1 starThey sent utter garbage, NOTHING LIKE THE ***** and then tell you that you have to ship it back to ***** for a refund. Attached ar eimages of the item on webiste and what we got SCAM- RIP OFF and then they make it ***** imposslbe to get refund They shipped 2 months late and too late to dispute on CC and then it is nothing like we ordered. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what we ordered, much inferiro, missing parts, disaster of a company like every other review here seems to indicate, seems like their business practice is ot scam and rip off customers with crappy products. BUYER BEWARE and watch out and read every rule, fine print I WANT THE $ 50 REFUND OR EXACTLY WHAT WAS ORDERED, AS OTHERWISE, YOU ARE A DECEPTIVE, SCAM COMPANY WHO ONLY WANTS MONEY BUT NOT TO DO THE RIGHT THING, DISGRACEFUL AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP JUST STOCK ANSWERS ANS $ 5 OFF NEEXT ORDER, HA!!!!!Light In The Box

1 starI ordered a number of products and they were all the wrong sizes. I was told that the items could not be returned because they had been tailored made for me. The only choices I selected were "Large" on all the items. I tried on the dresses and repacked them according to their instructions. I also took pictures of the items, also per their instructions. On two of the dresses you can see "M" for medium right on the packages. It looks like I am out 450.00.To make the matter worse, there is no place to leave a review on their site STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!Light In The Box

1 starRUN don't walk. Just waisted $165 on a dress that was women's xl (mother of the bride) and it came so small it barely fits my leg. I'm a typical medium. They will not give my money back because they are "made to order". Really? They are a catalog online and these are items you pick in sizes. Another one of those scams. Not only wrong material but quality is terrible and the medium I ordered fits like a large. Return procedure is ridiculous. Product shipped to me from **, they want me to return to *****! 1 starVery likely a scam to distribute malware, steal data, etc. Ordered one item from the website and what I received was very different from what was pictured. You cannot do anything to return items until you create an account and then if you click on the customer service link, it will urge you to download the app. There is NO way to access **************** unless you download their app. If you happen to return within 24hrs of receiving your item, you will have the option to confirm that you received the item online and you can initiate a return from there. This will create a ticket but you cannot access that ticket unless you, again, create an account or download an app. then they will run you through the sketchiest return process where they will require you to upload pictures of the item and send them the receipt for the shipping back and say they will reimburse you. It will likely not happen because you will have no way to contact them unless you create an account or download an app.Light In The Box

1 starA wreck of a business. I ordered a number of items which appear to have no quality control done at any level, not at the manufacturing level, nor at the selling/packaging. An XL sweater had larger sleeves than the **** The *** skirt was an American medium. My request to return got me this response: Shipping returns would be so expensive for you. We can offer you a $35 refund (on my $285 order). Disgusted that this place gets cash back from ANY AMERICAN rewards company and any American business at all. There needs to be some control over their internet advertisement. I have photos of the 2 items I mentioned and I could take more but why waste more time. And I don't want to hear any response they have. They are a scam; check out their "How do I make a return" page and see if you can actually follow their directions.Can BBB not lobby any action on this?Light In The Box
