1 starOrdered some small fans for a small bathroom over a month ago. Still haven't arrived although they say it has been delivered. I told customer service that I don't know where they went, but it wasn't delivered to my address. And my address is clearly stated on my account. Trying to do a return is like going through a maze designed by an insane person. They do not provide a return label and YOU have to pay for shipping, which is nearly the cost of the product. That's how they make money. They realize that 99% of customers aren't going to go through all of that to do a return so they make money whether the customer is happy or not. It's about as close to a scam as you can get. There won't be any more orders from them in this household. I recommend you steer clear of them.Light In The Box

First, when I originally emailed to cancel the item, the representative attempted to offer me 50%, 70%, and 80% back. It was frustrating to negotiate with the representative back and forth, when clearly the first two offers were not legitimate. Second, when I tried to cancel, the representative tried to pressure me into keeping the items using lines like it would be unfortunate to cancel at this stage. This is rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary to include in a business exchange. Third, the return policy is clearly deceptive. In my original request, I included a screenshot of the return policy I found online on the LITB website, which does not define the return policy for made to order. The link you sent is the first time Im seeing any kind of information on the return policy for a made to order item. The intentional vagueness is dishonest and should be clarified. LITB has offered a discount on a future purchase as compensation. I will not be purchasing from this website again, so I will not be using this offer. 1 starI ordered 5 dresses from this joke of a place well over a year ago. They refunded me for 2 because they did not have the size I needed and offered to exchange 3. Only 1 of the 3 dresses that I got just days ago (meaning I waited over a year to even get the exchange) actually fit. I reach out to request a refund for the 2 dresses because at this time I am beyond frustrated, and they refuse to honor their terms, alleging that I was already refunded! I even attached a photo of the original order to show that they refunded me for dresses that are not in my possession and some robo-assistant named ****** (couldn't possibly be human given the response) repeated the same useless information and told me to have a nice day! Needless to say, I am reached out to an attorney for recourse, but am posting this here in the hopes that someone reading this will not be ripped off like I was.Light In The Box
