me how to cancel the order. Went online to cancel the order and had to write them why I was cancelling, and as of right now I still have no confirmation on the order being cancelled.
Update: After I wrote my original review with BBB, I was contacted by Light in the Box Customer service via email. After several emails back and forth to resolve my complaint, I was offered a discount on a new order and I was asked to update my review. Before a re ordered I asked the Customer Service person when the item I wanted would be back in stock. I was told the item was available and would " ship in 48 hours." I placed the re order on 2/12/2023. 9 days went by and the order still had not shipped. I once again contacted the Customer Service person I was working with and asked why it still hadn't shipped. The customer Service person assured me that it would ship out right away. On 2/20/2023 I finally received a tracking #. The order finally arrived today, 9 days later. I ordered a 2XL size shirt. The shirt size tag says 2XL but it is so small that it would have a hard time qualifying as a Mens Large. Keeping the shirt and now giving it away to someone who may fit in it. The shirt is very flimsy and thin. I am upholding my end of the agreement by updating my review as they requested. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

1 star. I ordered a golf shirt and paid extra $ for shipping. At that time the LITB website said delivery in 5-7 days. It has been 9 days and I did not receive a single email about a delay. The website now says that they are still preparing the order. That means I was just ripped-off for the extra $ I paid for the shipping in 5-7 days. I contacted their customer support and told them that I wanted a refund and to cancel the order. Then, LITB finally sent me an email telling me that they will expedite the order. Expedite? It's already late. How could it be expedited now? They just ignored that I told them to cancel and refund the money paid. Chinese companies like LITB, that lie and rip-off customers, should be closed to doing business in the USA by the ****Light In The Box

Loght in the box responded with... "I am so sorry for the inconvenience". Why do you try to minimize the situation by calling it an "inconvenience"? Do you even know what "inconvenience" means? 1 starHorrible customer service, only try to pacify you with extra discount on next order, do not follow their own shipping and delivery policies, slow delivery. Poor cheaply made clothes that are not sized correctly. If you want to return, the charge you shipping again and make you jump thru hoops to get an address to send to and you must do it within 7 days. Do not communicate thru customer service just auto messages. Better off ordering from *****Light In The Box

1 starI had to click at least one star to write a review. This business is a SCAM. HARD TO BELIEVE it's on stock market!!!. AMERICA I cannot believe this company still in business. It will be too late to get your money back once you pay for your order. Mainly BECAUSE you will not get the same items you ordered. The picture on the catalog you order is just to lure you into buying items they show. Doesn't come close and you will NOT get a refund. I lost more than $200.00.Light In The Box

1 starhorrible I want to send back after they were 2 weeks late and they will not allow any return shipping through fed ex, *** , or any shipper except the **** which when I tried to us the **** I was informed not to try because the package will sit in customs for months. 1 starI ordered a sweatshirt from LightInTheBox. Using their size guide I ordered a medium in pink. What arrived was purple and closer to a small than medium according to their chart. For example, the bust size was 1 3/4 smaller than their chart. The length was 3/4 shorter and the arm length was 1/2 shorter. Their clothes look cute in pictures but I would never do business with this company again. In addition, they make it difficult to get even some of your money returned.Light In The Box

I had checked several days after ordering (Order Date:2023-01-21 02:30:24) and for some reason it takes more than 8 days to process an order. I filed an inquiry using their website. the following is the response I received--Your order is currently in the processing phase and will be shipped out no later than 2023-02-08 using Economy Express. The package normally takes business days: 5-9 / calendar days: **** days to arrive. The Total Delivery Time consists of both the processing time and the shipping time. On our website, the processing time appears on the product page, right above the "add to cart" button.
