      Very long time to receive package. Very low quality. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Sent the clothes immediately to donation. I ordered a large and they sent me a package labeled large but was a size 4. No lining in the jackets. Would not recommend them and will never order from them again.

      Very poor return policy. I ordered a regular size 2 long dress with no measurements and when I received the dress it did not look good on me and it was very long. They said it was made to order and I was supposed to measure all points of the dress and send photos of each step in order to return. How stupid is that. So I was forced to settle for a small refund of what the dress is worth. Just wanted to get a full refund with no problems. Especially that I didn't want to keep a dress I didn't like the way it looked on me. Never again will I order from them.

      Ordered 3 dresses, they arrived were very poor quality polyester instead of the sequin in pictures. Took forever to get a response from them, and then they didn't want merchandise back, and only wanted to replace with something else. After fussing I finally was offered partial refund . Do not order from them. Very disappointed customer!!! And it should be illegal to only refund a portion of what you pay them.

      Took a month to receive a defective shirt, printing was blurred and fit was irregular. Company guarantees refund for any reason within 7 days. However they keep giving the run around offering a small credit sum for future purchase, then a little more to just keep the product. They also use d intimidating language that warns how long and basically painful a refund will be. They ask for picture proof of defects, etc. despite their guarentee return policy for any personal reason. Obviously a delay, obstruct and wear the customer down approach.

      I order an item only because it said shipped in 24hrs paid for expedited shipping its been 4 days now ways past the ************************* process and I was given a discount being I need the item for 24 . Deliver day was given as 02/18/2023 -02/23/23 this is my second time doing business these online sites first one I have yet to receive package I am very Disappointed ******

      All Im asking is to get a full refund. This is a scam and it is nearly impossible to get a refund regardless when you submit your request. Also, its really hard to tell where the items are being shipped from until you receive a tracking number. Once i realized it was ***** it was already too late.

      I ordered a dress, they got paid via my checking account. I have yet to get a live person on the phone to find out where my order is. WARNING TO ALL THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY BUT YOU WILL GET NOTHING!!!

      Light in Box can NOT be trusted. Ordered Mens Slip on Shoes waited over a week to see if they been Shipped and the Order was Cancelled. No warning Cancelled. They got my Money and I'll Never see my refund. They Cant be Trusted. Terrible Company. Delete that garbage App Now.
