1 starI think this company is crooked & dishonest! Total Scammers! I bought an expandable hose from them & within a short time it sprung 7 major leaks. Their website doesn't allow you to do attachments nor can you contact them via phone or email, it's through some convoluted internet system they invented like a maze. After hours of trying to send my issue to them, I managed to get it to them, they sent me a totally unacceptable ********************** The first time I sent them a notice of my issue, they didn't even bother to respond. They want me to keep their faulty product & use it like that's going to work. Their product is ***************************** is NON-EXISTENT! ***************************Light In The Box

1 starThis company sent me a green fedora hat that was not in a hat box, so it was damaged. After going back and forth through emailing them, my hat has not been replaced. You should not order from them. It was a ****** learned. They leave the customer with no way to reach a customer service agent. This company will send you an email response to make you think theyre going to handle the problem They are HACKERS and SCAMMERS. YOU DO NOT DESERVE A STAR!THEY HAD THE ***** TO SAY THEY WOULD GIVE ME 30% REFUSE or 40% REWARD COMPENSATION. 1 starSCAM business site. They refused to refund order. Everything sized way too small, bad quality fabrics. They list policies online that they do comply with regarding returns. They leave the customer no way to reach a customer service agent when they fail to respond. They are also affiliated with Chinese hackers. 1 starDefinitely a scam. I ordered a $22shirt, they charged $9.30 shipping. The item was 2 sizes too small when it arrived. Although their ads state 100% return satisfaction, they do not offer returns. When I clicked for a return shipping label I got an automated response that offered a 50% refund but I had to pay return postage and have to add tracking. Also they say do not use **** ***** ot DHL. Returning the shirt will cost me double what I paid for the item. Final blow: the 50% refund is only good toward another scam purchase.Light In The Box

I ordered a dress for a wedding and the delivery was over 2 weeks but when I tried to return the dress because the quality was terrible and not what was represented I received a email stating that the item wasnt eligible for returns despite the website stating return eligibility. They instead offered sending them $20 additional to receive another dress. This company is not credible and is not trustworthy and has deceptive practices.Light In The Box

Ordered two mens shirts - ordered standard US size and they are too small. customer service says not valid reason for return and offered 1/2 credit on future order. 1 starI spent almost half an hour trying to find a phone number or a physical location/address to this so called "lightinthebox" company. I found NOTHING. I wanted this info before I placed an order because I have a friend ordered and received basically junk shirts that were only half sewed together and was unable to return them. Happy I DID NOT order. If this company is in the ************* and wants to do business in *****************, provide a physical location/address and a ************* Phone number. My "experience" with this business is NOT being able to actually find this business location, address, or phone number.
