      Ordered shirts. Picture looks good but product is very poor quality. Print images are bad, stitching is terrible. To return product I have to pay shipping to ***** with tracking which is more that the cost of product. Stay away from this website. The website and app is also very bad. You will not get help.

      Ive been trying to contact this company and no response. I placed an order on March 5th in the amount of $150.00 and never got a confirmation email, but the money was taken out of my account. I was wanting to make sure they received my order. Ive sent online emails and tried calling no response. This the worst company .and a thief. ????????????

      I ordered a outfit on your site. Took the correct measurements. Got the outfit and can't even get it zipped up. Trying to get issue resolved but can't get a hold of anyone. I was planning on getting married in this outfit. Please resolve this issue. Thanks. ****

      Be sure to use PayPal when ordering, so you have recourse when they fail to deliver the product as advertised to the correct address. I certainly will never do business with them again. I advise you to believe the rating and reviews.

      I ordered & paid for a blouse. I got a message saying that I received the order, but I didn't. I tried to call the company but nobody answers, and I tried to reply to their message but that didn't go through. I want my money back.

      I made a purchase of three tops on 2/17/23 from Light in the box on their website. I received 1 item on 3/1/23 that I did NOT order or even recognize with a charge of $62.29 on my Pay Pal account. The item had no receipt or information about how to return it or what it was. All writing was not in English. When I went their site for customer service help I could not locate my order because if you pay with Pay Pal they have no record of you. I opened a complaint with Pay Pal and they are trying to get some assistance for me.Then 4 days ago I received the (supposed) 2 tops I ordered again with nothing in English.They are not what I ordered. They are completely different from my original purchase and the quality of the fabric and workmanship is horrible. Again no paperwork and no way to reach them for a return and refund. This purchase charged my Pay Pal account for $76.67. Shipping costs are from $25 to $35 dollars because this is all overseas shipping charges. Please be cautious of purchases made to this company and I would recomment you create an account on their website before your order to assure you have a means to communicate about your order. This has been a terrible experience I will no longer order from sites such as these. Prices that are too good to believe are just that!

      I ordered a dress from LIB - took almost a month to show up and shipping was expensive. When it showed up it was stuffed into a clear plastic bag, then a general plastic shipping bag that was torn - no additional protection! The quality was terrible - stitching exposed, poor fabric quality and the long sleeves were almost 3 inches too short. Plus, there appear to be stains on the fabric (velvet) that are visible no matter which way I turn or move the fabric.The worst part is I attempted to return it within a few days and I'm now stuck in this loop with their "customer service" where I have to send repeat messages, tons of photos to PROVE that this dress is poor quality all while they offer me to keep the dress and get partial credits, or coupons towards future purchases and the like. I have yet to have a responsible response that says, "we're sorry for this poor quality and will issue you a full refund".Stay away from this company

      Their return policy says I can return an item for no reason within seven days, in original packaging. Then they won't let me return it. Horrible website.

      I really want to put zero stars! I ordered 2 dresses from this company and I used their size chart and even chose the next size up to ensure a fit. Both dresses were not able to zip by about 3-4 inches! They both dont look like the picture shown either. I contacted the company online to return them. You have to wait 24 hours for customer service to contact you via email. I clicked on the option to return the dresses. One dress it not returnable because they say its made to order. I ordered a different color than the white dress shown! Thats made to order?? I was offered a 10% reward for my next purchase from them instead. Wow! I spend $130 on a dress that doesnt fit, its not flattering and I cannot return it. But I do get $13 off a future purchase! The second dress is returnable, but guess what? The item cannot be returned to the American warehouse. It has to be returned to the Asian warehouse. They dont provide return labels, and the postage could be up to $40. I now have 2 dresses that I cant wear, are not flattering and cannot return them. This company will never get another order from me and I will tell everyone I know to never order from them. What a sorry way to do business!

      Placed two orders weeks ago. Was given excuses for delay. Then told orders were returned to *************** for incomplete address. Had given complete address. Contacted again and was then told **** would NOT have returned. Was promised 100% credit on new order. Placed items in cart and asked multiple times how to proceed with order using promised credit! NO accurate information ever came. Have tried to call posted **************** number. Box is always full. Also Contacted complaints with no relevant response. Last attempt was said NOT ACCEPTED. I am a patient man, but have had enough. Still hope to have an acceptable solution, but don't think it will happen. Have read other complaints and have to wonder if Light in the Box is a ******************** Feel others need to know this to avoid losing money as I most likely have! At this point, on a 10 point scale, I'd give them a NEGATIVE 20. Hope this revue may get my issue resolved, but doubt it
