      avoid this company, it is a total ******* stars for this company. The shorts I ordered were made of the cheapest material and obviously copied from a picture on a reputable site - I notice that no heads are shown on the models wearing the clothing.Efforts to return an order resulted in pages of emails with conflicting instructions - often nonsensical. I was eventually sent the co's address in ***** but decided not to frustrate myself any more.and threw the shorts away.

      I recently ordered from light in the box. My purchase was eagerly awaited as it was a dress and accessories for our 25 th wedding anniversary vow renewal. I never received the package . In tracking I could see where the order was not delivered because somehow during the ordering process the address was incomplete. (When the auto fill was inputing my address my phone number was placed where address should have been.) ok no big deal, I even noticed this while tracking the package and began trying to resolve it then. Nevertheless the package wasnt delivered and returned. Again no big deal or shouldnt have been. Most companies will issue a refund or return while they await the return . Not this company Ive been waiting nearly a month and they continue to tell me they cant issue a refund because my address was incorrect. At this point i will not receive the merchandise in time to have it for my anniversary and they continue to deny me a refund. Because I personally didnt send the items back I can no longer track it. Basically Im out $245 . ****** is the person Ive been contacting via customer services. It has been the worse customer service Ive ever experienced, if shes even a real person, ****** is terrible. Im so disappointed I will NEVER order from them again and Ive been a customer for over 10 years. I guess things like good customer service no longer matter. A multi million dollar company and they literally steal $242

      I ordered a couple shirts for an upcoming vacation (which arrived too late). When I got home and I unwrapped the shirts, they were 100% polyester, very shiny and not what I expected. When I tried to enact the return policy, which was not easy to figure out, here is what they said costs for return might be the same or half the price of your parcel, even by using the cheapest tracking service in the post office. So, returning may not be the most economical option. Instead, we suggest keeping the items with a great discount. We would like to propose the following offers first: a) Keep the items and receive a reward of 50% of the product's value. [USD *****] You can spend rewards for future purchases (of minimum 2x the reward value) b) Keep the items with a refund of 30% of the product's value. [USD 15.00]I was pretty bummed at this policy chose the 30% option, but will never use or wear these items! I will never order from this company again.

      I have ordered a womens top on April 21st. The order processed on April 24 and was shipped. I am still waiting. I have tried to track the order with Light In The Box shipping and it say no information available. Do not order from them! Ive given up on my Light In The Box order. I doubt I will ever receive it.

      Did not even want to mark a 1 star. It would be ZERO stars. I ordered a dress that was not a custom order. Regular sizing. I no longer need the dress because I want a different color plus the dress does not fit great. They refuse to allow me to return the dress and get a FULL refund. I do not want to order anymore clothing from them. The best offer was 30% store credit which I could do some transaction to get it back to my credit card. I should have reached this company before ordering. I need to stop ordering online. You don't realize it is an overseas company until after ordered.

      don't do it! at least not clothes. They look nothing like the pictures and they will not accept returns. They say they will, but then they told me the product was "made to order," which is a lie as I ordered a standard size with no alterations or anything. They offered be a 50% credit (no thanks) or a $20 refund on a $166 purchase. There was NOTHING on the order site that said anything about this dress being made to order. They state "hassle free returns."
