1 starSo I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and 2 shirts, all which do not fit properly. No big deal, so I went on line and started the return process. This is where the company FAILS horribly. First they send an email offering a 30% discount instead of returning!! THEY DON'T FIT!! Why would I take a discount on something that can't be worn? Then they asked for pictures of the products issues? So you want me to model the clothes and take pictures?? I promptly replied that the issue was they DO NOT FIT. Then I get another email stating they wanted me to measure the items and compare that to what is listed on their website and send that back..WTF... At this point I am assuming they won't take the items back and that I am out $60! I will fight this with my credit card company next. STAY AWAY unless you KNOW there is no chance you will need to return the items as this seems impossible.Light In The Box

1 starI ordered two dress shirts in XL. Both were small, not XL, despite being labeled as XL.Customer service was not helpful. I was refused a return label and the return charges to ***** were exorbitant. In short, Lightinthebox accepts orders, does not fill them accurately, refuses all reasonable attempts at problem resolution, keeps your money and sticks you with useless merchandise.They simply are not reputable.***Light In The Box

1 starThis is a scoundrel business. I saw their shirts online, nice looking and reasonable priced. I ordered 2 men's button down collar short sleeve dress shirts, I chose XXL as a safer bet for me, I am 5'10" and weight 220, I can usually wear XL or XXL. The shirts came. They are ridiculous, the space between the front button and button hole was at least 2 inches apart! When I tried to get a refund they started their scam, told me I could keep the shirts (why would I??) and for another $40 I could order 2 more. When I pressed on they gave me this ridiculous address to ask for a refund.4.
