      Light in the box..it should be called "rip off in a box". This company will s**** you over every chance they get. I know, because it happened TWICE out of 3 orders, and I have WRITTEN PROOF of a promised 24% discount that I never got on my last order. So, that last order IS my very last order with this scam company. They PURPOSEFULLY make it impossible to actually contact customer service, making you jump through multiple hoops to contact them and then STILL NO REPLY!! SCAMMERS!! I paid with ****** and even they could not get a straight answer. Don't waste your time and money on this ***************** You will Regret buying from them!!

      Returning an order is nearly impossible. No reply after filling out request for authorization and return address. There is no way to contact customer service. Just a huge run around. This is a scam business practice that forces customers to give up and keep their unwanted purchases.DO NOT ORDER FROM Light In The Box!!!!!!!

      Horrible quality and I thought for the amount I paid I was hopeful it ould be good, but it was nothing like the picture one does not even fit I wear an L to an XL and I ordered an XL but was still too small DO NOT BUY from the company they are c*** Too bad the picture was cuute but that is it!! My husband bought it from his computer but I spend 100 dollars for absolute c*** Live and learn

      None of their contact information is correct. What a huge scam site. Illegal use of copywritten materials. No where to report. No legit intellectual property infringement report avenue.

      I ordered leggings. They came in cheapy made, not true to color, too short. I corresponded with the company who wants the item returned to ***** and gave instructions. It stated that shipping would be more expensive than the item. I had no idea it's made in ***** or I wouldn't have bought it. From experience, Chinese goods are cheaply made - no quality whatsoever.
