      Items do not fit to size. Website says return policy. Yet lightinthenbox make you go through hoops to return. They want you to return to *****, but they shipped from ******************I would not recommend this company to anyone!

      This company is a complete SCAM!!!! I paid $200 for two dresses. A month later they arrived and didnt match the photos in pattern or color! I returned them and 2MONTHS later my package came back to me stamped with Chinese writing. Undeliverable. Im out $200 and the shipping cost!!! They had offered me 30% to keep it. So I would have lost almost $100 and been stuck with 2 dresses I didnt want! Ridiculous. I took the chance and mailed them back and here I am, right back where I started! Im so angry that Im going to have to accept 30% or nothing!!! They steal your money!!!!Date of experience: January 02, 2025

      waiting 6 weeks to receive purchased item, *** contacted them about getting my mony refunded, but the company stance is they are not responcible for shipping times. I purchased the item to be used last wednesday and still in a wait and see scenario. The company has been useless in helping the situation and i will NEVER order from them ******** my recomendation is look elsewhere
