1 starLight in the box..it should be called "rip off in a box". This company will s**** you over every chance they get. I know, because it happened TWICE out of 3 orders, and I have WRITTEN PROOF of a promised 24% discount that I never got on my last order. So, that last order IS my very last order with this scam company. They PURPOSEFULLY make it impossible to actually contact customer service, making you jump through multiple hoops to contact them and then STILL NO REPLY!! SCAMMERS!! I paid with ****** and even they could not get a straight answer. Don't waste your time and money on this ***************** You will Regret buying from them!!Light In The Box

The item I did open, has broken parts, still wont refund me. I wish Id read these reviews sooner. Low quality (not as pictured), broken zipper/falling apart, not true to size, and the garments smelled putrid. There is no way to contact customer service for returns. The website was running me in circles and would not give me a return option, only a reorder option. Fortunately I used ****** and they were able to make contact with the merchant and have them contact me. Their 1st offer was a 50% refund of my over $200 purchase and to keep the merchandise. I refused this offer. The second was to return the items to ***** at my expense, but I couldnt use DHL (whom they used for shipping), Fed Ex or *** because of customs issues. So this left my only option being **** and I would have to provide tracking info. I priced this with **** and to use a flat rate box with tracking was over $120. The merchant suggested I accept their 1st offer. I can see why people have said they feel scammed. As many have said, I too did not know this was coming from *****. The merchandise and their website looks appealing and legit. Plus, the price of the items seem reasonably priced but not cheap. This along with the acceptance of protected payment methods makes them seem reputable and trustworthy. However, do not be fooled. This is not about providing quality goods and having repeat customers for them. This is about the quantity of people they can get money out of and then make it impossible to get a refund. Everyone that has had this experience should fight back through filing complains through BBB, their payment authorizers and making their experiences know through social media to keep others from falling prey. If you see this review before making a purchase through them consider yourself smart for doing your research, fortunate that people are giving honest feedback and warned not to fall victim to the same mistake/experience.Light In The Box
