      I ordered the pink sequined wide leg pant suit two piece set. I received but I returned because it was made with very cheap materials. I paid for the returned shipping but I never got my refund and is no body that you can talk with. I paid $60.99 plus $ ***** shipping. From ***********************

      Beware ordering from this company. If you return your order, you will be responsible for not only return shipping, they refund ONLY the value of the items and keep the sales tax, which is ILLEGAL! My order totaled $96.86. They refunded $75.98 and return shipping cost $17.

      STAY AWAY...I ordered two dresses from Light In The Box and sent them my measurements and was quite excited to receive the dresses however, when they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures on the website and one of them had a zipper that was stuck, also the material was cheap and th dress was made of sequin and extremely poor quality. When I contacted the company they refused to take these $320 dresses back and offered me a 10% credit from the cost to buy something else from their company. Said they will not refund due to personal issues. This was my response to their return policy."As your email listed below states that you cannot accept the return for incorrect sizing not fit" or other Personal Reasons, the issue is not with the sizing nor is it personal. It's with the quality of the work that it is not the same dress and that the zipper on one of them that is also not the same dress is broken. This is not a personal issue. This is a design/quality Issue. I was sold something that you did not have. I am expecting a full refund due to this issue.Please be reminded in this email we have also clearly stated that due to it is Made-to-Order item, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as "incorrect Sizing, not fit" or other Personal Reasons.DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

      Ordered 2 items and they are faulty, they purposely make it impossible to return/ship to them with the way they have the address, it is insane to have an archaic return process.

      I payed and never received. I cant get ahold of anyone. How convienent. I tacked it near my home and it went back to **. The address was correct. I would of ordered more items but cant even get the first order.

      I ordered linen pants. After waiting 4 weeks, I received pants made from viscose and Elastane. I would like LightInTheBox to send me the item I originally ordered. I will return the pants as soon as I receive the replacement, with a return label provided by them.

      Sadly, I would also have to say that please do not purchase with Light In The Box. I purchased three skirts - all of which were incredibly too small and didn't match the measurements. I did file a return - got the same 30% etc. but was able to finally have them say I can return - gave me an address and said to please use the cheapest way possible. I did this - $40. This was all November 2023. I just received the item in the mail today (August 9, 2024) and they have written "refused package" on the item. On top of that, I had to pay $11 for the return fee from my ************ I wasn't allowed to leave it. This is so incredibly sad that this company is scamming people for their money :( I followed all the rules, and still haven't gotten any refund. It's just really really sad that this company is operating this way.

      I have filed a dispute with my bank over light in the box payment. I ordered a shirt and was charged $20.02 for the product plus shipping cost. The money was withdrawn from my account and I received an email confirming they received payment. I received another email from them stating they did not receive payment. I emailed back stating I had their email confirming receipt of payment. I emailed again and again got a message from them stating they had received payment. Today I received an email stating my order had been cancelled because they did not receive payment. If they are a legitimate company their customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I will not do business with them anymore and I encourage everyone to shop elsewhere.

      I think some of their things are original and cute. But as soon as i saw the items supporting *****, I exited right out of their website. They could be the last company on earth, and I would never buy from them. I could never give my money to any company that supports ***********************. Especially when they have tee shirts about when he was shot. What a slap in the face to the family of the man that was killed, making money off that event is disgraceful. No, I do not want ***** hurt but more people talk about how God saved him. Well, what about that poor man who was shot and killed ?
