The fabric caused sensory issues and could not be worn again after initially trying it on. The design was not what I expected based off of the stock images.Secondly, the shipping took the slowest route through **** but they charge an unreasonable amount for the item.Lastly the customer service is horrible. I called the customer service phone number to start a return and refund. The automated system gave the option to "Press 1 for refunds and exchanges" but when you that option it says "You made a wrong choice". If you continue to try to that option in the automated system, the system ends the call. When I started the return ticket process online, I was not given the option to return the item for a full refund. The ticket system is still automated and will only give the option for an account credit or a partial refund of 30%. After refusing those options, they asked me for my bust size! The sleeves were the issue, not my bust. It's insulting to ask what my measurements are. 1 starThis company is a complete SCAM!!!! I paid $200 for two dresses. A month later they arrived and didnt match the photos in pattern or color! I returned them and 2MONTHS later my package came back to me stamped with Chinese writing. Undeliverable. Im out $200 and the shipping cost!!! They had offered me 30% to keep it. So I would have lost almost $100 and been stuck with 2 dresses I didnt want! Ridiculous. I took the chance and mailed them back and here I am, right back where I started!
