      Absolute Con Artists.These Con Artists advertise one thing, (See pictures I posted on Amazon) and send you another (see picture on Amazon). Utter waste of money. Then, there financial defense team ensure you get the run around and never get the money back from your credit card company. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolute Con Artists!!! NEVER buy anything from these people.

      Buyer BEWARE! Lightinthebox will market a garment that looks high quality, has a great fit, and purport to have a great return policy but it is all deceit. The garment I received sort of looked like the photo they marketed if you hold it 10 feet away and in now way resembles the quality in the photo.
      I ordered a sport coat and what I received was a sport coat you would receive in a Halloween costume for a pretend sport coat. The measurements were off, the pattern was printed with ink and not stitched, and it had a piece of material sewn on the cheat to create a fake pocket. What makes matters worse is that returns must go to China and you have to pay the shipping and handling (S/H) cost with a promise they will refund you 50% of the S/H cost. Well, shipping to China will cost at least double the price I paid for the garment so they will actually make money my return. Save your money and do not purchase from this site. The prices are enticing and you may want to try them out but I've already done the leg work for you. Do not do it. Their reviews everywhere are very good but I'm willing to be they are fake reviews. Keep your money and save yourself the headache.

      Lightinthebox.com sent the same canned response to everyone that made a complaint but all they do is reiterate that you can either receive a credit to buy something else or return it at the same outrageous shipping costs and hope you get partially reimbursed. I am not closer to a equitable solution now than when I was when I filed the complaint. Their response is simply to give the appearance that they are working on a resolution and they are not.

      Worst online company to deal with!!!!
      First they require 24 hr processing,then I ordered something Jan 17 ,finally being shipped yesterday,horrible horrible.
      Hopefully I receive this
      There is definitely other better quality and customer online sites out there.

      This company needs to be shut down. They take your money and don't complete the order. I purchased 2 shirts, received one and wanted to return, but only did they ignore my request to return they canceled my second shirt and kept the money for both shirts.
